I went to breakfast at 7:00 and many people in the queue. I gave up to have breakfast at your hotel nevertheless I was recommended by colleagues in Hakodate region that the breakfast is good in Kokusai Hotel. In the end, I went out to Asa-Ichi market and had excellent & fresh rice bawl (巴丼).

The Hakodate Kokusai Hotel is conveniently located just south of the Morning Market, and the JR Hakodate Station. Facilities are nice, and the staff is friendly, and the breakfast buffet is quite good. Views from the top floor are very good, and the rooftop spa is nice for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Although not the newest hotel, the accommodations are still nice.

Overall very nice experience. The breakfast was also nice with two choices - Japanese and Western (which also had Japanese). The onsen was spacious as well. They didn’t have a steam room which is fine but i suppose we had an expectation after visiting so many onsens that have one as well.

Nice room and nice ala cart breakfast but onsen dosen't have sauna but everything is comfortable and i like it also staffs were very helpful and smooth I like viewing ocean so i upgraded seaview room and staff helped us to another good room very big and good cool aircond Next time I will book from your apps so i will get more points 😍😍

Cons - tiny ‘medium’ bed. Smallest of the standard small Japanese hotel rooms we stayed in during our 2 week holiday. Pros - Generally nice hotel. Excellent location. Good price.

Nice room & hotel ambiance was good. Cakes at the lobby was great too, prices were reasonable. Breakfast was good too, with options of Japanese set meals on 2nd floor or buffet on 1st floor. Overall love it, ll come back again

Clean and efficiently nice location too

The location is good with lot of restaurants and shops nearby by plus lot of parking spaces. It is also close to some of the scenery spots. The two rooms we booked were for three persons but actually we only had two persons stayed in each room. Although the room was spacious, as there were three beds in the room that made us a bit crowded. It’s good the hotel has hot spring service with reasonable charge. The beds are acceptable. Only thing to complain we couldn’t charge our mobile phones. We sought help from the receptionist but one of the male staffs replied that he couldn’t help as the hotel did not have any mobile charger to lend to us. After several arguments, one of the female staffs took the mobile charger to our room but this charger was very slow while it was not totally functioning well in the second day.

The best of our hotel stay in Hokkaido. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel and the rooms were modern.

這個位置我覺得不錯的，jr站出來走十分鐘左右，旁邊就是早市，旁邊有超市，居酒屋很方便，酒店也能租自行車，其實函館完全可以騎車旅行，我們騎車到立寺岬，倉庫，公園，五菱郭，酒店服務很好，我們的充電寶和電線遺留在酒店，前台還幫我們寄到下一個酒店，服務非常好，早餐特別好，可以自己做海鮮丼飯，菜品很新鮮
