晚上一點多的飛機到海口，老闆就在機場旁邊等着接我們，幾分鐘車程就到了酒店，在一個別墅區裏面的一間小院，老闆一直把我們送到房間裏，全程都幫我提兩個大行李箱。太感動😹了。雖然是半夜到的，一進門，大廳地板乾淨得反光驚到我了，親子房間雖然面積不大但是很温馨衞生超級乾淨，小孩子特別喜歡那個榻榻米床。老闆是個勤快人，民宿的裝修風格和衞生條件看得出來經營者實在是有品味，有講究的人。特別乾淨，小院子很温馨舒服，孩子寫寒假作業的絕佳地方，周圍安靜。老闆吃飯的場景讓我看到了嚮往的生活，在温暖舒適的地方兼顧了生存和生活。包接機包送站的服務太省心了。一個人帶倆娃度假，酒店選的好基本上啥都不用操心了。沒有拍房間的圖片，但是網站上基本就是實拍圖，乾淨衞生舒適。

CChee WeeC'è un centro commerciale accanto all'hotel, ma non c'è molto! Controlla e esce molto efficiente. La decorazione e i mobili sono vecchi. La prova sonora non è molto buona. Posso sentire passi, trascinare i mobili e suonare mezzo della notte. Il colazione è buono con molte scelte. Il personale di servizio è gentile e uno il supervisore/gestore può ricordare dove ci sedevamo prima e sapere che caffè volevamo. Ha parlato con lei e sapere che era della provincia di Hunan. L'hotel può considerare di non avere il mini bar all'interno della stanza, invece di avere macchine vendendo, cioè bevande, snack e cibo al lobby dell'hotel. La palestra è buona, ma non 24-hour. In generale, abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno all'hotel. Mantenete il lavoro eccellente.

Al buffet, il manager mi ha aiutato a scegliere un po' di calore della mia scelta, e mi ha mostrato dove ottenere tutto, la seconda volta che mi ha portato una piastra della zuppa del giorno, era così gentile e carina, non ho catturato il suo nome, ma devo ringraziarla a lei anche. Il colazione è delizioso e c'è una varietà di ciò che ti piace. Desserti sono divini!! Le calde fontane sono bellissime a freddo febbraio e c'è anche una piscina all'interno.

First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. Situated close to various amenities, I found myself just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Whether I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or explore the city's vibrant culture, everything was easily accessible. This convenience truly enhanced my overall experience, making it effortless to immerse myself in the local atmosphere.
One of the standout features of the hotel was its friendly and English-speaking staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest.
The rooms at the Hampton by Hilton were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My room was meticulously clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. The inclusion of amenities such as a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a coffee maker added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the well-thought-out layout of the room, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring.

LLaura EI stayed at this hotel for three nights before heading to Sanya. I chose it because they offered free airport pickup and it’s only a 10-minute walk from Haikou East Rail Station (Haikoudong / 海口东). I wanted to be closer to the city rather than staying in the Meilan area near the airport. As a non-Chinese speaker, I relied mainly on Didi taxis to get around when visiting other parts of the city. Didi rides are inexpensive and convenient (Didi is integrated into my Alipay app).
The hotel it’s located off a busy avenue with heavy traffic. There’s a small snack shop right next to the hotel. To the left, in the direction of the train station, there are a few small street food stalls, and to the right, a bit further away, there’s a wider selection of fast food shops. I didn’t explore if there were any proper restaurants in the area. The hotel has a coffee shop but I didn’t use.
The airport pickup service was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel staff were very helpful when I needed assistance with a few things. Since I don’t speak Chinese, I used a translation tool.
I found the bed very comfortable—though I prefer firm beds, so it suited me perfectly. There was also a choice of pillows with different thicknesses. As a light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised by how well I slept, as there wasn’t much noise to disturb me.
Overall, my stay was pleasant, but I did notice that the cleanliness could be improved. For example, there was a significant amount of dust under the bed. That said the common areas of the hotel seemed well- maintained.

Cons: Room is damp, reception did mentioned during checkin and stated that it is due to room being at level 1 (for room type: discount double room). Secondly, there was slight leaking issue out of the shower room. Lastly, quite a number of mosquitoes, liquid electric repeller was provided. Also, the mirror light in my room was not working, since I was only staying one night and it doesn’t matter to me, I informed the staff and did not request for a change of room.

LLeanne KetGreat for a quick stay! We got in late to Haikou and wanted a convenient hotel close to the airport for the night. This place was a short, easy walk with many signs directing you exactly where to go. The check out time is also 2:00 which is so nice! This allowed us to have lunch at the food court and see some of the shops before our train to the southern part of Hainan a bit later in the afternoon.
The room is very comfortable and large with a huge bed. I would definitely stay here again.

VViviLeonLet's start with the positives. The rooms at the hotel were undeniably great. They were spacious, well-designed, and offered a comfortable ambiance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor, making it a pleasant space to relax after a long day of exploring the area.
The hotel's breakfast selection was another highlight of my stay. There was a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was quite impressive. Starting my day with a satisfying breakfast definitely set a positive tone for my daily adventures.
Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options.
However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating.
Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option.
Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself.
On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.
