In cinque abbiamo alloggiato in un'ampia camera scura, con l’orrenda moquette, nessun armadio, un semplice ventilatore e tv con canali solo tedeschi. Ambienti puliti e sovente originali, data la presenza di oggetti di altra destinazione d'uso (casse di birra, ruote..) riciclati come sedie, tavoli e comodini, pareti rivestite da finti fogli di giornali e letti stravaganti. Bagno moderno dotato di doccia. Sala comune con a disposizione giochi di società e simpatiche carriole rovesciate usate per sedersi. Posizionato nel periferico quartiere di St. Pauli, di fronte l'ingresso fermata dell'autobus 3 (in dieci minuti raggiunge la piazza del municipio) e a 800 metri le stazioni della linea metro U3 più vicine (Feldstrasse o Sternschanze). La struttura in se non è malaccio ma la dimensione spartana ed essenziale predomina e la scelta dipende soprattutto dal tipo di clientela: comitive di amici pronti a far baldoria decisamente sì, famiglie/coppie adulte o in cerca di romanticismo decisamente no…

Eccezionale! Ci siamo sentiti in famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo sia per la struttura che per i servizi offerti. Il posto in particolare è molto creativo con complementi d'arredo riadattati ad altro uso in modo funzionale e fantasioso e con un ambiente informale che favorisce in ogni modo il relax ed il riposo . The hotel is in an old building, inside it looks better than from the outside. Friendly staff! Its more a hostel than a hotel. At breakfast lots of young families with kids. So busy people have to wait to find a table. And a lot of noise of course. Bread is not really fresh? Eggs, only boiled. Coffee from a machine. For 16 euro. Not for us. Cleaning of the room only every other day. Cleaning is too big of a word. They left the old towels were they were. They rearranged the beds a bit (no fresh sheets, again its a hostel, not a hotel). The location is perfect, the price also. Bathroom is big and nice shower. Our room was on the attic.

Came here with my partner to stay on our way home from Munich to Copenhagen and it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we came in and was greeted by Poul in reception to the evening drinks with Deniz behind the bar and all the way to being allowed early breakfast due to illness by Haji ( may be spelled wrong - nightshift on the 19/20th) THANK YOU! - and also thanks to the wonderful women in the kitchen!! Breakfast was ace ☀️ They were all a huge part of our wonderful stay and really deserve an extra thanks! Their kindness and great humor was more than you could ask for. Thank you ❤️ We will be back to visit again, and this time for a planned longer stay! Best, Scott and Mia ❤️

A great place between a hostel and hotel, but where you won't feel out of place travelling as a family. So nice when the family groups mingle with the groups of younger people over breakfast. An unpretentious place that LOOKS pretentious but has that perfect grip on coolness and service at the same time. Not many places I'd travel to as a family AND recommend my teenager travel to on their own! It's in a great location, just on the edge of St Pauli but just close enough to Schanze for you to make the most of these two great bits of town. We had the Levis 501 suite which was a fun room, and situated in a lovely, quiet part of the hotel on the top floor - we made the most of the en-suite SNES! Great staff on reception who had answers for everything and a great (if not a tad expensive) breakfast. Definitely coming back here and recommending it to everyone.

We looove to stay here. The rooms are exactly what you need and always clean. The staff is lovely, the breakfast is delicious and very customisable. Location is also nice, it is close to many things without being in the middle of the noise.

Amenities are fantastic, cleanliness and quality is brilliant. The staff are so welcoming and kind, they go above and beyond in every shift. Fantastic services available throughout the venue with more than i've experienced elsewhere.

Best place to stay in Hamburg. Fantastic staff, great rooms, comfy beds, superb breakfast and cool decoration and style. Neighbourhood is trendy and welcoming and easy to reach by walking. We’ll be back soon 😊

This was hands down one of my favourite hotel experiences ever. We only stayed for one night, as a family of four. The family room we booked was super spacious. Location of the hotel is great, located close to some great neighbourhoods. Also, in St.Pauli but far enough from the noisy nightlife so a calm environment. Hotel is very child friendly (e.g. baby cot, high chairs) and has an overall cool vibe. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and affordable. Also, nice selection of drinks can be bought at the lobby. If I were to nitpick, only two thing: hotel has no parking, but (slightly sketchy) parking garage is within walking distance and breakfast area is smallish when a lot of people have breakfast at the same time. But this is basically splitting hairs. Great hotel in a great city!

Putting the ‘Saint’ in Saint Pauli! Beam me up scotty, I’m done: this place is – as they say in Germany – pretty damn swell! You won’t find anywhere as clean, caring, and cool: the breakfast to scrumptious and check-out is at 12 midday. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great hostel in a location where there are heaps of places to eat out. The staff are super helpful. The honesty drinks cabinet is a great touch and the lounge and dining area is lovely. The room (we had a room with a double bed) was great. Nice quirky touches but all very practical as well. During a trip around Europe this was the best hostel we stayed in.

This is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Staff was friendly and breakfast is amazing with many different options. The hotel has a great vibe in the lobby. Location is amazing. Also, we tried to ship a few things back home via DHL. Our packages got returned to the hotel for some reason. The hotel was super on it! They held on to our packages until we could arrange a pick up. They even printed a new label for them. They are very fast in replying to e-mails. I will suggest this hotel to anyone traveling to Hamburg.

The hotel has a great location. There is a lot going on in surrounding hip neighborhoods, St. Pauli and Sternschanze. Rooms are nicely decorated. Terrible sound isolation between rooms, you can hear people leading a normal conversation in the room next door, light sleepers beware. We decided not to eat breakfast there, at 13€ per person, it seamed vastly overpriced for something that basically looks like groceries bought in the nearby store and thrown in together. There are a lot of lovely breakfast places nearby that can give you a much better experience in the same price range. Rooms get cleaned only every third day or so, and you don't get informed about that when checking in. Had some difficulties in communication with hotel staff that insisted on taking in German, although it was obvious that we didn't speak the language. But that's the wider problem that we encountered in Hamburg, very irritating trait of some Germans. Overall a decent hotel, but overpriced for what it offers.

Superschöne, stilvolle Zimmer mit ausgefallenem Design und gemütliches Ambiente am Empfang mit nettem Personal. Auf der Etage war es ruhig und angenehm. Wenn ich wieder in Hamburg bin, checke ich wieder hier ein. Dicke Empfehlung meinerseits.
