Very near to shopping centres and amenities. Food easily available. Hotel centrally located

Hotel room is very big and most important it is clean. Location is fantastic and nearby malls and food. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and book again if I come to Haikou.

Not a good hotel to stay. Although hotel room looks new but the cleanliness maintenance was very poor. You could see small insects and dust everywhere. Otherwise the hotel location is good with all good eateries, and shopping centres nearby.

The hotel is in good location near restaurants and shopping center. What I do not like is a strong cigarette smell at the lobby. Anyway there is a non-smoking floor which I stayed without any smell.

Hotel is pretty old. But the price is reasonable. Breakfast is from 7am to 10am. To add breakfast is 30RMB for 1 person. Decent breakfast. The 3-in-1 coffee and milk tea from the machine was nice. The service staff at counter is polite and helpful. Saw many tour groups who stayed over at Oscar Hotel.

Location very good. near restaurants and food outlets. service is excellent. staff are courteous and helpful. very efficient and responsive to enquiry and request. The room is spacious and clean. the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties.

海口市京衡酒店就在市中心最核心地帶的望海國際邊上，交通便利，四通八達。去周邊政府部門事業機關、商務區、銀行、醫院、綜合體餐飲門店、大型商超購物均非常便利。強烈推薦！

這家酒店是我住過很多很多很多家酒店裡感受最差的一家酒店，沒有之一！這次一路風塵到達海口，通過攜程網找到這家京衡酒店，首先就是這家酒店就很難找到，因為他在外面立的還是過去的舊招牌叫“奧新羅酒店”，所以我們到了地點轉了兩圈找不到京衡酒店，問了幾個人才找到酒店，到酒店前台跟前台説想住高樓層，因為海南蚊蟲多，前台在明知高層有大量空置客房的情況下故意刁難，最後在我的一再堅持下給安排了13層，酒店的無線網連結也很古怪，要先打開電視，才能出現無線🛜，房間裏沒有任何提示怎麼連網，想找前台問一下，房間裏各種廣告電話都有就是沒有前台電話，出門的時候看到房間有冰箱，在外面買的酸奶回酒店想放冰箱，結果冰箱壞的，找客服半夜11點多跟客服一起去抬來一台冰箱換上累的一身汗，第二天吃的自助早餐也很一般，回房間準備把濕衣服烘乾就退房離店，結果烘乾機又是壞的，又聯繫前台，先後找來客服、經理後決定讓我們到19層去烘乾衣服，又把濕衣服拿到19層去烘乾至此時間己近11點了，整個旅行計劃被打亂、也沒了心情。我跟酒店經理反應：在住酒店過程中，一路不順嗑跘，旅行計劃也被打亂，酒店應該改正錯誤、並對我們進行合理賠償，經理竟然説：冰箱壞了不是給你換冰箱了嗎？烘乾機壞了不是帶你到19層把衣服烘乾了嗎？旅行受影響我們可以給你提供免費的行李存放，你們可以放心的出去玩了，我們真的不知道怎麼跟酒店溝通了！我們應該享受的服務酒店沒有提供，經過反覆多次找他們才得到解決，酒店沒有一句道歉，反而還覺得理所當然，真是叫人無語了，這是四星級酒店。今天（4月28日）我們在騎樓老街住的酒店是愛麗海景酒店，15層、雙份早自助餐、位置環境都比京衡好，費用衹要京衡酒店的一半，強烈不建議入駐京衡酒店！

一如以往。前台接待熱情親切。有效率。有問必答並詳細。房間清潔。地點方便。但因酒店名稱改了，很多司機並不認識。就算定位。很多司機也會去錯。

房間很寬敞明亮 地理位置優越 下樓就感覺超熱鬧 就是周圍的樓房有點舊 黑黑的 屋裡的燈光也不夠亮 但是總的來説 為什什麼的都可以 可以

鬧中取靜，房間舒適，適合長者居住

房間設施不錯，與網上預訂圖片相同，環境也不錯，衞生和服務都很好，是值得入住的酒店。
