东东来 DavidI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Haikou, Hainan for two nights in April. From start to finish, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Haikou.
First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. Situated close to various amenities, I found myself just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Whether I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or explore the city's vibrant culture, everything was easily accessible. This convenience truly enhanced my overall experience, making it effortless to immerse myself in the local atmosphere.
One of the standout features of the hotel was its friendly and English-speaking staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest.
The rooms at the Hampton by Hilton were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My room was meticulously clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. The inclusion of amenities such as a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a coffee maker added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the well-thought-out layout of the room, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring.
Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, including both Western and Chinese dishes, ensuring there was something to suit every palate. The quality of the food was excellent, and the attentive staff ensured that everything was well-stocked and maintained. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast set the tone for a great day of sightseeing.
Overall, my stay at the Hampton by Hilton Haikou, Hainan was nothing short of exceptional. The convenient location, friendly and English-speaking staff, well-appointed rooms, and delicious breakfast all contributed to a memorable experience. I can confidently recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Haikou. I look forward to returning to Hampton by Hilton on my next visit to this beautiful city.

QquanzzI booked three rooms and stayed at Mission Hills Resort for five nights, where we were served by the duty manager, Mary, throughout our stay.
We were given a complimentary room upgrade, and Mary also helped ensure that our group was located near each other, making it much more convenient for us. I’m especially for her effort in helping us locate a farm around the resort and for reaching out proactively before the trip. She even shared her contacts and responded to some of my queries after office hours, which truly shows her dedication to her work.
Although some parts of the resort are a bit dated and seemed to be undergoing maintenance, it didn’t really affect the overall experience. For the rooms It would be even better if a drawdown curtain or privacy screen could be added to the bathing area or toilet, making it more convenient for larger groups like mine.
This resort is ideal for families with young kids or anyone looking for a great parent–child bonding (亲子游) experience. There’s a mini pet house with cute and lively animals where children can get up close and cozy with them.
The Children’s Club — Squirrel Village offers a wide variety of daily activities for parent–child bonding. My kids especially enjoyed the activities led by the young and energetic team of hosts (可爱, 葡萄, 糖果, 西瓜, 猩猩, 鳄鱼, and others). They loved it so much that I gave up some of our original itinerary just to let them stay longer, and they’re still humming and reminiscing about the songs and moments from the club. If I travel to Haikou again, I would certainly return to Mission Hills and include a few more days at the Squirrel Club to spend quality time with my child.
As mentioned in other reviews, we were also served a delicious pot of dessert every night — a thoughtful and warm gesture that added an extra special touch to our stay.
Thank you, Mission Hills Resort, and especially Mary and her Squirrel team, for making our trip so memorable despite the aging facilities. The kids in our group truly had a wonderful and enjoyable time at the resort, and we’ll cherish these moments for a long time.
If i am ever travelling back to Hai Kou for 亲子游, I would stay in Mission Hills purely for the Squirrel Children’s Club activities.
Ps, the resort actually had some additional in-room items that could be loaned and i feel that it would be better if they could share ongoing promotions.

Yyo weoii_I love this hotel so muchhhh~ due to their exterior mordern design and despite having my parents who are too old to climb stairs, they gave us level 2 instead of level 4. So kind of the 帅哥哥, 哈哈~ cause they really don't have an elevator here. More like exercising with stairs, the hotel room was very spacious and they have the toiletries you need. same as my previous hotel, there were no fridge but is okay. There's also a shared laundry area, to dry, iron and more. There's hotel umbrella to use too! Checking out was cool, you get to self checkout! Area around the hotel is convenient, near to Haikou Train station! Plus buffet eatery in a few blocks. If you want to go for more eatery or shopping, you will need to call for a cab, or you may ask the staff to help call for a cab :) The staffs are very nice and one of the staff, wenwen she gave me some great locations to explore in Haikou. Thank you so much! Really appreciated! Plus they also provide Breakfast services, which includes with 1 set of 2 bread, 1 milk/soymilk, fruits. You can even ask them to send it to your room! And OMG they even have the ice cream MACHINE 😭😍 you get to do it yourself! I nailed it on my first try..😅 tasty vanilla ice cream! Area around hotel is cleanliness 🥰 they also have vending machine to get your coffee day started~ There's also a cafe that's opening soon, I really would like to try their coffee someday once is fully opened! Overall is a great vibe, chill place, good place for couples and friends/kids to hang out. Except it'll be abit hard for the elderly cause it's just stairs. Their Toilet is clean and spacious~ shower cubicle too~ their mirror is soo cool they have this touch on n off button on the mirror for the mirror light. And if you need help or services, feel free to add their wechat using the QR code while you're in your room and they'll help with whatever you need. It's soo high tech in this hotel. Would totally go for it again! haha

LLaura EHo soggiornato in questo hotel per tre notti prima di andare a Sanya. L'ho scelto perché hanno offerto un pick-up aereo gratuito e si tratta solo di una passeggiata 10-minute dalla stazione ferroviaria Haikou East (Haikoudong / Haikoutung). Volevo essere più vicino alla città che stare vicino all'aeroporto di Milano. In qualità di oratore non cinese, mi fido principalmente dei taxi di Didi per andare in giro quando visitavo altre parti della città. Didi ride sono economiche e convenienti (Didi è integrato nella mia app Alipay).
L'hotel è situato a una strada occupata con traffico pesante. A sinistra, nella direzione della stazione ferroviaria, ci sono pochi piccoli stalloni di cibo stradale, e a destra, un po' più lontano, ci sono una più ampia selezione di negozi di cibo veloce. Non ho esaminato se ci fossero ristoranti adeguati nella zona. L'hotel ha un caffè, ma non l'ho usato.
Il servizio di pick-up dell'aeroporto era semplice e senza problemi. Il personale dell'hotel mi ha aiutato quando mi serviva un paio di cose. Poiché non parlo cinese, ho usato uno strumento di traduzione.
Ho trovato il letto molto comodo, anche se preferisco letto forte, così mi ha adattato perfettamente.C’era anche una scelta di polpette di spessore diverso. Come un sonnoletto leggero, mi sorprendeva piacevolmente quanto dormissi bene, perché non c'era molto rumore da disturbare.
In generale, il mio soggiorno era piacevole, ma ho notato che la pulizia poteva essere migliorata. Per esempio, c’era una quantità significativa di polvere sotto il letto. Ciò ha detto che le aree comuni dell’hotel sembravano ben mantenute.

Breakfast: On 33/F. Stunning view. Decent overall. Highly recommend the noodle station and waffles.
Service: Far better than the unsmiling Sofitel next door. Staff were courteous, kind, and tactful across all departments, including the Chinese restaurant staff on 4/F.

Il parcheggio nella zona è gratuito e la gestione della zona è rigorosa.A quindici minuti dal centro commerciale di gran lunga, c'è una zuppa di polvere e una salsa di riempimento super deliziosa.A 25 minuti dal vulcano geologico parco, è troppo conveniente.Il ritardo di partenza non è alto, se la nave aspetta il treno può andare a un po'di più. Questa volta abbiamo solo mezz'ora per lasciare il negozio e andare alla stazione ferroviaria.

UUtente ospiteUno dei miei luoghi preferiti a Haikou. Un lancio di pietra dalla spiaggia e circa due chilometri dalla costa occidentale, che ha ristoranti vicino alla spiaggia. Offre una piscina fredda nella piscina e un calore nei grandi tubi caldi. Le camere sono pulite, il letto è morbido, e la TV è enorme. Il colazione potrebbe essere un po' meglio, ma dato il prezzo, è piuttosto buono. L'unica cosa che mi è mancata è una tazza di caffè nero
