Hotel in zona Zhongkai Peasant Association Former Site, Haikou

Deve essere un grande elogio all'hotel di Vienna!A partire dalla ricezione della reception, si può sentire la sincerità piena. Il servizio del manager della sala frontale è entusiasta e attento, e la pazienza risponde a tutte le domande, che fanno caldo il cuore della gente. La colazione è anche una sorpresa, i cibi sono freschi, eccellenti e l'ambiente di pranzo è anche molto comodo.La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, ci sono molti cibi intorno a lui, è facile da viaggiare, sia in viaggio di business che in vacanza, sono tutte una buona scelta.

Molto amichevole! Anche se ci siamo trasferiti solo per una notte, ci siamo davvero goditi del nostro soggiorno. Sarà certamente di nuovo se visitamo Haikou di nuovo!

Really nice little hotel. Great location. Room was small but I am a solo traveller so it's just right for me. I don't ask for much. Just a clean room, no bedbugs, hot shower and clean toilet and I'm happy. I stayed there 4 days and didn't encounter any noise issues even in the hotel itself. Would stay there again.

After we update to a large family suite room (x2 room) , it was well maintained , cozy and comfortable. Toilet is privacy too. Location was very very convenient and walkable to most attractions too.  A special compliment to a customer service young lady 小姐姐 at the counter. She’s young and passionate about hotel management and her helpfulness in assisting us to local attractions. Her enthusiastic energy really need appraisal. Her work behaviors really an asset to Zizai Music hotel.  Highly recommend to guests who booked with them. I’ll believe you be well taken care of. 

Il personale è stato molto attento e amichevole, rendendoci sempre benvenuti e ben curati. La posizione è grande, con facile accesso ai cibi locali e al supermercato, un menzionamento speciale per il caffè, è stato davvero eccezionale e un piacevole inizio ogni mattina. In generale, un soggiorno meraviglioso con servizio di top-notch, una posizione perfetta, e una grande esperienza di caffè. Molto consigliato!

L'aereo del mattino dopo volava cercare un hotel di transizione vicino alla stazione di Haikou East. Il giorno dopo, con un alta velocità, andava a Melan. Ho prenotato l'hotel per sapere che l'aereo può essere inviato in un incidente, troppo felice! Evitando il problema di camminare alla stazione di bagaglio, il capo del negozio di bellezza ha mandato il volo in tempo il giorno successivo, o un nuovo tram.Circa 25 minuti di viaggio, fornisce una garanzia per il volo di prima.I occhiali della famiglia sono caduti nell'hotel e hanno iniziato a ricordare che non c'era aumento dei prezzi durante il Festival di primavera. Conveniently located opposite a big shopping mall. Hotel is very new which uses high technology equipments like my girl's favourite entertainer 'xiao du' which is the room 'helper' will switch on/off TV, radio, curtains etc. Personally, I'm impressed with the latest blameless hair dryer which gets my hair dry fast. Most importantly, Hotel provides free use of high tech washing machine and dryer. Without it, I would have a hard type once back home with loads of dirty clothes to wash. That is why I've rebooted this hotel a couple of times during the stay, 1 whole week to be exact. Service is fast too. As the hotel is relatively still new, would be good and look forward if they include swimming pool and a gym soon. Highly recommended.

Housekeeping didn’t wash out cups. Hotel is nice to help in receiving our parcels before our arrival. Room was clean and modern looking.

Excellent location and large rooms. Breakfast is good. Enjoyed our stay. Except for the Aircon - it seems to stop (or the fan stop blowing) when the temperature reaches the set level (or when higher than 22degrees). We were worried that there is no air in and we may suffocate. We feedbacked to the counter ladies and they promised to come up to check but no one came. This was the same issue for our last stay at Mercure XiAn. We wonder if there is some setting issue which they should share with us when check in? Come December, we have booked Mercure Yu Garden at Shanghai and is now thinking to cancel and switch to another hotel because of this aircon issue. Other than, all is good with this hotel.

Let's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area. The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures. Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.
