Hotel in zona Kumano Shrine, Hakone

C'è un bus navetta gratuito dalla stazione di Odawara e il trasporto è molto comodo. Al momento del check-in, abbiamo bevuto bevande, dolci giapponesi e servizi di convenienza, e abbiamo anche noleggiato costumi da bagno, così abbiamo potuto goderci i grandi bagni pubblici.

Il personale parla molto poco inglese e non è utile soprattutto il personale del ristorante sia ristorante da pranzo sia ristorante da colazione, il personale non voleva prendere il mio ordine. Il prezzo non è troppo costoso, ma la qualità alimentare non è adeguata al prezzo, abbiamo pagato per ¥35.000 per 6 persone, credo che potremmo trovare più delizioso con metà prezzo. La stanza è un po 'datato, il bagno non è pulito ( non è passato standard hotel Tokyo, anche gli hotel a Tokyo hanno una migliore stanza di bagno) La vista sul lago è così. Se questo hotel non ha una vista sul lago, è l'hotel 2-star.

Un buon negozio d'aria!Il personale è molto amichevole e conveniente per il trasporto.Se ho una possibilita', voglio ancora andare. L'atmosfera è davvero eccellente, il trasporto è anche conveniente per l'autobus di Ole e il museo d'arte sculturale vicino.Il personale è anche il miglior 👌 nella zona di Guangdong questi giorni, che ha spinto forzatamente i suoi amici

To be honest, this hotel has probably the most number of English-speaking Japanese staffs out of all the hotels that I’ve stayed in so far! Impeccable service, rather smooth communication and good location within Hakone. The hotel gives off a really relaxing vibe~so if you’re finding somewhere to just chill and soak in all those “zen-ness”, this is it! Just a little tip, the hotel is rather far from the train stations so do arrange for the free shuttle service in advance!

I read great reviews about Hakone Pax Yoshino. It's an older hotel in a tourist town and appears quite nice. My room was OK, large and could use some updating. My traditional dinner and service was spectacular, hence my 3-star rating. What tainted a one-night stay is I was traveling with a vegetarian friend and not only was she shut out of a dinner she paid for, but the front desk agent said they couldn't accommodate her, there would be no refund or substitutions, because we were traveling as solos we couldn't sit together - so many ”couldn'ts” that were simply not true. This tainted my stay and I went alone to dinner - plenty of room for another person - which was great. I was embarrassed that I had picked this hotel for friends to stay separately and upon arrival was told that our plan didn't include meals, which they sure did. So, at the front desk for about $300 per night, everything is ”couldn't”. Breakfast was just OK compared to dinner. I loved wearing the yakata and having hot spring water in the room's tub (which could use updating) was nice. In the morning, I was told to reserve a spot on a shuttle to the train station for what reason, I'm not sure. When no shuttle showed up for me, my friend and others waiting - and waiting - and waiting - we were then told that the shuttle doesn't always show up. Why the reservation for something that doesn't happen? The front desk could not request a cab, another ”couldn't”. Since most of us leaving had trains to catch and tours scheduled, we walked the 15 minutes or so to the station in the rain. I saw other guests I met while waiting also drenched at the station. In short, I'm not impressed though so much of Japan has impressive accommodations and kindness. Hakone Pax Yoshino falls short. For that reason, I wouldn't stay again and don't recommend it. Too bad, because the traditional dinner and restaurant serving staff are top notch. I'm sure the chef - and a dinner this good has to have a chef - would have said to serve a vegetarian rice, vegetables, desserts of which there were several as well as a large drink menu and other dishes - and the experience would have been better. Unfortunate that the front desk person we had could only say no, you don't have, we can't. Well, I think they could have. Very sad.

