We stayed as couple and are very much satisfied with our stay experience. The check in and check out process, cleanliness of room, interaction with hotel staff, amenties in the room, complimentary breakfast, access to gym - everything was top notch. The restaurant at top floor with surrounding view of mountains is an experience in itself.

It was 10th of May at 6 pm when me and my daughter were way back from a tiring trip from Almora. We had to go to Delhi but being so tired we planned to stay at Fortune hotel in Haldwani. The hotel staff was well trained and it took only minutes to assign us a room. From the hotel entrance to the floor level we experienced soothing rose fragrance . It was lovely. We've been assigned 6th floor room no. 603 near the lift ,which gave us secure feel. Room was wonderful at its ambience and comfort level. There was some furniture noise issue from the upper floor which was immediately stopped on one call to the reception. Staff and ***agers were very much courteous and helpful at all fronts. They were well groomed and well trained. We have asked for housekeeping services to tide up the room before going for dinner. It was done by all means when we came back . Food was excellent at dinner and morning breakfast . F&B staff was so efficient and GREAT in services. Every staff was smiling and attentive towards each n every guest. It was like personalized services to each guest. Live instrumental music was like melodious effect to the entire coffee shop ambience. Team Fortune made our stay a memorable one with best of services and care. The kind of comfort and feeling of security we experienced made us to book this hotel for every next stay and to suggest others as well . All the best Team Fortune Walkway Mall Haldwani. I always stayed at the fortune haldwani when i am on business trip.My overall experience was excellent. Exceptional hospitality and warmth shown by front desk staffs especially Neha,Anita and Gowtham and in dining chandan,ranjeet and anil. It’s the best stay option in haldwani for sure.

Very prompt and polite staff. Food is good especially their kumaoni thali. The restaurant on top floor overlooks the mountains making it a good view . We wanted to stay away from the hustle bustle of nainital and it was a very good idea. Nainital mall road is about 1.5 hours away .

Ms Neha at front office is very professional and courteous. The hotel is nice and location is also good. The restaurant located at top floor is also good. The rooms are good sized and the beds are also very comfortable.The ***agement has to work on internet.

Great experience I am going there in a function of Haldi in last weak of April all the staff are very cooperative, still I remember one of his staff Nidhi is very helpful for my family the area is very clean as well as, well decorated All the best nidhi keep yourself helpful always
