I recently stayed at a hotel called Harsnadzor in Armenia, and unfortunately, it was one of the most dissatisfying experience I’ve had in a long time. I was enthusiastic when I first reached, but as I walked into a room I realized that a lightbulb was missing. Then, I ventured into the bathroom, only to find that the water was either boiling hot or freezing cold. When it was time to eat, all we wanted were plates, but they said that such services were for vip guests only. Throughout the night, the noises from our surroundings were unbearable and the broken window didn’t make it any better. In the morning, I was tired since I didn’t get any sleep the previous night and was hoping that the breakfast would give me energy, but instead all we got was stale and cold bread and fruit that was not even fresh. In our room there was a poster saying that there was a jacuzzi, barrel bath, and a photo barrel, though when I went to look for them they were nowhere in sight. The staff was not very welcoming too and seemed to get agitated quickly. I recommend that you work to improve your hotel and it could possibly become one of the best hotels, but overall I would not recommend staying here for there are plenty of better options in the area.
