Ho soggiornato di recente in questo hotel e sono rimasto estremamente deluso dalla pulizia. La stanza aveva macchie evidenti sul tappeto, sulle tende e sulla tappezzeria, che rendevano lo spazio trasandato e scomodo. C'erano anche segni di penna sulle pareti e sulle superfici, il che suggeriva che non era stata effettuata una pulizia adeguata. Nel complesso, la mancanza di attenzione ai dettagli nel mantenere la pulizia ha avuto un impatto significativo sulla mia esperienza. Non consiglierei questo hotel finché non risolveranno questi problemi, quindi stiamo chiedendo il rimborso dell'intero importo

Situato vicino alla fermata dell'autobus. Facile da raggiungere nella zona di Hakone. Ci tornerò sicuramente

Bellissimo hotel!!! E personale molto disponibile. Adoro tutte le strutture di questo hotel. C'è un grande onsen. La posizione è vicino alla funivia a soli 15 minuti. Ma dalla stazione ferroviaria è un po' lontano in autobus. C'è anche un drink di benvenuto e uno snack bar. La colazione era incredibile, troppa scelta e deliziosa!! Nel complesso, io e la mia famiglia ci siamo divertiti e adoriamo questo hotel!!

Don't be deceived. The hotel ONLY refurbished the lobby and 2/F restaurant, while the room remains 1980s furniture and smell. The receptionist 佐藤, when asked about the room, rudely responded that she has no idea. How disappointing! I checked in and couldnt wait to leave the room and returned to the room very late. The best thing for me was I only booked one night, and I couldn't wait to check out the next morning. Please don't stay here. There are so many other options in the area.

The hotel was renovated & look modern, not traditional onsen hotel. It’s buffet breakfast & dinner, choice a bit limited & fusion. Staff is nice & polite

Great room size with a Japanese quarter. The buffet meals have more than 40 items and excellent. Location is a bit off the main attraction area but quiet and rustic. Accommodation/room equipment can use some update. Otherwise, an exceptional value.

The hotel is located to middle of nowhere. The bus stop though is like 1-2 min away from the hotel. The onsen was just ok. The Yukata is really nice. The breakfast is really good. Helpful staff.

衞生：酒店是乾淨的，這個算是日本環境的最基本了。 交通：酒店門口附近 50 米就有 bus 站還算方便。 吐槽點：1 去大涌谷 不是描述裏的 3 分鐘，需要坐 bus 到 桃園台再轉纜車或者其他交通工具才能到達，預計是半小時左右。 2 酒店裡的房間實在太舊了，就是大堂新裝修。房間舊得讓人非常不舒服，2 晚都睡得非常不好。 贊點：酒店有免費咖啡，下午茶小點提供，哩個做得非常好。 酒店的温泉和設施還是不錯。

我們訂了一個日式家庭房，陽台很寬敞，白天陽光鋪滿整個陽台，給人感覺很温暖。房間比較大，感覺6個人都能睡得下，我們四個人住很寬裕。衞生間分了三個房間，一間淋浴房寬敞，一個洗臉間適中，一個馬桶間比較狹小。感覺馬桶間和淋浴房面積均勻一點會更合理，因為酒店温泉不錯，所以沒用過淋浴間。智能馬桶蓋換過，偏小，有點架不穩，用起來不是很舒服。酒店早餐，晚餐比較豐富。除了温泉，還有乒乓球，KTV等娛樂項目。酒店在山裡麪，很安靜，空氣好適合放鬆身心。

酒店有點歷史，但勝價比超高，含2餐自助餐太友好了，在山裡找吃的也麻煩，帶娃不方便，自助餐的種類也很多，住了2個晚上，品種也會有小變化，唯一不足的是沒有私湯，乾淨衞生，設施保存得非常好，推薦

写真見てプールがあると思い行きましたが、プールはありませんでしたwしっかり調べていない私も悪いのですが、悲しかったです。 ホテルはとても綺麗でした。温泉も朝5時30分から入れて、予定がパンパンでも朝風呂もできて満足でした！ 2泊したのですが、アメニティーも2日目も全て新しい物を提供してくださり、ありがたかったです！ 朝は朝食ホテルのバイキングで、夜は近くのお店に食べに出ましたが、レストランが多く、居酒屋は徒歩10〜15分くらいのところに少しある感じでした。 とても楽しくすごさせていただきました！また行きたいと思います！

不在箱根核心景區，不過這個價位還是比較香的，而且很適合有箱根周遊劵的，因為大巴非常方便，車站離酒店很近。房間雖然有些老，但足夠大，早晚餐也挺好。總之是一次比較不錯的入住體驗。

這家箱根温泉酒店我住了三晚，每天都泡三次温泉。有很多日本老爺爺老奶奶、以及一家三口四口的住客，我們住的雙人間挺大，應該能住三人。温泉酒店一般提供一泊兩食。這家酒店不小，早餐和晚餐都是自助餐，水準在線：前菜一小碟一小碟就有很多選擇，各種小魚、小蝦、海產品、漬物；還有豆腐、温泉蛋、雞蛋羹；蔬菜沙拉區除了各種新鮮蔬菜，還有熟的蘆筍、茄子；主食有日式米飯、味增湯、蕎麥麪。早餐有現做的飯糰、現煎雞蛋卷omelette 、現烤的麪包；晚餐有現切的牛肉、現烤酥皮湯、現炸的天婦羅和豬肉蘆筍卷。更不要説各種甜點、水果、飲料了，晚餐有三種口味的冰淇淋，早餐還有三種口味的冰棍。我對温泉酒店的一泊兩食非常期待，結果也非常滿意。交通需要從小田原站坐箱根登山巴士，在箱根裏也可以坐巴士去桃園台或者其他景區。很推薦！
