Room (upgrade received as HHonors Diamond member) was very clean and spacious as was the hotel and corridors in general. Executive lounge has a nice terrace and offered a very good variety of food during happy hour. Breakfast buffet is rich and of very good quality. The breakfast room can be very busy but guests can also use additional seating in the adjacent bar, so this is not a problem. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk away from the Binnenhof. Overall one of the best Hilton hotels we have stayed so far.

Great hotel, nice employee, fantastic service, phenomenal experience. I stayed there with a friend for a week, each day we left the hotel at the morning/noon before 11 am. Afterwards we got a cleaned room with new bathtubs and also the kitchen was refilled. The personal was cool. Would like to stay a bit longer

L'hotel era molto pulito, servizio sorprendente (il mio marito era malato con l'influenza e dobbiamo cambiare i nostri vestiti da letto e loro dove molto veloce).
A proposito della posizione, la stazione ferroviaria è vicina e la stazione ferroviaria, ma è circa un'ora da Amsterdam centrale.
A proposito delle strutture, è stato molto bello se l'hotel dispone di un bagno con una sauna e una stanza a vapore.

Wir sind ganz spontan (einen Tag vorher gebucht) in den Niederlanden angekommen und zusammen mit unserem Hund eingecheckt. Der Empfang war sehr nett und im Zimmer stand schon eine Hundeschale mit Ball und Leckerlies bereit. -Ach so, wir waren im Erdgeschoss im Altbau untergebracht. Die Zimmergröße war ok. Allerdings fehlt jegliche Ablagefläche für einen Koffer und einen Schrank gab es auch nicht, lediglich ein offenes Regal mit ein paar Kleiderbügeln. Auch im Bad gab es lediglich 2 Haken für Handtücher und leider gab es im Bad auch keine Heizung....das war ordentlich kalt. Leider waren auch Flecken in der Bettwäsche vorhanden, ich vermute mal, die sind bei der Wäsche nicht rausgegangen...nicht schön. Die Betten sind nicht gerade bequem, aber wir sind ansonsten Wasserbettschläfer, denke da sind wir verwöhnt. Der Außenbereich war etwas ”schrammelig”, die Leihfahrräder lagen mehr oder weniger vor der Tür im Dreck. -Eigentlich alles Sachen, die man mit sehr wenig Aufwand etwas ansprechender gestalten könnte. Ja, ich kann meinen Vorrednern nur zustimmen, es ist sehr hellhörig. Unschlagbar ist aber die Lage, ca. 100 m und da ist man schon am Strand und zum Pier sind es vielleicht 5 bis 10 Minuten Fußweg. -Aber hey, wir haben für 2 Nächte 180 € gezahlt und ich denke, dass Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt und ich will nicht groß meckern. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, wir waren auswärts frühstücken. Da wir zum Glück Superwetter hatten und sowieso nur zum duschen und schlafen da waren, war es für mich echt ok und konnte damit leben. -Ich denke, es ist wirklich nur was für Leute, die nur kurz da bleiben wollen. Für einen längeren Zeitraum ist das Hotel leider ungeeignet.

Keurige, schone kamers en vriendelijk personeel. Jammer alleen dat er geen ontbijt bij inbegrepen zit, maar hiervoor kun je naar de horeca gelegenheden in de buurt. Hotel ligt op een prima locatie, dichtbij strand en strandtentjes. Alles op loopafstand aan te wandelen.

A large hotel, conveniently situated close to the station, and also the centre of Leiden. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and pleasant, and the bed comfortable. At a very reasonable price too! I would certainly stay here again if I return to lovely Leiden. Definitely Recommended.

CcpjcpjcpjThis is not your father's Staybridge Suites; it it is much nicer than the chain you see in the USA. Very cozy and personable. I chose this hotel over others nearby because of its prime location, e.g., just a short stroll from the must-see Mauritshuis Museum. Some reviews mentioned parking as an issue; just follow the GPS in the car and you will do just fine. The turns are tight, yes, but there's plenty of space once you get to the hotel's level. Check-in was very smooth, thanks to the excellent, personable service provided by Denise. She is a real pro with the perfect personality for her job. Breakfast is a nice buffet spread with excellent fresh-brewed coffee. Rooms are not particularly large, but bear in mind this is an historic building. That said, I had a one-bedroom room on the back side and it was more than adequate and was very quiet for an urban hotel. Great water pressure in the walk-in shower.

