Phu Quoc Island: i migliori hotel con palestra

Sono rimasto molto colpito dal servizio dell'hotel. Le camere sono esattamente come descritte. All'interno dell'hotel ci sono molte attività da fare. Personalmente siamo andati alla jacuzzi e alla sauna e l'abbiamo trovato molto rilassante. La camera da letto era pulita e gli addetti alla reception erano tutti gentili. Per chi vuole andare al parco divertimenti Vinwonder, acquista i biglietti in hotel e ottieni un ulteriore sconto (20%). sconto). Linea Cibo personale, penso che potrebbe esserci più varietà. La colazione è molto ricca, comprende succhi di frutta appena spremuti e spaghetti di riso appena cucinati. Ci sono diverse piscine e la spiaggia è molto bella! L'insoddisfazione è che l'unità esterna del condizionatore è troppo rumorosa, il che influisce un po' sul sonno. Inoltre, puoi effettuare il check-in solo alle 15:00. Generalmente è possibile effettuare il check-in in hotel alle 2 in punto. C'è un bus navetta gratuito per la stazione della funivia di fronte all'hotel. Quando soggiorni in hotel, consumi tutti e tre i pasti in hotel. Puoi ordinare il pranzo e la cena e il prezzo non è molto costoso.

Il mio partner si è ferito quando giocava a sport acquatici sulla spiaggia dell'hotel Melia. Il proprietario degli sport acquatici non ha informato in anticipo che ci fossero fili sotto la navetta, e quindi il bambino cade e andò al salvataggio d’emergenza, causando la gamba del compagno di sanguinamento da più luoghi. Abbiamo fatto un'emergenza per fermare il sanguinamento, ma perché ero in fretta, non ho portato alcun contante. Dopo l'esame in ospedale, l'ospedale deve pagare un deposito in anticipo prima di fornire il trattamento. I proprietari di sport acquatici rifiutano di ammettere le loro strutture presentano gravi rischi per la sicurezza. Ma la responsabilità è evidente: a causa della barriera linguistica, ho dovuto tornare al nostro hotel per chiedere aiuto e coordinamento.Il tempo di emergenza LE ci ha aiutato a risolvere questo incidente. Il miglior resort di fronte alla spiaggia che abbia mai soggiornato nel Vietnam meridionale!Buona spiaggia, buon colazione, bella piscina, bella palestra e anche la navetta gratuita all'aeroporto. L'hotel è spazioso, ben tenuto, molto pulito con moderne strutture e il personale è molto amichevole e utile. In futuro tornerà certamente!

La camera è pulita, grande e silenziosa. Quando sono andato, non ho potuto usare la piscina sul lato Oasis perché era in riparazione. Anche nella stessa serie Vinpearl, è difficile usare un passeggino tra i resort, quindi dovresti sempre controllare l'orario del bus navetta prima di spostarti. A parte questo, il resto è stato soddisfacente. La colazione non era gustosa come previsto. Tuttavia, sono disposto a visitare di nuovo la prossima volta che visito.

Excellent service, convenient location, and extremely helpful staff. I'm in utter love with this place. The décor of the brand-new room was sophisticated and elegant. The hotel employees provided excellent service, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Leila, in particular, was kind and thoughtful in setting everything up for us, and she always comes with a big, genuine smile, which makes us even happier. She went above and above to make my stay as enjoyable as possible by planning my routes to visit various locations on my own, explaining in detail how to get there, and reserving my ticket to the airport. We want to express our gratitude for making our experience spectacular and incredibly memorable. Overall experience can be expressed in 3 syllables Fa Bu Lous, can’t wait to go back.

