It is awesome and nice to stay In. Worth giving it a try and enjoy the room stay.

I have to say that I was very disappointed with my stay at the ‘five-star’ Royal Halong. We stayed at the ‘deluxe’ villas. Let’s first talk about the state of the property. It isn’t good. There was mould on some of the walls. The buildings looked degraded like they hadn’t been cared for for many years. Definitely far away from their peak. The staff were lacking. Computer says no was the mentality of most. English is also very limited. Though some, like the cleaners, we’re friendlier. Little things like being told we weren’t allowed clean towels. Even exchanging our old ones. Guests are only allowed one each per day. This is a ‘five-star’ hotel remember. I’ve had clean towels given with pleasure at two star hotels. Though the worst thing was that the advert is basically a lie. Those staying in the villas don’t have access to most of the facilities. We couldn’t use the spa, indoor pool, gym etc etc. This wasn’t stated at all until we checked in. We were very disappointed by this. There were however some good things. The breakfast buffet was decent. The location is quite good. The grounds are nice. The outdoor pool is quite big and suitable for swimming (if not quite as clean as we would have liked). Definitely the worst hotel of our stay in Vietnam. You could do worse, but you could do a lot better.

這個是老飯店；但是房間跟設施都維持的很好；服務人員華人去溝通也方便，早餐算是還行的；**以前去可以免費吃東西，現在都不行、都要付費 這點有點誇張，可以考慮另一家溫叉姆，可以喝東西跟吃水果盤，讚

하롱베이가 보이는 전망 좋은 호텔입니다. 5성급 호텔이며, ***가 같이 있습니다. 3층의 실내수영장, 헬스장 이용하기도 아주 좋습니다. 도심가에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 걷기 용이한 거리 입니다. 호텔. 규모도 상당히 큽니다.

越南第一站，非常好，首先前台小哥（信），中文交流順暢，人很好很熱心！第二，酒店禁煙對於帶孩子出遊或者不喜歡煙味的小姐姐們很友好。第三，酒店內部設施設定合理，配套設施都有中文提示！房間佈局舒服！下次還會考慮皇家下龍飯店！

Vị trí khá xa sunworld, khá xa biển. Nếu đi bộ phải mất tầm 20-30’. Dịch vụ tuy là nhân viên khá thân thiện và nhiệt tình nhưng lễ tân lúc check in phòng không nói rõ là uống nước lọc trong tủ lạnh là mất tiền mà nói chung chung là “nước lọc được free” khiến khách hiểu lầm. Mà nước khoáng đắt gấp 3 lần các ksan khác và gấp 10 lần ở ngoài tạp hoá. Vệ sinh thì mặt bàn vẫn hơi bám bụi. Cống phòng tắm bị tắc. Tivi không kết nối internet và view không đẹp

출장겸 여행을 왔는데, 복잡한 호텔보다는 한적한 빌라여서 너무 좋았습니다. 다음에도 로얄 하롱을 예약한다면 꼭 빌라를 추천드리고 싶어요. 다만, 1층이라 창문 밖을 볼 수 없고, 쉽게 창문을 열어놓을 수 없어서 조금은 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 다른 모든 부분은 만족합니다.

服務很好，員工親切，早餐不錯，住別墅房CP值高. 離夜市及主題公園沒有很遠，走路可到，唯一的缺點是沒有化妝台.

早餐豐富、菜也很美味。

겨울이라 사람들이 거의 없었고 춥지 않아 걸어서 왠만한 장소를 다닐 수 있었네요. 단 여름에는 걷기 애매한 거리에 번화가와의 거리라 단점이 될 수 있겠네요. 조용한 환경에 숙박만 원하신디면 좋은 선택입니다. 단 직원들이 중국어에 특화되어 있고 프런트 말고는 간단한 영어도 소통이 힘들었습니다. 작은 ***도 있어서 소액으로 잠시 즐기기 좋았습니다.

房間挺大，早餐很豐富，品種很多，很滿意。服務人員態度不錯，對所提出的詢問都能夠耐心解答。有人會説中文。

Phòng khách sạn mất điều hoà, siêu nóng, trong phòng còn nóng hơn ngoài trời. Đi nghỉ ngơi mà như đi xông hơi vậy. Gia đình tôi có trải nghiệm rất tệ tại khách sạn này.