The owner is totally unprofessional. On the arrival night, we came in late at night due to flight delays and the owner initially refused to let me and my brother in even though we had paid for our room already. After letting us in, he put us in a room without any beds and left us to sleep on the wooden floor; he called it the Japanese style. He never took the time to explain how we should bed the room or what to do. He just left us there to figure it out. The second night, we asked to change rooms and the owner obliged. The second night was better sleeping wise. During our entire stay, the owner, refused to allow us to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner at his restaurant claiming that there is no food; even though we picked his hotel because of the good reviews on the restaurant. Interestingly, Japanese visitors were allowed to eat there, which looked very weird. Due to the location of the place, there is no easy access to other eating places. On the check out, the owner told us that we have to pay for the late check in, which we obliged and paid the entire bill as he gave it to us. As soon as we left, the owner sent an email accusing us of steeling drinks in the minibar; we drank one can of soda from the minibar, with the idea that’s why there were for and that the owner would add that soda to the final bill, which he did not. Not only did he accuse us but he said that he has sent our passport pictures to the police for theft; all for one can of soda. Who does that!!! We called him to try to make payment but because of his limited English, we could not pay for that soda. So we asked a client of ours who is Japanese to speak to him so that we can pay for that soda and he refused again stating he doesn’t want to deal with this anymore. Initially, we did not want to leave a review because we simply didn’t have any good things to say about the place or it’s hospitality but after experiencing this nonsense, we felt obliged to let other people know about our experience there. Therefore, we strongly recommend not using this place as same thing may happen to other foreigners like us.

Le camere giapponesi sono quasi troppo piccole per ospitare due persone con bagagli, matite molto sottili, nessun aircondition disponibile (solo pulito). La stanza è stata sgombrata, l'intero hotel ha bisogno di un'immagine. E' sicuramente visto giorni migliori. Pertanto, è troppo costoso. Inoltre, il cibo era buono e così era il Onsen. Ma si trovano standard simili Onsen vicino, in realtà, alla porta accanto. La piscina ben dimensionata si chiude alle 5 pm, non può dire la qualità. Servizio di massaggio disponibile, buon servizio.

Hotel estremamente fantastico in cui soggiornare. A due passi dalla stazione dei treni, bellissimo l'ascensore privato che porta direttamente in hotel. Il check - in è stato rapido e agevole, hanno a disposizione personale di lingua cinese e parlano un inglese semplice, il che è un grande vantaggio per noi. La cena è stata ottima, ma consiglio vivamente di prenotare i posti per la cena al banco del check-in al momento del check-in. C'è cibo cinese, italiano e giapponese, io ho scelto cibo cinese e, con mia sorpresa, è una cena di 7 portate. Sono super felice. La colazione era ottima! Non è richiesta alcuna prenotazione, in base all'ordine di arrivo, ottimo servizio da parte del team della colazione. La stanza era sempre bella e ordinata e la dispensa veniva sempre riempita. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel, tornerò sicuramente in questo hotel.

La posizione è fantastica in quanto è un collegamento diretto ai Gotemba Premium Outlets. Non c'è servizio in camera e nessun servizio di pulizia... si limitano a rifornire le tue comodità quotidiane. La cosa peggiore in assoluto, non c'è il caffè in camera, la caffetteria apre solo alle 11:00, puoi prendere la tua dose di caffè al caffè Tully più vicino che apre alle 10:00. L'onsen dell'hotel è fantastico. Complessivamente 3 su 5, perché nessuna pulizia giornaliera della camera e niente caffè, che sono le basi.

L'hardware dell'hotel è buono per vedere i fuochi d'artificio è molto costoso più di duemila dollari a notte, ma non è facile avere una stanza. E'terribile gestire il processo di soggiorno automatico. Ci sono voluti quaranta minuti prima del iPad. I collegamenti non saranno cinesi e inglese. Non è molto facile. È necessario scrivere informazioni di identità e scrivere tutto il loro alloggio interno. E assicurarsi che io sia il mio stesso. Una password per una stanza.La prima volta che la vita ha vissuto un'esperienza di questo tipo.Non c'è nessun cameriere all'hotel, e'troppo difficile trovare l'ultima volta.