I travel the world with Marriott brand only, this is the very disappointed Sheraton Phu Quoc that I happen to stay, I booked a family suite oceanfront during June1-5,2023. This review written on June 2,2023. It isn’t 5 star resort. Marriott Should not put their name on it, because it degrade the quality of Marriott Brand. We check in during lunch and went to Garden restaurant, the lunch buffer have nothing worth to eat so we order from menu total of 5 hot dish for 5 of us, only 3 dish come out 20 minute, 1 dish come out 45 minute later and final dish never come. So 1 of us can’t have lunch. We lelf the restaurant and came to our SUITE all the keys doesn’t work so after the trip to front desk again finally we got in the suite. The room temperature was at 25C degrees and keep go up. Call the maintenance no help there The resort is old and need upgrade ASAP including AC units. We went down to front desk and request to change the room, they told us to leave our phone number so they can contact us regarding the room transfer. We never received the call, we have to went out to find a decent place for our dinner because we are not sure about restaurant dinner buffet!!! So by the time get to the room we too tired to call and bother the front desk. I am a Platium Bonvoy of the Marriott. It mean I stay at least 50 nights per year with Marriott. This is the first time I feel like I got cheat out of 5 stars resort. So today I will ask them to cancel the rest of the stay and move to another resort, hopefully JW Marriott in the other end of the island. My review is not prejudiced about the staff or Food not even the normal wear and tear of the resort but mainly with the management team. On the small note to resort management director. You should try your own food in the restaurant including the ice cream in the snack bar, I think the Ice cream was there too long. I wish all the best to my fellow guess and hope that you will be better luck then me. After my first impression with The 5 star resort. I would like update my review. Just one action of the top team management in breakfast room, it change my opinion and I am very appreciated his customer services. His name is Mr Hoang. He fresh up my family’s morning with an offer a cup of Green Tea, when services like that happen, it took out of all the bad experience and show you how great the staff can brighten your day. Furthermore in the long conversation he explains to me the new management just took over last September 2022 and in process of remodel the resort. Also the staff had been trained and continue to update their customers services. Therefore I would like to update my review with a 5 stars and continue to believe in Marriott branding Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach. This is on my day 4 at the resort and I am very happy to share with everyone. Thank you for read my review and after all we have a happy ending. This trip was our first time ever visiting Vietnam. The trip was tiring but as soon as we arrived the property, we got excited and was amazed by the layout and the beauty of the resort. The first impression is very important. At the front desk, we were greeted by Ms. Trinh Ho. We were greeted with a warm smile and she checked on our well being and asked us about ourselves. She then gave us her personal contact to reach out for any assistance for our convenience. We checked in at about 6-7 in the morning but she was still replying to our texts throughout the day until 11 in the evening, giving us recommendations and information and assiting with reservations. She reserved a table for us at Lua Grill&Bar and thats where we met the wonderful team. We witnessed the team surprise a couple with a cake singing happy birthday with big smiles on their faces and their joy was contagious. No matter where you go, there is always a warm smile. All of the food we ordered was delicious. We ordered the mango raw papaya & prawn salad and the Phu Quoc herring fish salad for starters and to be honest, I am mildly allergic to seafood and I would get a rash so I often avoid it. My partner loves seafood so I was willing to try it and I have no regrets. It was delicious and definetly worth the rash! We then met Ms. Cuc (or Pheobe). She was very attentive and polite! She would clear the table as soon as we finished our meals and would regularly check our satisfaction. We had a nice conversation with Cuc where we introduced ourselves, shared our experiences and backgrounds. During our talk, I suddenly recalled she had a conversation with the couple next to us and it impressed me because it showed how she loves to get to know her guests better and build a connection with them. She is very motivated and determined to improve her language skills as she is proactive with guest interaction . She is truly an asset to the team! During our stay we had our breakfast at the Bay Kitchen which was always something for us to look forward to. There was a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. On our last day, we met Mr. Duy. We shared a lot of our ourselves and he would also regularly check our satifaction and recommended the food we should try and some vietnamese coffee. He has been in the hotel industry for more than a decade and it is truly inspiring to see someone find their passion. First time in Vietnam and definitely not the last! The team especially Ms. Trinh, Ms. Cuc and Mr. Duy took great care of us during our stay and truly represent Vietnam. They are the embodiment of the company's values. Thank you for everything!

Pros: - good location, walking distance to Grand World - low price, best if you don’t spend much time at the hotel and mostly out and about - clean and modern decor Cons: - no aircon in corridor and elevator, it can be very uncomfortable to step in the elevator on hot days - no room service, no service at pool area, no option to pay for food and beverage at check out. - minibar is empty, instant coffee and tea bags are available yet no milk. When we requested milk for our cup of tea, the reception staff advised we would need to go to the bar (ground floor) to purchase milk at own cost. Milk is essential and it has always been provided free of charge wherever we’ve been (Bali, Singapore, Australia, etc.) - mid-stay ROOM INSPECTION. This is very UNPLEASANT practice to Westerners and should be stopped. Not sure if this is normal in Vietnam, but it is very displeasing and annoying to us (Australians). We often stayed a few weeks to months in Bali and other Asian countries, we’ve never had room inspection where 2 staff entered our room, 1 of them walked around the room pretending to check the skirting board with a screwdriver while the other was casing the room (it was obvious that they wanted to check to room). - poor English proficiency. Only one reception staff can speak English well, the rest of the staff don’t. My husband was quite frustrated during our stay because he couldn’t communicate with staff. We’ve stayed in Bali and other Asian countries, all of their staff are fluent in English including security and housekeeping staff. - lack of attention to food safety. Signage is very small. No cover when the meals bought outside to the pool area. Food was not kept at optimum temperature can cause bacteria to grow to dangerous levels that can cause illness. - lack of knowledge about beverage. Staff didn’t understand my husband’s order of Bourbon + Cola (very common drinks to Westerners) and advised they don’t have Bourbon. When my husband went to the bar with the staff, there was a big Bourbon bottle sitting on the shelf! - lack of customer service. Staff was not attentive to customers, my husband had to walked to the restaurant to get staff attention when we wanted food and drinks while we were at the pool. Staff should walk around and simply check in with customers. Staff didn’t greet customers when they walk past, again when we were in Bali and other Asian countries, their staff (everyone including housekeeping staff) always said good morning, good afternoon or good evening. - FACIAL BIOMETRICS RECOGNITION was an entry requirement to enter buffet breakfast. This should be disclosed in booking description including third-party websites like Agoda, Booking.com, etc. No information on Facial Biometrics Recognition are found anywhere or has ever been communicated to us prior to checking in. If we have known, we would stay elsewhere for sure (we will request that our data are permanently deleted from their system and we suggest that you do the sam

This is the best hotel in South East Asia. If you are looking for a resort hotel to spend quality time with your partner, just book Regent. you will not regret it. firstly, the room. the room is superbly designed. Modern and chic. The semi enclosed balcony gives you space to chill out and enjoy the sea breeze. Mini bar and snack drawers are fully stocked, entirely complimentary and restock every day, so that you can enjoy the moments without the hassle of racking up hotel bills. secondly, the service is simply outstanding. they will bring you drinks whenever you sit at the pool or beach lounge chairs. every single staff from the gardeners to the waitress, cleaners will greet you. the regent experience team is so professional, we forgot our t shirt at the room and they promptly courier it us at our next destination at HCM. Thirdly, the breakfast is devine. The spread and set up is the best I have ever seen. Trust me, you will eat many rounds at breakfast.
