In Butuan per vacanza da 5 anni. Amichevole personale.. ma quando siamo andati, non ho capito che la piscina era in riparazione, quindi è un po' deludente . Mi assicurero' di chiamare la prossima volta.

NON PRENOTA PER QUESTI SCAMMERS!!Abbiamo prenotato una stanza per 3 persone (come dice 3 dormire per una stanza) per agosto 2023 per una notte solo perché abbiamo volo di mattina. Ho chiesto all'agente di cambiare il mio nome a mio marito, perché sarò in ritardo per qualche ora e ero l'uomo che li ha prenotati per mostrare il mio passaporto e la carta bancaria. L'agente l'ha cambiato al nome del mio marito e ha posto il nome del mio figlio e non ha incluso il mio nome! E quando ho lamentato, l'hotel mi ha chiesto un pagamento di 2500 GBP extra!! C'è qualcosa che non va con le loro teste o cosa?? Poi hanno negato che nel sito web Hotel.com dice che la stanza dorme 3. Hanno detto che lo fanno solo 2. Allora mi hanno detto che mio figlio ha 14 anni, quindi non è consentito in camera. Quando ho prenotato, mi ha chiesto l'età di mio figlio e non c'era problema. Comunque, ho preparato tutta la loro politica e non c'era niente che indicasse 18 anni di età sopra. Che disgustoso gente!!!

ZZikersPIt was one of our favorite resort in Butuan City
This was our First Resort Escapade for the year 2023 and it was indeed a well spent Staycation at Almont Inland Resort.
Room Accomodation : The best area indeed since it is near the Kids Pool and we can enjoy the accomodation while letting the kids enjoy playing with other kids in the pool.
Food : We do love thier variety of pizza flavors a must try at this place. This were aside from the sumptuous buffet meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Amenities : The resort's pool is one of the best here in butuan City. You can enjoy it from 7AM up to 9PM and have your foods serve at the cottages near it.
One thing I love in this resort is the value of nature. Beautiful sceneries and very lavish green sorroundings that help you calm and forget the busy and noisy scene of the City.
We will again visit this place from time to time since we love to bring our family in this resort and get a escape of a busy City Scenario. A great place to Relax and Unwind..

KKeyna RodelaThis is our second time checking in Watergate and they were still excellent. Thank u sa staff ffor the very good service and food as well. Plus we appreciate the cleaning of the pool as well. Hindi lang sha clean2x na parang wala, but we saw pool cleaners who were excellent talaga.great job

666772625The Grand Palace Hotel was a real let-down, starting with not living up to what they say. They claim to provide tea & coffee in the rooms, but there's no tea. Their web site says they have an airport shuttle, but they don't. Breakfast was disappointing too. Only 2 juices. Luckily one was usually pineapple. As well as the usual lukewarm breakfast items, they had some random cakes that were as bland as cardboard. Fortunately, you can walk through the Annex, cross the road and a few metres to your right is a bakery that sells doughnuts for 6 pesos that are vastly better. The hotel has guards with assault weapons and dogs. Seems pretty ridiculous and unsafe. Also the dogs spend most of their time living in cages alone next to the swimming pool. I had two bookings here, the first in a big king room. (They call it a ”matrimonial” room!) The WiFi mostly didn't work. It's totally inadequate for the number of people who use it, especially if a big business group comes in for a conference during the day. (The DHCP server just runs out of addresses and you can't connect until someone else disconnects.) Even when it connected, it wasn't very fast. One other issue I had was the appearance of cockroaches every so often. The small single room was a vast improvement, as well as being half the price. While the single rooms have no windows, they have two massive advantages. Firstly, fast WiFi that works. The single rooms are in a hall behind the reception area and have their own access point that works brilliantly and isn't overloaded. Secondly, the small room doesn't have so many places for roaches to hide. I didn't see a single insect intruder. Note for those who might be confused by this site: The information and reviews on this page are for the Butuan Grand Palace Hotel. There is also an Annex. Tripadvisor currently has the headings swapped.

UUtente ospiteWe stopped over one night. Had extra bed ordered and paid for. Was a matress only. No issue for one night , might be if staying longer. Room clean and tidy and facing the pool which was decent size. Didnt use hotel for dinner as our daughter wanted a McDonalds , a short 10 mins walk away. Other restaurants and malls nearby, so ideally located. Convenient for the airport and our flight back to Manila. Breakfast was pleasant, although limited in choice, served outside overlooking he pool. Would definately recommend and we will stay again on next visit to Philippines
