子どものスキーのため宿泊。道を挟んで目前がいいもりゲレンデのリフトですが、リフト券は五分ほど歩いたスキーセンターで買う必要があります。 夕食がつかないのと大浴場はないようですが、車で五分弱のところに温泉。食事も食べに出て不便なし。 部屋はファミリースイートで広く快適でした。 積雪の関係か、乾燥室に直接アクセスできないのは少し不便でしたが、殆ど問題なし。 WiFiは室内では弱かったです。 スタッフは中国の人でしたが日本語OKで、とても親切に対応してくれました。

La casa stessa cambia con il passare del tempo, non è nuova, ma è stata correttamente pulita e ha tutto quello che volete.La maggior parte delle strutture di comodità relative agli animali domestici sono disponibili, quindi non porterà alcun disagio. Il personale che ho incontrato nella reception e nel ristorante è molto giovane, amichevole e amichevole, il che mi fa sentire molto comodo.Prenotare il riso con la pasta.La carne è deliziosa, ma ... Penso che anche se il numero di articoli è insufficiente, 々 è raramente. Per la prima volta sono venuto a sciare a cavallo bianco, l'hotel raccomandato dagli amici, devo davvero fare una scala di posizione geografica. È quasi possibile dire sci in / fuori a 500 metri dalla porta di Changlong. Poi il bus di neve a Tokyo è stato molto conveniente per raggiungere l'hotel direttamente all'aeroporto. È anche molto conveniente andare a un altro shuttle di neve al mattino, In definitiva, la posizione geografica dello sci è davvero fantastica!Non è molto conveniente andare a fare il giro per il negozio di convenienza per venti minuti, ma la sala di neve mangia anche molto, e dopotutto è accettabile nel villaggio. A volte puoi lasciare la macchina della bellezza della proprietaria per il shopping di convenienza! In termini di strutture, ci sono camere secche, ristoranti, ktv, sala da tavolo che possono bere e cantare nel villaggio. È davvero inghiottito 😭 Quando so quanto sia insolito la notte. Quando vedo l'elemosina di ktv, sono felice di igiene. Ci sono un piccolo fratello che si scontra ogni giorno. E'anche un hotel vicino al campo di neve, Non posso dire che non ho scelta!Aspetto del servizio: devo fare una gioiella di signorina Mio Liu!Vedo che ho portato il viso e mi ha aiutato a guardare il viso 😭!Il viso lungo sembra ancora molto caldo per aiutare!Non so che il traffico mi aiuti a prenotare il biglietto!Questa signorina mi ha dato 100 stelle!!!!

Hotel Abest Hakuba, from a skiers perspective. Staff 5 stars, hotel 2 stars A mixed bag of a hotel. It is not ski in/ski out, as claimed on some websites. The walk to the lift station is a few hundred yards uphill and can be challenging in snow and ice. There is no housekeeping, let alone daily, again as claimed on some websites. You have to get clean towels at reception and the rooms are not cleaned or serviced during your stay. With people leaving and arriving daily the corridors are often strewn with dirty laundry, which isn't ideal in a relatively small area.. Our room, with en-suite shower/bath and toilet was small, which is fairly typical of ski resorts, but there was no storage. No cupboards or drawers, at all, just 5 coat hangers in an open space, and only half a toilet roll in the bathroom. The toilet roll is shockingly flimsy and cheap, disintegrating as soon as it comes into contact with anything remotely moist (although this may be common in Japan rather than a hotel specific issue). There was nowhere to put wet ski gear on return from skiing. The ski storage room has no heat and does not even have heated rods to put ski boots on, so if you return with wet boots then that is what you have to look forward to in the morning. The beds, and pillows were rock hard, like sleeping on cement. Bedding was stained. The food is a mixture, some decent, some less so, but always let down by most of it being cold, even if you arrived dead on time for breakfast or your evening meal. The food is buffet style and is laid out in open plates, so immediately loses any heat. Surely a simple fix to put it out in catering style containers with lids? Some positives: The staff were all really excellent – relentlessly cheerful, helpful and hard working. They were happy to help resolve any problems and provided padded mattress toppers to help with the concrete bed issue. One staff member even took my wife to hospital after a fall, which was much appreciated and went well beyond what you would normally expect in terms of customer service. At the end of our stay we were driven to the station, again much appreciated. The miso soup and rice got my wife's approval, and the dim sum and freshly cooked to order shrimp tempura on a couple of nights were excellent, as were the mini croissants at breakfast. The onsen was very good, the toiletries in the bathroom were of a good quality. The beds are really spacious. I would expect to pay a premium for a hotel so close to a lift station, and with its own onsen, but the overall quality of accommodation on offer does not justify a charge of £250 per night.

We stayed here for 2 nights in July. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. The lack of vegetarian / vegan food options was disappointing considering this is a Marriott Hotel. The resteraunt may not be theirs, but still expected better. The staff were very helpful, although the hotel shuttle to drop us to the station was only available for a 30 minute timeslot in the morning. Strange, but not a problem. Location is good, still has a feel that it could be a lot better by just making small improvements. Its the details that matter, at least that is why we booked Marriott. Still, we would stay here again (and maybe bring our own food).

