L'hotel è a pochi chilometri dalla strada di cavallo e dall'orologio, e la tassa di auto è otto yuan. E'piu' conveniente per l'auto cercare un parcheggio. Il panorama della strada di cavallo è ancora buono. È la strada più grande e completa del paese. Anche se è stata ristabilita una strada a piedi, è diventato molto più elegante nell'Asia sudorientale.
Da nove barche a undici di mattina nel porto di Scandal a Haikou New Seaport, si consiglia di guidare per la spiaggia di Xishi e la biblioteca di Cave, scavare il ponte del secolo, poi parcheggiare il parcheggio 3 o 4 della strada del edificio, andare al torre di campanile del mare e alla strada del edificio, e infine alloggiare all'hotel di vacanza di due chilometri, Finire un buon viaggio di giorno.
L'hotel è di livello superiore, la stanza è pulita e pulita, dimentica la foto, vale la pena vivere la prossima volta.

La zona di piscina è eccellente per i toddler per i ragazzi con un slide e un salto per i piccoli e reti da basket / volleyball per i bambini più anziani.
Molto consigliato come un luogo di riposo post isola come vicino all'aeroporto di Meilou.

The room was very clean and spacious. The common area was also relatively clean & it was a good experience to stay in the hotel in general! Location is also pretty good, beside a street that sold some street food & a big mall. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building with its name.
Reception was nice & friendly, dryer and washer was free & easy to use. The dryer actually dried the clothes up well.
I wasn't able to find this hotel on didi, but was able to pin another hotel (美豪 / Meihao hotel) which was at the exact same spot that led us to the lobby. Thank you!

Great location (though 30 mins from the airport). The staff were helpful and upgraded our room. The hostel is in the middle of town and around the back is the bus stop for the #3 on/off tourist bus which takes you to the beach and harbour areas. A 2 hour round trip, so a nice cheap way … 5CNY (have the correct cash) to see the area. Lots of food options in the area, but make sure you eat up at lunch time as most places were not open at dinner time.

Stayed here for a night. It was a pleasant stay. Hotel gave off a dated vibe which I enjoyed. Staff was courteous. Amenities were sufficient. There was also a small public hot spring facility just outside the hotel and a tub you can fill with hot spring water in hotel room. Different varieties of food served during breakfast. Location is convenient to go to qilou old street. We took a cab.

UUtente ospiteSfortunatamente siamo rimasti bloccati a Haikou quando Hainan è stato colpito da un focolaio di Covid e non c'è modo di lasciare l'isola. Fortunatamente abbiamo scelto questo hotel per aspettarlo, e ci siamo trasferiti qui per un totale di 12 notti, di cui per lo più passiamo tutto il tempo in camera nostra. L'intero hotel ha un bel Flair, tutto è verde e attrezzato per il tema forestale. La camera era molto confortevole e accogliente, tutte le strutture erano in servizio e l'unica cosa che si trattava era che il WiFi era piuttosto lento (perciò solo 4 punti), quindi abbiamo dovuto usare la nostra internet mobile tutto il tempo. Poiché questa era una situazione speciale, abbiamo avuto molte interazioni con il personale dell'hotel che, anche se non parlavano inglese, è sempre stato estremamente utile e amichevole e ha fatto un ulteriore passo per sostenerci. Ci hanno lavato i vestiti gratis e ci sono stati deliziosi caffè gratis e frutta fresca che ci hanno dato un po' di benvenuto!
A causa della nostra situazione, non posso davvero valutare la posizione, perché non ci è stato permesso di esplorare l'ambiente, ma tutte le esperienze positive menzionate sicuramente mettono questo posto in una delle migliori hotel che abbia mai soggiornato.
Se fossi tornato a Haikou, sarei tornato in questo hotel.

