We wanted to have a direct access to the Hajduszoboszlo Spa and this was the reason we selected this Hotel for our stay. The Hotel has some late 80's early 90's style and you can have that feeling that you are in that era again... The building would strongly need some renovation, furnitures are really outdated, bathrooms are even more (old faucets, taps, bathtub, toilet...). I had some serious concerns with the cleanliness of the Hotel, incl. room and restaurant area. In our room the carpet seemed to have a bleach-accident, but it was also not super-clean. Air-condition was really loud, also an old one, not working properly. I struggled to find a clean plate, cutlery or glasses next to the food buffet (once I tried 4 different plates, and found dried food on the bottom of each, glassess and cutlery had greasy stains on them - not dried water, but visibly something else...) Hotel staff is generally nice, except some waiters in the restaurant area who were visibly avoiding guests and has some "disgust" on their faces when it comes to any guest request. They also do not welcome guests. There are a lot of trainees / students as well, but they are really trying hard and they did a great job. Variety of food is big, quality is ok... It is not a nice sight when the cook is coming out of the kitchen, checking if there is enough food under the heating cover and find something sticked to the lid, remove it with his bare hands and throw it back to the pot... I would select a different hotel if I go back to Hajduszoboszlo. Entrance fee to the HungaroSpa is included except some areas (slides, premium area) for that you have to pay extra of course. For this price level (and with 4 stars) I would expect more.

We selected this hotel as it has a direct connection to the Spa and some spa services are included into the price. But the Hotel itself was a disappointment for me. The building is in a good shape but furnitures, equipments (e.g: air-conditioning, taps, faucets, baths) are not so much... I had the feeling they use the original things from the 90's. My biggest issue was with the cleaniness. In the restaurant we have found several dirty plates, cutlery and glasses on the newly dressed tables or next to the self-service buffet. Hotel staff is nice (in most of the cases, except our arrival at the reception desk), there are a lot of student/trainee in the restaurant area who makes some mistakes or a bit clumsy but that is fine, they are super nice, but the older staff members are more seemed to be irritated by all the guests' requests. They seemed to avoid the tables and the eye-contacts with the guests, what was a bit strange. We haven't tried the own wellness section of the hotel, as we spent more time in the spa. From price-quality perspective I would not choose this hotel next time, as I expected something nicer for that price level.

I have been to this hotel countless times since 2008. From what I have seen, the rooms have not been renovated in all this time, although I think that would have been the case. The only renovation I saw was to the spa behind reception. But I think removing the pool from there was not a very bright idea. The spa was made for salvation and does not really attract the attention of customers. Unfortunately, I noticed that during all this time the cleanliness of the rooms was getting worse and worse from year to year. You have to ask them to change your towels or bed linen or even ask them to wipe your dust or use the vacuum cleaner. The only thing that still holds up is the restaurant, although there are also downsides. From this year I decided not to go there anymore.

A good hotel with large, warm rooms. It is warm everywhere, including the corridors and tunnels connecting the treatment base and the Aqua Park. I recommend staying here if you come to the famous baths in Hajdúszoboszló. Unfortunately, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. We have been coming here for many years, but since the pandemic they have gotten used to not cleaning the rooms anymore. Come in, take the trash and change the towels. This is a standard that is not respected and it is not pleasant to ask them to clean. The restaurant is very good with many dishes.

That was our second summer farewell. The hotel has 4 star what is great. We had dinner in the price. The dishes were really great and the palette was wide. Everyone found something to eat. In the afternoon there was free coffee and cookies every day. The rooms were great and was cleaned properly. The price contained for us the entry ticket for the bath next to us. Everything is close to it. We had a great time there and will come back again.

I will gladly come to this relaxation complex ( swimming pools, jazuzzi, SPA, thermal waters) every time because we can have fun both indoors and outdoors, both in summer and in winter. We felt great every time, and when we left we only wanted to schedule the next vacation, also here.

Хочу написать о своём впечатлении от отеля, были последний раз в 2018 и решили приехать вновь, отель конечно очень упал, первое это грязные номера, стены, занавески в пятнах от убитых клопов, к тому же нам посчастливилось их лицезреть в своём номере, везде паутина, на окнах в углах , над кроватью, уборки нет, вынесли мусор и на этом все, полотенца мокрые на полу никто не менял, надо самому идти искать в коридоре и менять, сауна работает с 7-10 утра, это кто же в 7 утра париться🤦♀️🤷♀️ Этот отель нуждается как минимум в дезинфекции от насекомых, нормальной уборке, и стирке занавесок, на 4* он не тянет однозначно , слабенькая 3*, цена не маленькая, а алиментарного не делают, не убирают.

Отдыхали в этом отеле семьей, 3 человека. Номер стандартный, но очень убогий, напоминает больничную палату - очень неуютный и маленький! Питание - завтрак и ужин (скорее ужин, т.к. завтрак обычный, европейский) - хорошее. На этом все хорошее заканчивается! На ужин гостям отеля предлагался ассортимент пирожных, но при этом чай и кофе - только заказывать у официанта за отдельную плату! Этакая жлобская бизнес-модель! Чайника в номере нет, из туалетных принадлежностей - только гель (он же шампунь, он же жидкое мыло) в дозаторе. И это в отеле 4 *! Уборки не было - выносили только мусор - и на том спасибо! В общем, впечатление осталось тягостным, больше мы сюда не приедем и рекомендовать отель не будем! Еще одно замечание - в отеле было много гостей из Украины, но в том же ресторане не было ни одного блюда, подписанного на украинском или русском языке. Выглядит как-то очень все некрасиво! Когда выселялись, на ресепшене предъявили нам счет почти в 100 долларов, но толком не смогли объяснить за что: у меня сложилось впечатление, что нас просто обманули, воспользовавшись нашим незнанием венгерского языка (счет был на венгерском!!!). По-английски работник за стойкой сказал - это за чай!!!
