My favorite here is my amazing Drinks made by Zoltan. He can also make you a special drink, just tell him what you like, he can concoct it for you. Every drink this guy makes is excellent. The spa staffs and the pool area are friendly and helpful. It was so relaxing, my toddler love it there. Restaurant staffs are very nice from breakfast and dinner. They are friendly and considerate with our toddler. Front desk staffs are nice and helpful. Third will be the children's play area. The room was nice, cozy and clean. The location is close to the park, zoo, restaurants and etc.

Sono appena tornato da un fine settimana a Debrecen (e il mio primo viaggio in Ungheria) e non potevo essere più felice con la mia scelta di hotel. La comunicazione pre arrivo era eccellente, ad esempio, hanno organizzato un taxi per me dall'aeroporto a breve termine, e da parte di principio al termine del soggiorno ho sentito questo Mercure davvero preoccupato per l'esperienza degli ospiti. Come una sola viaggiatore che arriva alle 2 del mattino, mi sentivo benvenuta e immediatamente ”a casa”.La decorazione è elegante, contemporanea e confortevole, le camere sono pulite e ben progettate (apprezzavo i porti USB), e mi è stato colpito dal buffet colazione, che era generoso (non serviva!) con molte opzioni sani, come sei sementi diverse per i piatti, e latte di mandorla e latte non lattosio come standard al bar te/caffè. Nella maggior parte degli hotel, non sono disponibile per colazione, ma qui mi è piaciuto tanto, anche il mio secondo mattino. Tutti i membri del personale erano molto amichevoli e di aiuto. La posizione è grande - a soli due minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale e dalla Grande Chiesa riformata, così come molti ristoranti e la fermata del tram - eppure si sente come un oasi rilassante. Ci sono grandi spazi intorno all'hotel (in e fuori) per lavorare o sprecare tempo su un caffè. E il negozio di caffè Cure che fa parte del complesso, ma penso un'azienda separata. ha anche eccellenti torte e bevande. L'unica cosa che avrei voluto è un ferro nella stanza (è un disturbo dover andare alla reception e prendere uno solo per prendere qualche stronzate da una camicia) ma tutto il resto era così buono che questo punto minore non si avvicina a dentare il mio ”cinque” rating.

I can't recommend this hotel to anyone. Working with hospitality needs some social skills and ambitions to give the guests good service. The staff of this hotel has nothing of it. It was more a scam like and lazy staff. Let's start with the worst. When we checked out, the receptionist invented a new fee. He charged us for changing towels. We stayed three nights and he charged us for three changes. We protested. There was no information about this on the website, on ********** or in the bathroom or when we checked in. The receptionist said that we could see it on the TV in the room. We didn't watch TV - most of the channels are on hungarian. The attitude is also unfriendly. We had some things to celebrate and had a small bottle of champagne. We asked for a wine glass or a champagne glass. The portier said that they didn't have any glasses. One minutes walk from his chair there was a breakfast room with a bar and a lot of both wine glasses and champagne glasses. The breakfast was a joke. They had some deep fried vegetables that were so greasy that we felt sick when we tried it. No lactose free yogurt and no seeds or oats... just some low cost coco pops and the cheapest musli. The bread was just white and dry. Breakfast is not worth the stay. We had a hard time sleeping because of noisy drunk people outside the hotel- But the worst was to see the portier when we checked out. He had no pride and didn't even try to cover his lack of service and hospitality. I strongly recommend guests to not stay here. There are other nice hotels in Debrecen.