UUtente ospiteRecentemente sono rimasto qui per 2 notti con il mio partner.Come frequenti viaggiatori dei Paesi Bassi verso le varie città, tra cui Den Haag, non ci siamo mai rimasti qui prima. Abbiamo una sala di vista giardino (aggiornata come membri del club) con tutto quello che doveva essere pulito e confortevole letto, sicurezza, doccia grande con tovaglie, eccetera e molto tranquilla di notte. Il loro colazione è stato un complimentare, inclusi nel tasso, che è stato un stile buffet ma più che adeguato con una selezione di formaggi freddi, cereali, pasticceria, tè, succo di succo arancione e uova cotte. Il piccolo bar sul sito e la macchina del ghiaccio in lobby. Abbiamo ricevuto un check-out tardivo perché abbiamo un volo più tardi che è stato davvero apprezzato . Ottimo luogo per l'affari o qualsiasi dei siti visitatori a Den Haag. Noi sicuramente ritorneremmo e consiglieremmo.😀

UUtente ospiteI love Novotel as a chain, and have stayed at this hotel before and was quite happy. This time I felt things were a little off and I wasn't as satisfied. I seem to recall getting a free bottle of water in the room, which it appears is not included anymore. No more individual shower gels and soaps, but now big pumps of soap, which is OK if you have the complete set of them. Yes, it's more environmentally friendly but it's also a sign of cost-cutting. Breakfast was more or less the same -- good choice and quality -- except on a busy weekend they seemed totally overwhelmed and people had to queue to get a table. On a quieter morning, I noticed a sign stating one can request omelettes and poached eggs from the kitchen, so I did, and this dish never materialized, which was a little awkward. The fresh orange juice machine is awful: constant noise and queues of people taking ages to each make one glass of juice, as it requires that the user slice the orange and then ram each half, one at a time, into the machine, yielding a tiny amount of juice. Repeat for 6 or 7 oranges to get a glass... It would be funny to watch as slapstick if it weren't so annoying to listen to. On the positive side, the rooms are still attractive, comfortable, and quiet.

Eeva - YitingRispetto a un nuovo hotel, la porta è un tram stradale, più conveniente.Tutti i vecchi e i vecchi sono troppo raramente visti i giovani, non so perche'. Con un bambino, è stato detto che non poteva vivere in camera doppia, doveva prenotare una casa di famiglia, non c'era nessuno nel mondo, e non c'era un problema meraviglioso in altre città olandesi la notte scorsa. Il letto è piccolo da un letto. Non so se c'è una larghezza di 90 cm. Il letto è quasi larghezza del letto. Non è coperto.Dato che questa cosiddetta camera doppia non può portare bambini, e il letto super piccolo, l'impressione di questa catena di hotel è notevolmente diminuita.Parcheggio 21.5 Un giorno in Europa, il parcheggio è costoso ovunque a La Haya.

Non sono riuscito a capire come entrare dalla porta principale al momento del check-in, ma il check-in automatico ha funzionato seguendo le istruzioni. Sarebbe stato bello avere alcune istruzioni per lavastoviglie e wifi in camera. A pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal tram 1.

UUtente ospiteStavo per 5 notti. Inizialmente avevo prenotato per 3 ma ho scritto alla ricezione di nuovo a novembre volevo estendere il soggiorno a 5 notti. Ho chiesto se solo facessi una nuova prenotazione e hanno detto no, è stato registrato. Quando sono arrivato alla ricezione, non hanno registrato il mio soggiorno di 5 notti e ho dovuto trovare l'e-mail per confermare sia la proroga che le notti restanti da pagare. La persona era bella e la riparava, ma mi sentivo un po' strano, e dopo la terza notte ho ricevuto un messaggio automatico di check-out, quindi ho controllato con la ricezione e pensavano che avessi controllato e dovevo passare di nuovo tutto. Avrei già pagato, così ho spiegato anche questo. Forse un biglietto o qualcosa del genere potevo essere aggiunto al sistema. La posizione era perfetta. Mi sentivo al sicuro andare in giro la notte e era molto conveniente per il centro di Amare. Il letto era molto confortevole e la doccia era calda e la doccia era di buona dimensione. Mi piacevano avere alcuni canali BBC. Penso che il giorno 4 il wifi era sbagliato. Questo non è colpa della ricezione, ma era fuori da probabilmente 30 ore. Sembra strano in un grande hotel per essere fuori per così tanto tempo. Purtroppo, ma alla fine è stato risolto. Il personale era bello. I lift funzionavano bene.
