Superb Breakfast The best breakfast in Hokkaido this trip, and Onsen. Free parking. Reasonable price. Definitely stay again if we come to Hakodate

Great hotel in the heart of Hakodate. Breakfast is the best I have had in Japan in terms of quality and variety. It was quite affordable with great services, amenities, and location at the heart of Hakodate. Rooms are sizable. Not too far from train, bus, and tram services. Hotel staff even bothered to address and deal with a dying bird found outside their property that we saw and called the proper authorities.

Not only are the staff friendly and able to commute in English they are also very helpful. The onsen space was great! Our room is clean & spacious. The view from our room was truly breath taking. Location is great as most of the attractions are walkable distance.

Quite a good location, with a short walk to the stations. Clean and have simple hotspring.

This hotel about 10-15 mins walking distance to main train station. No issue for us because we are self drive. We like this hotel as big room with kitchen & washing machine. Enjoyed the onsen too

The hotel is located slightly far from the JR railway, but still accessible by Tram. The staff are friendly but would be better if can speak or understand English

Room is very spacious with living room, kitchen and washing machine included. Breakfast was very delicious. I am very satify and worth to stay.

Clean, helpful staff, onsen was really nice as well. The location is a good distance from the train station.

The room size was so small that we can’t open 2 gips without blocking the route. I was sick due to no hot water in room after having onsen and wait for 30mins+ for the staff to settle the problem. They said rooms were full booked and asked me to take bath in onsen or another room. Finally room change was offered and it already took around an hour after onsen. On the 2nd day, I thought I got a fever because what happened in the night before and call to front desk for thermometer. The staff just tell me no and cut the line. Very rude. The most ridiculous experience that I ever had and will never stay again in this hotel.

A little off to the side of the city center, but a mere 10-minute-ish walk from JR station and had no problem getting around. Intentionality chose a room at the newer building, a building repurposed from apartment villa, that faced the shoreline and the view was spectacular. The rooms at the newer building also comes with a washing machine, and you can easily get detergent, etc. from the coin laundry on the ground floor. Service was great and staff members always gave us excellent recommendations. It was extra convenient for us that one of the front personnel was a Korean. Onsen was included in the stay and we were more than happy to make daily trips to it. We were coming directly from Noboribetsu, and the onsen was still pretty decent (for the reference, we stayed at Yumoto Hotel). Breakfast buffet packs a pretty impressive diversity of food and had a limited yet still decent option of creating you own kaisendon. This was not included in our stay, but I’d say it is more than fairly priced for its quality and convenience. Overall, I would definitely come back to this hotel next time I’m in the area, or at least come back for the onsen. The price is unbeatable for the quality/ease of stay/amenities.

The room is big and comfortably host 3 adults. We are pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine and other kitchen equipment in the room. Not to mention the walk in closet. It’s a full service apartment than a hotel room. The location is a bit far from public transport and attractions. However, the balcony with a fantastic sea view is to well worth the effort spent getting to the hotel. The hotel is also reasonably priced, considering that it was a peak season (summer vacation period).

Onsen was great. Front desk was helpful as they could serve multi-languages. Overall, a great stay

Real value for money. The room is of a good size. Front desk was able to speak Mandarin and that really helps.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and offered a stunning sea view. Guests have free access to the hot spring facility, which was a delightful experience. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and offered a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the morning market, making it easy to explore local offerings. Highly recommended!
