Hotel in zona Haiqi Port Bus Passenger Transport Station, Haikou

Excellent location and large rooms. Breakfast is good. Enjoyed our stay. Except for the Aircon - it seems to stop (or the fan stop blowing) when the temperature reaches the set level (or when higher than 22degrees). We were worried that there is no air in and we may suffocate. We feedbacked to the counter ladies and they promised to come up to check but no one came. This was the same issue for our last stay at Mercure XiAn. We wonder if there is some setting issue which they should share with us when check in? Come December, we have booked Mercure Yu Garden at Shanghai and is now thinking to cancel and switch to another hotel because of this aircon issue. Other than, all is good with this hotel.

Housekeeping didn’t wash out cups. Hotel is nice to help in receiving our parcels before our arrival. Room was clean and modern looking.

Comfortabili camere pulite e nuove a buon prezzo. In quanto tale, è un hotel molto buono per il valore. Tuttavia, il colazione era piuttosto semplice e non davvero delizioso o buono. L'hotel è a pochi passi dal centro commerciale (9 livelli) per poter mangiare e comprare laggiù o guardare un film o ottenere massaggi a piedi in molti luoghi vicino all'hotel.

La luce circolare è un ottimo hotel, anche se non è così grande come altri hotel. Sono soddisfatto del loro servizio, soprattutto un giovane di nome Yan Yee che va oltre il suo dovere di aiutare con la traduzione in inglese. Assistenza nella prenotazione del nostro cabine e soprattutto con l'indirizzo mandarino che abbiamo avuto senza tracce. Kudos a tutti i membri del personale della linea di fronte e del personale di terra che erano molto utili anche quando erano occupati. Un giovane gioioso staff da donna (non ha ricevuto il suo nome) è stato anche molto utile nel nostro ultimo giorno di checkout quando abbiamo difficoltà con l'App didi prenotazione. Mantenete il buon lavoro. La vostra gestione dovrebbe essere molto orgogliosa di avere una squadra così grande. Il nostro soggiorno qui 4-nights è stato fatto piacevole. Grazie al personale, al personale senior e a tutti per il servizio reso. Le nostre camere sono 1306 (me) & 1307 da 20-29th Nov 2024 e siamo da Singapore. 👍🙏

The Breakfast spread is good! Is near to a big shopping mall. Room space is big. Abt 10mins drive from railway station and 20mins drive to airport.

Il personale è stato molto attento e amichevole, rendendoci sempre benvenuti e ben curati. La posizione è grande, con facile accesso ai cibi locali e al supermercato, un menzionamento speciale per il caffè, è stato davvero eccezionale e un piacevole inizio ogni mattina. In generale, un soggiorno meraviglioso con servizio di top-notch, una posizione perfetta, e una grande esperienza di caffè. Molto consigliato!

住的很舒服，離海南大學超級近的。附近也很熱鬧，我們要去龍湖天街逛街吃飯也很近的，重點表揚下前台小姐姐，👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻真的超級好的，還給我們送早餐了，我們第二天坐高鐵去三亞都吃上了早餐，早餐種類很多，離高鐵站也是近的噢，交通很方便，工作人員也是很讚的，一靠近前台就會詢問，這點真的別人比不了，還會送上茶給我們喝，真的很貼心。房間擺設也是出乎意料的，真的很喜歡，不過就是大門口不是很顯眼，剛看到還以為不好，不過入住了以後房間映入眼簾一下子就不覺得了。包括辦理過程中的一些都讓人覺得很舒服，反正就是體驗感滿滿的很舒服。

La terrazza di questo hotel è così fotogenica Se vuoi scattare vecchie foto del porticato, devi restare qui. Si trova a meno di 50 metri dal punto di check-in delle celebrità su Internet. La terrazza è piena di fiori di gelsomino ed è molto bella. Tuttavia, la toilette del vecchio edificio ha un odore un po' sgradevole. Si consiglia di mettere nella stanza qualcosa che possa esaltarne la fragranza. Se vuoi vivere nella vecchia strada di Qilou e sperimentare la vita ecologica originale della gente del posto, questo B&B è la tua prima scelta. Non c'è niente di meglio di questo. È anche molto comodo visitare il mercato mattutino al mattino~

Really nice little hotel. Great location. Room was small but I am a solo traveller so it's just right for me. I don't ask for much. Just a clean room, no bedbugs, hot shower and clean toilet and I'm happy. I stayed there 4 days and didn't encounter any noise issues even in the hotel itself. Would stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights before heading to Sanya. I chose it because they offered free airport pickup and it’s only a 10-minute walk from Haikou East Rail Station (Haikoudong / 海口东). I wanted to be closer to the city rather than staying in the Meilan area near the airport. As a non-Chinese speaker, I relied mainly on Didi taxis to get around when visiting other parts of the city. Didi rides are inexpensive and convenient (Didi is integrated into my Alipay app). The hotel it’s located off a busy avenue with heavy traffic. There’s a small snack shop right next to the hotel. To the left, in the direction of the train station, there are a few small street food stalls, and to the right, a bit further away, there’s a wider selection of fast food shops. I didn’t explore if there were any proper restaurants in the area. The hotel has a coffee shop but I didn’t use. The airport pickup service was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel staff were very helpful when I needed assistance with a few things. Since I don’t speak Chinese, I used a translation tool. I found the bed very comfortable—though I prefer firm beds, so it suited me perfectly. There was also a choice of pillows with different thicknesses. As a light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised by how well I slept, as there wasn’t much noise to disturb me. Overall, my stay was pleasant, but I did notice that the cleanliness could be improved. For example, there was a significant amount of dust under the bed. That said the common areas of the hotel seemed well- maintained.
