Hotel Novotel a Hague

It took me a while to write this review since I was afraid of my personal safety. Nevertheless, I have finally decided to share this information with other travelers. This incident happened during a weekday night when I decided to do a walk-in at the Ibis hotel in Den Haag after a long trip. I was already aware of some bad reviews from other travelers indicating ”naughty” staff. Nonetheless, I decided to give it a go. I entered the hotel and mentioned the hotel clerk that I wanted to book a room. His attitude was rough indicating me that he did not have any rooms left. For my bad luck, my phone was out of battery so I decided to seat in one of the tables in the lobby to quickly charge it to look for a hotel somewhere else. While I was charging my phone, the clerk approached me and shouted at me that I had to leave the hotel. I explained him that I wanted to charge my phone to look for other hotels in the area and I wouldn't take much time. He continued shouting at me that I had to leave, when suddenly he grabbed my bag and literally threw it to the street. At this moment I was petrified since I never imagined something like this was happening. Then, he pushed me violently out of the hotel. Luckily I managed to take a picture of this guy. The guy has a tattoo on his right arm and rather than a hotel clerk, he thinks he is a MMA fighter or part of gang. I really don't know how the manager of this hotel can have person like this with such level of anger dealing with customers. My review by no means intend to advice other travelers to visit or not this hotel. I believe the facilities of this hotel are quite nice but what I can say is that I'm not entering this place again until they take strong actions towards improving the quality of their staff. I hope this guy doesn't get fired because of this review but if the hotel really wants to keep him, the hotel should consider send him to an anger management course. I don't know if this guy is always like this or just had a bad night and he took it on me. Nonetheless, I think no one should suffered what this guy did to me under any circumstance.

La stanza è molto pulita. La maggior parte delle escursioni sono le stagione estiva, quindi il vento e la pioggia sono particolarmente vicino al mare.La stanza originale è stata organizzata perché la chiusura delle porte e delle finestre non ha causato un rumore troppo grande per il sonno. Dopo la risposta il giorno dopo, ci cambia immediatamente la stanza, Servizio: troppo attento e dolce, la colazione è anche molto deliziosa e deliziosa 😋

Stavo per 5 notti. Inizialmente avevo prenotato per 3 ma ho scritto alla ricezione di nuovo a novembre volevo estendere il soggiorno a 5 notti. Ho chiesto se solo facessi una nuova prenotazione e hanno detto no, è stato registrato. Quando sono arrivato alla ricezione, non hanno registrato il mio soggiorno di 5 notti e ho dovuto trovare l'e-mail per confermare sia la proroga che le notti restanti da pagare. La persona era bella e la riparava, ma mi sentivo un po' strano, e dopo la terza notte ho ricevuto un messaggio automatico di check-out, quindi ho controllato con la ricezione e pensavano che avessi controllato e dovevo passare di nuovo tutto. Avrei già pagato, così ho spiegato anche questo. Forse un biglietto o qualcosa del genere potevo essere aggiunto al sistema. La posizione era perfetta. Mi sentivo al sicuro andare in giro la notte e era molto conveniente per il centro di Amare. Il letto era molto confortevole e la doccia era calda e la doccia era di buona dimensione. Mi piacevano avere alcuni canali BBC. Penso che il giorno 4 il wifi era sbagliato. Questo non è colpa della ricezione, ma era fuori da probabilmente 30 ore. Sembra strano in un grande hotel per essere fuori per così tanto tempo. Purtroppo, ma alla fine è stato risolto. Il personale era bello. I lift funzionavano bene.

Abbiamo trovato un vasca da bagno in camera al momento dell'arrivo. La camera è bella, ma non molto pratica. Se si spegne la luce in camera (che non era ancora così semplice), non c'è più corrente sul contatto di arresto. E non e' utile se vuoi caricare qualcosa, il resto e' stato come si può aspettare in un hotel come questo.

Very welcoming hotel. It is located just 2 minutes from the underground and 7 minutes from The Hague train station. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning and the WiFi network are at the top in all the compartments of the hotel. The catering service and room maintenance are permanent and systematic. The quality and professionalism of the staff guarantee the safety and discretion of the customers. This is a hotel that personally appealed to me during my brief stay in The Hague. Perle nascosto nella più impegnata strada commerciale dell'Aia. Bello arredato spazioso e pulito appartamento. Personale amichevole e lussuoso lobby con caffè gratuito. Il disastro della Cova è che non vuoi più andartene.

Tutto in tutto molto bene. Abbiamo usato il tram 1 alla spiaggia di Scheweningen, ogni pochi minuti e sempre puntuale. (3 giorni biglietto - disponibile ovunque 20€) Non abbiamo avuto tempo per il centro benessere a causa del buon tempo. Il cibo raccomandato è l'italiano in strada greker(anche con il tram in pochi minuti consigliato. Colazione in hotel non ha lasciato aperti i desideri: ad esempio uova cotte -2Grade, raffinazione, specchio, ＜omlett in 2 variazioni. Raccomandiamo l'hotel e lo prenoteremmo sempre.

È un hotel molto bello, situato nel centro della città. Bello design, le camere sono piacevoli. Il colazione è buona. Chi viene con una macchina è consigliato di non parcheggiare nel parcheggio sotto l'hotel, perché è costoso. Abbiamo campato in un parcheggio a pochi passi (dopo aver lasciato il bagaglio dell'hotel) sulla Geest Street 1. Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza meno piacevole, nostra figlia si sentiva malata, e non avevano idea di dove rivolgerci e siamo stati anche inviati all'emergenza che si è rivelato essere chiusi per tre anni. Quindi solo salute, e godere.
