When I arrived, there was only one set of pillows, blanket and towels even though I booked a double room. The room had a weird smell, the bathroom had mold. The shower head did not quite fit into the holder, so taking shower was also an unpleasant experience.
I was highly disappointed.

Nice quiet hotel in the heart of a great neighborhood full of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Room was small but comfortable. Internet was out during my stay but fortunately I was just passing through.

I booked. I paid. I called and told them I would arrive 30mins after their regular closing. I arrived at the hotel and it is shut. I can't get in. I can't access the ******* app because there is no phone signal. They don't answer the phone. But they do charge me for the room. Disgraceful.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der City an der Außenalster ist aber sehr gut an zwei Buslinien angebunden. Fahrzeit in die Innenstadt: ca. 10 Minuten. Der Empfang war freundlich und unser Zimmer (Comfort Doppel) modern und vollständig ausgestattet. Alles war sauber, nur der Geruch (Reinigungsmittel o.ä. ?) war etwas unangenehm. Das Bad ist sehr klein aber gerade noch im Rahmen. Es gibt eine TG für 19,-/Nacht, die wir empfehlen, da die Parksituation an der Straße angespannt ist. Das Frühstück mag für 22,- auf den ersten Blick hochpreisig erscheinen ist aber wirklich außergewöhnlich vielseitig und von bester Qualität. Hier bleiben definitiv keine Wünsche offen, was den Preis absolut rechtfertigt. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind bei geschlossenen Fenstern ruhig. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt von zwei Nächten war es eine sehr gute Wahl und wir empfehlen dieses Hotel mit sehr gutem Gewissen.

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter und fühlen uns dort immer wohl. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, Service ist freundlich, Zimmergrössen variieren, Lage zur Aussenalster optimal. Bei der Parkplatzsuche braucht man manchmal etwas Glück oder man reserviert sich einen Hotelparkplatz. Das Frühstück ist o.k., es gibt aber auch gute Alternativen in der Nachbarschaft. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Das Hotel liegt circa 500 m vom Ostufer der Außenalster entfernt in einem eher ruhigen Wohnviertel. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind leider trotzdem recht laut. Das mittelgroße Hotel verfügt über keine eigenen Parkplätze, man kann aber kostenlos am Straßenrand in der Nähe parken. Der Empfang und der Service waren freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß, modernisiert und sauber. Das hochgelobte Frühstücksbüffet bot einige Besonderheiten, war aber bereits deutlich vor der Zeit nicht mehr komplett. Insgesamt ein ordentliches Angebot mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
