Il servizio di ricezione dell'hotel è buono, in particolare il numero 3618.L'hotel è vicino alla nuova superlong Lake Street, e i bambini amano vivere in questo hotel.Il mattino è molto buono, non ci sono pranzi prefabbricati.

位置很不錯。附近飯店不少。超市也有。有自己專門的停車場。房間內乾淨安靜。小度好用。熱水供應充沛。最要表揚的有兩點，一是床單被套質地很細膩貼膚，特別舒適。二是酒店早餐非常不錯，飯廳不大，品種挺多，口感好。不是那種冷冰冰的外買成品.還有現磨咖啡。點贊

Conveniently located opposite a big shopping mall. Hotel is very new which uses high technology equipments like my girl's favourite entertainer 'xiao du' which is the room 'helper' will switch on/off TV, radio, curtains etc. Personally, I'm impressed with the latest blameless hair dryer which gets my hair dry fast. Most importantly, Hotel provides free use of high tech washing machine and dryer. Without it, I would have a hard type once back home with loads of dirty clothes to wash. That is why I've rebooted this hotel a couple of times during the stay, 1 whole week to be exact. Service is fast too. As the hotel is relatively still new, would be good and look forward if they include swimming pool and a gym soon. Highly recommended.

E'molto bello. Quando prenota la camera, le due camere sono state prenotate nello stesso piano. lo stile e il servizio di Yahoo sono tutti necessari. Non ci sarà mai un errore per viaggiare a Yahoo. Il principale è di fare un tranquillo. La posizione dell'hotel è vicino al punto di battaglia, lontano dall'edificio di cavallo, Wan Green Garden, biblioteca di buchi, Questi sono tutti vicini al ponte del secolo. Quando la signorina Reception ci ha mandato a bere sulla strada d'acqua.

Excellent location and large rooms. Breakfast is good. Enjoyed our stay. Except for the Aircon - it seems to stop (or the fan stop blowing) when the temperature reaches the set level (or when higher than 22degrees). We were worried that there is no air in and we may suffocate. We feedbacked to the counter ladies and they promised to come up to check but no one came. This was the same issue for our last stay at Mercure XiAn. We wonder if there is some setting issue which they should share with us when check in? Come December, we have booked Mercure Yu Garden at Shanghai and is now thinking to cancel and switch to another hotel because of this aircon issue. Other than, all is good with this hotel.

Very good the hotel around a lot shopping and food to eat the staff also very friendly and help me a lot and hotel the technology very good when you entre the room have 管家小杜我要聽什麽歌就可播放給我聽😄the room itself also very comfortable

After we update to a large family suite room (x2 room) , it was well maintained , cozy and comfortable. Toilet is privacy too. Location was very very convenient and walkable to most attractions too.  A special compliment to a customer service young lady 小姐姐 at the counter. She’s young and passionate about hotel management and her helpfulness in assisting us to local attractions. Her enthusiastic energy really need appraisal. Her work behaviors really an asset to Zizai Music hotel.  Highly recommend to guests who booked with them. I’ll believe you be well taken care of. 

驚艷到我們的民宿。整體設計別緻，頗有古希臘和中東美學融合之感，簡約卻細節滿滿。室內設計合理宜居，設備配置較高，值得一提的是木質房卡，智能管家、智能窗簾、燈光、馬桶……地理位置優越，處於商超頂層，可以略微俯瞰海口 ，樓下就是商場和美食，出門二十米是小吃街和各種美食店鋪，對面是海南大學南門和公交車站，交通便利。
