Albergo ottimo ad Amburgo. Parcheggio privato, colazione a pagamento molto cara ma buona e varia (25 euro) Camera ottima buon oiano di lavoro, con doccia e vasca. Hanno una piccola palestra discreta con anche sauna. Ottima la connessione ad internet Personale molto gentile. Lavanderia. Soluzione ottima ad Amburgo

Super room, large size with a comfy bed. Loved the Molton brown bathroom products and room kept tidy everyday. Friendly staff and easy to find hotel near the train station. We used the public buses to hop on and off to the local attractions and found the buses easy to navigate. Main Christmas markets only 10 minutes away on the bus. Nice to go into the busy areas and then equally as nice to leave it behind for a quiet nights sleep. No breakfast with our room but it looked great and it costs €25 pp each morning. We opted to explore and find breakfast each morning instead. Overall great stay here, would return & recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for business purpose and visited their restaurant. Afer dining, I signed the receipt in order to charge the amount of € 30.00 to my room balance. Upon check-out, I was charged € 32.00, so I asked the front desk staff member for the original copy which I had signed. They were not able (or willing) to provide it. A couple of days later I requested the receipt via e-mail which the hotel management sent me. Now I found a handwritten "additional tip"-note on it which was clearly not my handwriting (also compared with the data I had filled in on that paper). When I checked with the hotel manager by phone, he denied any fraudulent activity within his staff but could not explain how this completely different handwriting should have appeard otherwise on the document. The amount of € 2.00 surely is no drama, but to me that kind of activity in a hotel itself is. I am sure Hamburg has a lot of inviting and honest (!) places to stay. Choose wisely.

My wife and I just spent a wonderful weekend in Hamburg: the Boston is an excellent hotel in terms of quality and price: modern and super large design rooms, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. Definitely recommended!

My partner and I booked this hotel because the location was fairly central in Hamburg and it is a dog friendly hotel as we took our dogs. We were stunned at the size and luxury of our ordinary priced room, it was huge, with huge bed, massive bathroom including a corner bath. We loved our room so much we stayed a second night and were sad to leave when we finally had to go! I want to stay here again and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone. We also had dinner in the restaurant one evening which was also excellent. The staff at the hotel cannot be faulted!

We are a family of 4 (2 grown children and parents) who stayed here for a week. It was excellent place to stay. It was an easy walk from the train station after about a 30 minute trip from Hamburg's airport- with only one transfer at the main train station. We arrived on Christmas day morning and went to the hotel to drop bags and were told we could check in early! The daily breakfast buffet was excellent and had lots of choices. Eggs, bacon , sausages, pastries, wonderful german bread and cold cuts and freshly squeezed orange juice. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments which was roomy enough for the 4 of us, comfy beds and a rain shower! It was in a quiet neighborhood and there were restaurants an easy walk away. The rooms were spotless and the bathroom had a hair dryer and soap, shampoo and lotion. The rooms were not cleaned daily (we didn't need it but if you are expecting new towels every day maybe you would have to ask for this service?). Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. I highly recommend staying here! We very much enjoyed our visit.

Ein Hotel, dass es mir nicht einfach macht eine Bewertung zu hinterlassen. Zum einen toller Service und freundliches Personal, zum anderen sind einige Dinge vorhanden (oder passiert), die nicht so toll sind. Personal: Sehr freundlich und motiviert (Rezeption und beim Frühstück) Zimmer: Gross, aber eher dunkel. Strom für Licht und Co muss via Kartenschalter aktiviert werden. An sich kein Problem. Allerdings war es auch im Gang so dunkel, dass man diesen nicht finden konnte. Etwas sehr dumm und weit oben platziert, dass man ihn für einen Feuermelder halten konnte. Zudem war das Licht und Schalterkonzept „fragwürdig“. Einige Lichtschalter schiene keine Funktion zu haben. Bett: Super bequem mit jeder Menge Kissen! Bad: Sehr geräumig und Unmengen an Tüchern und gutem Wasserdruck. (Bad, Dusche und Bidet) Internet: Sehr langsam - ca. 9 MB D/U Flur: Sehr dunkel und unangenehmer Chlor/Bleiche Geruch. Negativ: Um ca. 3 oder 4 Uhr kam plötzlich jemand vom Hotel ins Zimmer. Sorry, absolutes No-Go! Restaurant: War Montagabends geschlossen. ähm, echt? In der Umgebung waren ebenfalls fast alles zu. Fazit: Das Hotel hätte alleine für den Vorfall in der Nacht 2 Sterne verdient.

Super Hotel. Klasse gelegen, wenn man ins Musical in die Neue Flora will - ist gleich um die Ecke. Riesige, saubere Zimmer. Tolles riesiges Bad, mit allem was man sich so wünschen kann (Badewanne und extra Dusche z.b.). Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze vorhanden. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Das Hotel ist eigentlich ganz gut, zwar in die Jahre gekommen und die eine oder andere Beschädigung der Möbel, aber alles ist funktionstüchtig. Im Treppenhaus ist der Teppich an zwei Stufen auffällig beschädigt. Für mein Empfinden ist es in den Zimmern und Gängen zu dunkel. Das Frühstück mit der großartigen Auswahl hat mir sehr gefallen. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht schön, jedoch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen.