JamJamツアーというスキーツアーが得意な旅行会社のツアーで宿泊しました。ホテルは冬場のスキーやボードのお客をメインに営業しているのだと思います。夏場はトラピックスやクラブツーリズムの団体も受け入れています。今回2泊とも大型バス2台のツアーと同宿でしたが、温泉でもロビーでも誰にも会う事もなく、食事の時だけが一緒でした。温泉が貸切り状態でいつでも入れたのは良かったです。小さいですが露天風呂もありますが、サウナはありません。部屋はツインルームでしたが、奥にソファもあり十分に広いです。多分冬場はソファはソファベットになってトリプル仕様が出来るのだと思います。部屋からは鹿島槍が見えましたが、周囲は木々が多いので近くに眺望の良いところはありません。また白馬の別荘地の一番奥のジャンプ台の近くなので、歩きではコンビニにも行けません。格安ツアーだったので食事は期待していませんでしたが、十分美味しかったです。レストランは外国人のスタッフの方がサービスしていますが、気持ちよい応対でした。

白馬の登山目的で夫婦2人で2泊しました。食事のバイキングの種類が多く、かつ美味しかった。浴衣とスリッパのままでレストランに行って食事できるので楽だった。部屋からの眺めも良し(最上階の5階に宿泊)。温泉露天風呂も気分が良い(3人入るのが限界の広さだが)。部屋に小さなキッチンとレンジありで長期滞在にも便利そう(今回は2泊で使わなかったが)。良い意味でサイズが大きすぎない清潔感のあるホテルで、入口には綺麗な花が沢山あり、スイスの山小屋のような雰囲気があってくつろぎました。とても良かったです。

Despite a communication problem with hotel staff on shuttle pickup upon arrival at the bus station, we do recommend this hotel. We booked a special room, a concept room “Pike Nike” which is really amazing for the families with kids. The room resembles camping and picnic atmosphere. it has the picnic chairs. The furniture is still new and clean. If you consider booking this room type for enjoying with kids, you may contact the hotel directly to request so. We booked the room directly with the hotel. The onsen was great and the breakfast was excellent. We took the bus to Hakuba Happo but no one picked us upon arrival and we waited for almost an hour but the hotel staff helped solve the problem eagerly and kindly. Despite that shuttle problem upon arrival, we had no other problem at all with the shuttles, especially to Gondola. The hotel has clear and fixed schedules and it was not confusing. Our son pf 5 years old loved this room and the hotel so much that he cried because he did not want to leave the hotel. Thank you the relevant staff that helped us.

C'è un allegato, che è così grande che non puoi controllare tutto.La stazione di racchetta è vicino, puoi camminare.C'è un biglietto di sconto per racchetta, quindi è molto economico comprare qui.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sierra Resort, Hakuba when we visited in February. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained and offers a lot to its visitors. The hotel is set outside of the main town in it's own little secluded area. This can be a plus and minus - Positive because the resort is so beautiful and away from the hustle and bustle, negative as it can at times be difficult to access transport to and from town (restaurants, bars, ski fields, etc). The hotel offers a shuttle bus in the evenings to take you into town, although you need to book in there and back, which can be restrictive of your time at dinner, etc as you have to decide on a return time. The shuttle bus doesn't stop near all restaurants, so you could be walking in the dark/cold to your reservation and then waiting in the cold for the return bus. Keep this in mind - a lot of the time we found it more convenient to order a taxi, although these can be hard to come by and expensive! The Ski shuttle bus picks up/drops off at the hotel each day. Buses are busy and there are no racks for ski/board gear - you need to carry everything onto the bus with you, which can be very squishy as the buses get quite full. We found Tsugaike to be the closest and most convenient ski field to the hotel. The staff at the hotel were always very friendly and helpful. Language barriers existed, although staff would always ensure they had assisted you by the end of the conversation, you just have to allow a little more time in your schedule to organise and make your plans. This also allowed us time to learn some simple Japanese which assisted us when communicating with the staff. Sierra Hotel offers complimentary food at different times throughout the day, served in the main lobby area - curries, rice, soup, etc. This is so convenient when you get back from the ski fields and just want a small bite to eat before dinner. Hotel also offers complimentary wine, tea and ice creams. Breakfast - great selection of Japanese and Western food. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast each morning. There were always new things to try each day - eg: different soups (pumpkin, corn), also beautiful views outside. Dinner - we had dinner at the hotel one night from the A La Carte menu. Also thoroughly enjoyed our meals (Pasta, calamari, soup, fries, etc). Rooms were big, very comfortable and warm with special heating. Beautiful views of the snow and areas around the hotel. Our favourite part of the resort was the beautiful public and private onsens made up of pure mineral water. The private onsens need to be booked in ahead of time which the hotel allows each morning - you will need to be quick to make a booking. We would definitely recommend Hotel Sierra Resort and would stay here again. Thank you to the staff for an enjoyable stay! :)