AARC5555he Hilton Haikou is a very well located hotel and probably one of the best in Haikou. On arrival there was a heavy rainfall which caused me to get quite wet walking from the taxi to the hotel entrance. I booked the room online via trip for me and my travel companion with the payment in hotel option. Online-Prepayment was not possible. On check in, given that I was very wet because of the rainshower I was quite unsatisfied with the service. First there was apparently some issue, wether I or my companion booked the room because the order of names on the booking showed my name in second place. Also my companion wasnt with me at that time because of a one day delay. In my opinion it shouldnt be a matter who booked the room since both of our names were given, regardless of the order. This issue took some extra time which is very inconvenient if you are dripping wet and just want to rest. Secondly when it comes to payment instead of the 1959 RMB, 2000 RMB were deducted from my WeChat account without any communication about the deviation. I also only realized it later when I already arrived the room and was very confused what the 41 RMB were for. Like I said it has not been communicated to me at all. Maybe a tip or was it meant as a deposit? (Even though it would appear to be a very odd deposit amount and tipping in China is not a thing) I guess from a 5 Star Hilton I could expect accuracy and clear communication when it comes to payment. Which brings me to another downside. Even though my Mandarin is sufficient enough, I was very surprised that at a Hilton of this price category none of the staff at check in nor other employees were able to speak English. So for foreigners who dont speak Chinese this would be a bit difficult.
The next day I went down to reception again to ask about the 41 RMB and was offered a refund, yet the reason why it has been deducted in the first place still remains unknown to me.
Another small issue appeared at breakfast when I asked one of the waitresses where the tea/ teabags is/are located. I formulated my request precisely in Chinese and the lady was just behaving awkward and walked away. I thought maybe still something would happen, but 10 minutes later still nothing. Luckily I was able to find the overseeing waitress, asked her the same question and found out that the Teabags are not openly presented at the buffet (Which is an unexpected inconvenience for a 5-Star hotel yet again, + the tea choices are very limited)
My last complaint is the minibar. I have been at budget hotels before, which offered a free minibar which is refilled every day. Why are there so many things in this Hotel with a hefty price tag. This appears not welcoming given the cost of this Hotel. Especially the price-tag of minibar drinks is outrageous. For example 0.33L Tsingtao Beer 28 RMB…. Speechless. In every shop around you get 0.5L for less than half the price. Now that all my complaints about the service have been mentioned, lets move on to the many upsides of the Hilton:
-Great location and rooms
-Very good breakfast buffet with many choices
-Even better dinner buffet (298RMB/Person)
-Great panorama view
-luxurious
-Some of the staff still did a great job, which is why I still give a 3/5 rating, regardless of previous issues.

YYangyuanThe rooms were beautiful and large. Lots of space to store your luggage. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good sleep. The food in the restaurant was pretty good. I had some fried rice and stirred fried vegetables for dinner. Both dishes were very tasty. In addition, the staff were extremely helpful. I had to fill out apps due to the Covid situation and even though it took a little bit of time they didn't hesitate. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but not far from the ocean and about a 15-20 minute taxi ride to downtown. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation.

UUtente ospite🚗 Trasporti: L'hotel vicino al mare vicino alla costa occidentale è adatto per la guida autonoma. È molto comodo parcheggiare. È possibile parcheggiare sulla strada dell'hotel, così come il parcheggio e le pile di ricarica.
Dopo essere arrivato al negozio e aver parcheggiato l'auto, il personale dell'hotel ha immediatamente accolto e aiutato con i bagagli. Il check-in è stato molto veloce. Il tipo di camera è buono. C'è un piccolo balcone di fronte al mare. È molto comodo. L'aria condizionata dell'hotel è impostata in anticipo. Le bevande in frigorifero si possono bere una volta, e la colazione è un po' leggera, e nel complesso sono molto soddisfatta.

MMK83I do not recommend this hotel unless you are just going to sleep there only. If you plan to spend anytime in the hotel room, order food, or even just think that someone will come and bring fresh towels then stay somewhere else. The location is great. In the past I've stayed at this hotel before and it was much better. It has fallen a lot. The service is just sad. Though they did know how to register a foreigner and that part was easy.

We stayed for another 4 nights this time and discovered the small and beautiful garden on the 4th floor.
Floor can be cleaner as we are not wearing shoes in the room. The sand in the room should be covered.
Great experience overall.

UUtente ospite很喜歡這個Loft公寓，適合一家人居住，樓下有個開放式廚房，可以自己做點兒簡餐。樓上是兩個卧室，動靜分離。陽台的景觀很好，可以看到遠處的大海。房間乾淨、設計簡潔，老闆很熱情，有求必應。公寓附近就是公園和購物廣場，吃飯、購物、看電影、遛彎都很方便，很適合旅居。下次來海口還要住這裏。
