Hotel a Hakodate

"The hotel looks a little far at first (about 10–15 min walk from the station), but with the cool windy weather, it felt like an easy walk. Maybe in mid-summer or snow winter it could be tougher, but during our stay it was very comfortable short walk for us. The room was spacious and spotless. The sofa was already prepared with bed sheets and pillows, making it easy for a 3rd or even 4th guest to sleep (just make sure to put the correct number of guests, including children, when booking). The onsen was excellent – clean, large, and with real spring water. There’s also a washing machine (bring your own detergent), and a kitchenette in the room, though you need to borrow cooking utensils from the front desk, guest need to clean them after use. (No condiments are provided) Breakfast was very good, but the only downside is the 40-minute time limit. Most of the staff were polite and friendly, though one female staff at reception and a male staff at the breakfast area seemed less welcoming. Overall, I’d recommend this place to families who want a spacious room with a small kitchen and a proper onsen. Definitely choose the breakfast plan if you book."

"La posizione dell'hotel è buona, a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione JR. Puoi parcheggiare la macchina per 800 yen per un giorno intero e puoi guidare in e fuori quante volte vuoi. La stanza è grande. Ci sono polvere su uno dei piatti. La televisiva è invasa in plastica, che è piuttosto igienica."

"Great location as the hotel is across JR Hakodate Station Square and just beside Hakodate Morning Market.  It is not the newest hotel but it’s straightforward and convenient.  Getting around Hakodate is easy since the hotel is in a central location. They also offer complimentary beverages to hotel guests from 1300H to 1900H daily.  My only concern with this hotel is their air condition which does not cool sufficiently. Despite setting the controls to max, our evenings were quite warm. Kindly look into this issue which I have read from other reviews.  The hotel also has a certain odour buy it was not an issue."

"If you are driving, you can park your car at the parking area right beside the hotel. At the front desk, exchange your parking ticket for a free pass with you can use to enter and exit the parking area for free-of-charge throughout your stay. The parking will cost 1000yen/night, which you have to pay upfront when you check-in. Overall, it was a beautiful and comfortable hotel which is near to the Hakodate Bay and the Morning Market. The hotel offers a complimentry onsen for all stayers."

"2nd time staying here. Convenient location, near JR train station & bus station. Within walking distance to nearest tram stop. Travelling to airport & places of interest is not a hassle. Hotel allows extension of check-out hours."

"La Vista Hakodate Bay exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect — within walking distance to major spots like the red brick warehouse and Mt. Hakodate ropeway. The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely nostalgic Japanese feel. The rooftop onsen was absolutely amazing, especially with the open-air bath overlooking the night view of Hakodate. The free late-night ramen was a nice surprise! Most of all, I want to thank a female staff member who gave us the best service I’ve experienced in Japan. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful. I didn’t catch her name, but she truly made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!"

"L'hotel e il servizio sono buoni. Tuttavia, la mia esperienza generale è deludente. Prima, il personale non poteva comunicare in inglese. Poi, nella prima stanza che ho controllato, ho trovato un po' di capelli sul tetto della doccia. Quindi, vado al divano di fronte a lamentarmi; il personale mi trasforma nella nuova stanza. Quando sono tornato all'hotel al 20.30. Hanno già scappato dalla loro offerta di bevanda gratuita. Il personale mi ha detto che dopo 20.00, offrono Y500 dalla loro bevanda. Ancora una volta, mi sento deluso perché mi dovrebbero dire durante il check-in. La colazione è ordinaria, niente di speciale"

"La più piccola stanza di mais del mare prenota è fantastica, e due o tre persone sono sufficienti.La sala porta, la camera da letto e la stanza sono fantastiche.E'molto vicino al mare, proprio al mare, molto valente. Ma la malattia forzata è difficile sopportare che le finestre della finestra della finestra della stanza sono intorno.Il letto ha una grande guancia, la mattina si spoglia (Figura 4), non si tira indietro, influenza il sonno.Non tutti dicono che i giapponesi sono dei dettagli folli?I dettagli non sono stati trovati.Più tardi, ho trovato un modo per fermarsi. Poi la colazione è buona. La zuppa di zuppa è anche buona. Ma il livello superiore al mare (in foto propaganda) ha dato la zuppa alla donna fino alle 9:30 di mattina. È troppo poco. È praticamente in quattro piani. La zuppa è stata data agli uomini pomeriggio e sera. Non capisco perché."

"The room size is just nice for 3 pax, but if open all luggages, will have minimal walking space to toilet. Location is near to train station and market. There is parking available beside the hotel though need to pay 700 yen per day. The room that we got however comes with some issues: 1) there is no heater within the room and the air conditioner can't be set to a temperature that is suitable for us. It only has low, medium, high settings for air conditioner and it is cold air. 2) the toilet drainage has issue too, after showering, the water flooded the whole floor outside the bath tub. The good thing is after reporting the flooding issue, the receptionist send a service man to repair the chokage immediately. The next day the reception also pass us a portable heater to keep ourselves warm."

"All in all, the authentic Japanese hot spring facilities and atmosphere were great !! BUT BUT BUT —Who would guess that we bumped into a tsunami warning !! During 15 minutes, I was on the third floor, not knowing what to do or where to go!! The front desk didn’t answer my calls and the broadcast was only in Japanese!!! God punished me for not studying Japanese hard !! It was lucky that nothing happened! Otherwise, I think other foreign guests would have been so lost and anxious !!!! The hotel should really put foreign guests into consideration too!! The staff at front desk didn’t really speak English, so it was hard to communicate…."
