Arusha: hotel con bar

After reading the reviews, we decided to cancel our reservation. However, our host asked us to go take a look at it first. Upon arriving at the hotel, we found that the rooms were very nice. The restrooms were very nice. A/C worked very well. The food in the restaurant was very good. We had absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Would we stay there again? Absolutely! We chose to stay at this hotel both before and after our safari adventure, with the initial and final days covered by the safari company. Deciding to extend our stay by an additional day was an easy decision, especially considering the seamless experience we had. Remarkably, we didn't have to switch rooms at any point, enjoying the convenience of adjoining rooms overlooking the inviting pool area. The front desk staff deserves commendation for their exceptional service throughout our stay, setting a high standard for hospitality. The rooms themselves surpassed our expectations, boasting a level of quality that exceeded even that of four-star accommodations in the US. Needless to say, we were thoroughly impressed. However, our experience in the bar and restaurant fell short of perfection, which ultimately influenced our rating. On the first day, we encountered an unfortunate incident where our table was taken while we were at the buffet. Despite this hiccup, the culinary offerings were outstanding when ordered off the menu, with prices notably more reasonable compared to the buffet dinner. Breakfast provided a satisfying start to the day. Regrettably, the service in the restaurant was inconsistent, with several instances where we had to actively seek out staff to request the check. This inconsistency in service detracted from the overall experience, prompting us to rate the hotel lower in terms of its full-service capabilities. In summary, while our stay at this hotel was largely enjoyable, particularly thanks to the excellent front desk staff and the quality of the rooms, the inconsistent service in the restaurant and bar prevented us from giving it a higher rating.

In generale sono grato per l'esperienza e sono sicuro che i vostri bambini goderanno dello spazio.

Siringit Villa is located within the confines of the superb Kilimanjaro Golf and Wildlife Estate on the edge of the 5th fairway of the 18 hole championship golf course. This was the starting point of our 8 Day Tanzania Safari trip. We spent our first night here- met by a warm welcome group and assigned our personal staff member 'Praygod'- we were well taken care of the entire time, and we made a good friend! What a beautiful coffee lodge with excellent food, service and incredible rooms/bungalows. The bungalows were luxurious and spacious. We also enjoyed the entertaining monkeys :) traversing throughout the property. The staff and service was top notch! Thank you to all, especially Praygod!

This is a beautiful old coffee plantation estate turned into a hotel. The main building is the bar, reception, restaurant. The rooms are beautiful 'hut' dispersed around the property. We got there at midnight after traveling from Amsterdam and were surprised by a delicious hot meal! Our waiter, Zainab, cheerfully welcomed us to Arusha and Tanzania (karibu - welcome). All the meals were excellent, good selections of wine, all staff friendly and helpful. Grounds were beautiful with monkeys running around. One of the gardeners took us around to see their kitchen garden and 5 different kinds of bananas! Rooms beautifully appointed with mosquito netting, lots of hot water, beautiful view of the grounds. Wonderful place to recuperate from many plane rides.
