Hotel con palestra a Savannah

Infrastrutture: molto completa Salute: igiene Ambiente: bellissimo L'hotel vicino al fiume Savannah dovrebbe essere il migliore in un hotel convenzionale. L'unica insoddisfazione è che la gestione è un po'disordinata. Ha sempre speso casualmente la nostra carta di credito. Il costo non è sempre chiaro. Grazie alla non comunicazione del responsabile di Trip.com, ora finalmente conferma che abbiamo ricevuto più pagamenti. Non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso, spero che tutto sia buono.

L'hotel è nel quartiere storico e culturale di Savannah, a piedi per la strada del fiume e le principali attrazioni, vicino al centro turistico di Savannah.Il quartiere è un parco stradale più caratteristico di Savannah. L'hotel è composto da due edifici a tre livelli (o quattro livelli?Non ricordo un po') e da alcune immagini di case bianche.Viviamo in case bianche, una stanza in una sala ha cucina, ci sono cibo e altri attrezzi da cucina da cucinare.Il parcheggio può essere gratuito sul lato posteriore della porta del ristorante dell'hotel. Arriviamo al mattino, l'hotel ci ha lasciati stare in anticipo.Oh, quanto è stato gentile aiutarci con il personale della reception quel giorno!Grazie.Le auguro una vita felice!

Ho dovuto chiamare l'orologio del desktop quattro volte prima che qualcuno arrivasse. Aspettato per circa otto minuti. È stato circa le 4:00. La stanza era abbastanza pulita. Pizzi e splatter non identificati qui e là sulle pareti. Anche se ci prenotavamo per due notti, ci fu dato solo un set di tovaglie e un pezzo di carta da bagno. Ho dovuto chiedere di più. Il bagno del lobby era breve su carta da bagno, senza tovaglie di carta e bagaglio completo. Il giorno dopo, il bagaglio non era cambiato, ancora nessuna tovagliola di carta e ora nessuna carta da bagno.Dovevo andare al divano e chiedere se potevo riempirlo. Mi hanno lasciato. Sembrava che solo una persona lavorasse in un dato momento e molte volte sono andata al divano di fronte e c'era un segno che aiutavano qualcun altro. In generale ho avuto un buon affare e una persona l'ha tenuta basso abbastanza per essere media. Non ritornerò se dovessi pagare di più per rimanere lì.

The hallway of the floor smelled very badly. My kids had to cover their noses. The breakfast was the worst I have experienced at an Embassy Suites. The dining room was dirty, there was barely any offerings, no yogurt, no bagels, no ice, no coffee, etc. It was a very poor breakfast. The front desk was not very friendly. I asked how to get to downtown Savannah, and they said they had no idea. My room had no blankets or pillows for the sofa bed, so I called the front desk. They made me go down at midnight to pick up the blanket and pillows. Overall, one of the poorest Embassy Suites we have stayed at.

The room was a great size. Had a seperate couch/tv desk viewing area and a private back bedroom. The only concern was clear mildew/mold issues that went unchecked for what I assume weeks or months. I asked to swap rooms and was promptly switched to another room. Better, but still not completely mold free. It’s a humid environment, but I wouldn’t even sleep in my own house if it got that bad. I don’t know if the hotel will make changes but clearly look out for mold in your room if you stay here

Definitely recommend! It’s clean and beautiful

This is a very cozy and comfortable hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay here. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent location — it’s very close to the main historic areas, so you can easily explore Savannah on foot. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym, which is a great bonus after a long day of walking around the city. Everything was clean and well maintained. Valet parking is available and it is paid, around $40–50 per night, which is quite typical for this area. However, I personally managed to find free street parking nearby, which was a nice surprise. Overall, a great hotel with a warm atmosphere, good facilities, and an unbeatable location. Highly recommended!

Great location, but $33/ day parking was a total surprise! Room was simple and clean, but mini refrigerator was very loud, and you could hear every little noise ( even footsteps on ground floor outside) plus you could hear the neighbor's TV clearly as well as everything they said. Bed was soft, but large divots from past guests. Very hard to get any sleep.
