This place is amazing!
We moved to this hotel on the last day of our HaiKou trip as we have an early flight the next day. It's only 5-10 mins away from the airport, depending on the traffic.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, they provide free transport to the airport. They helped us booked the transport when we checked into the hotel.
The room we booked is beautiful, it's clean and tidy, comfortable bed and nice thick towels. Very happy with the room we got.
We brought some local fruits to bring back to our country, but there isn't any fridge in the room. Their staff helped to keep the fruits in the fridge at their counter.
We were given a reminder call 30mins before the transport came, which was a surprise to us. This is such a good service which we don get in other countries, unless you requested for it.
There are eateries and convenient stores around the hotel, so you dont need to worry about food.
If not, you can just take a DiDi, to the airport where there are shopping outlets and food courts.
Overall, very good experience at this hotel. Highly recommend to everyone

UUtente ospite酒店的配套設施十分完善，有咖啡廳、有免費的洗衣+烘乾服務，甚至都是幫忙洗好疊整齊送到房間、早餐也是可以幫忙送到房間，還有24小時在線的免費接送機和接送站的專車服務、周邊吃喝玩樂很方便，步行幾百米的商業街從當地特色小吃到國際美食應有盡有。樓下就有便利店，購買日常所需非常方便。還有大型的購物中心，在閑暇時光可以盡情購物和休閑娛樂。而且酒店靠近高鐵站，全景落地窗、夜晚從酒店窗户望出去，城市的美景盡收眼底，燈光璀璨的夜景讓人陶醉。酒店所處的位置不僅安全，而且環境宜人。周邊街道乾淨整潔，綠化做得很好，讓人感覺非常舒適愜意。這樣絕佳的地理位置，讓我在住宿期間無論是出行、用餐還是休閑都能得到極大的滿足，下次有機會來這個城市，我還會毫不猶豫地選擇這家酒店。

LLiv22Great location, hotel is nice and fancy. Grand lobby as you enter. The only downside of the outdoor pool is that you can’t use it when there’s a chance of thunderstorm and considering the Haikou weather, this is quite frequent. You are also forced to wear a swimming cap in the pool, which some do not prefer.

东东来 DavidI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Haikou, Hainan for two nights in April. From start to finish, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Haikou.
First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. Situated close to various amenities, I found myself just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Whether I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or explore the city's vibrant culture, everything was easily accessible. This convenience truly enhanced my overall experience, making it effortless to immerse myself in the local atmosphere.
One of the standout features of the hotel was its friendly and English-speaking staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest.
The rooms at the Hampton by Hilton were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My room was meticulously clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. The inclusion of amenities such as a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a coffee maker added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the well-thought-out layout of the room, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring.
Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, including both Western and Chinese dishes, ensuring there was something to suit every palate. The quality of the food was excellent, and the attentive staff ensured that everything was well-stocked and maintained. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast set the tone for a great day of sightseeing.
Overall, my stay at the Hampton by Hilton Haikou, Hainan was nothing short of exceptional. The convenient location, friendly and English-speaking staff, well-appointed rooms, and delicious breakfast all contributed to a memorable experience. Yyo weoii_I love this hotel so muchhhh~ due to their exterior mordern design and despite having my parents who are too old to climb stairs, they gave us level 2 instead of level 4. So kind of the 帅哥哥, 哈哈~ cause they really don't have an elevator here. More like exercising with stairs, the hotel room was very spacious and they have the toiletries you need. same as my previous hotel, there were no fridge but is okay. There's also a shared laundry area, to dry, iron and more. There's hotel umbrella to use too! Checking out was cool, you get to self checkout! Area around the hotel is convenient, near to Haikou Train station! Plus buffet eatery in a few blocks. If you want to go for more eatery or shopping, you will need to call for a cab, or you may ask the staff to help call for a cab :) The staffs are very nice and one of the staff, wenwen she gave me some great locations to explore in Haikou. Thank you so much! Really appreciated! Plus they also provide Breakfast services, which includes with 1 set of 2 bread, 1 milk/soymilk, fruits. You can even ask them to send it to your room! And OMG they even have the ice cream MACHINE 😭😍 you get to do it yourself! I nailed it on my first try..😅 tasty vanilla ice cream! Area around hotel is cleanliness 🥰 they also have vending machine to get your coffee day started~ There's also a cafe that's opening soon, I really would like to try their coffee someday once is fully opened! Overall is a great vibe, chill place, good place for couples and friends/kids to hang out. Except it'll be abit hard for the elderly cause it's just stairs. Their Toilet is clean and spacious~ shower cubicle too~ their mirror is soo cool they have this touch on n off button on the mirror for the mirror light. And if you need help or services, feel free to add their wechat using the QR code while you're in your room and they'll help with whatever you need. It's soo high tech in this hotel. Would totally go for it again! haha

VViviLeonLet's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area.
The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures.
Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating.
Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option.
Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself.
On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

UUtente ospite網上訂房後，去到位於海口灣恆大2期一單樓下的辦公室，扫描微信二维码之后就可以收到入房密碼同wifi碼然後自行入住。大床海景房間寬大較舒服，最主要有洗衣機，廚具有電爐但冇锅，可以自己叫外賣送到門口很方便。個人感覺不錯！

La stanza non ha energia prima, correva e correva, e era molto paziente. La stanza è dotata di pulizia pulita, bagno secco separato, balcone grande, si può vedere il mare, il prezzo è buono, è molto vicino al nuovo porto e al negozio di esenzione fiscale, il parcheggio è conveniente, l'hotel è lontano dalla città, pochi negozi intorno a lui, non è comodo per mangiare, devi vivere prima di guidare. A bordo del mare, si può vedere il nuovo porto e la nave che naviga sul balcone.
