UUtente ospiteThis is our second room. It’s quite smaller than our first room but still the same service we received. On our second day, we went swimming. But the only con was the pool area is in different location and the pool is not heated. After 6pm,no more hotel driver available. So we dont have a choice but to ride in a tricycle just to get there. But then, there is a staff who assisted us and gave us fresh towels. I just hope that they will have a driver until 9pm. Because they said that the pool use is until 9pm. But then, we enjoyed our experience and surely would comeback here.

JJOYMCIl posto era tranquillo e tranquillo, e tutti i suoi dipendenti erano così caldi e amichevoli.
Abbiamo potuto ottenere sconti promo su loro attività rilassanti speciali come il bagno Kawa, il bagno di ghiaccio, la sala salata imalaiana, la sauna a vapore...
Il nostro benessere Butler Rob era così accogliente e anche gentile.
I cibi sono io posso dire al prezzo giusto per il suo gusto.
Per me, è delizioso ... 👍🏻👍🏻

PPRINCESS-VivianGood location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, enthusiastic service staff, willing to provide all kinds of help. The room facilities are complete, the service staff is of high quality, which is very different from some fast business hotels. The breakfast is rich in variety, the room facilities are new, the bedding is comfortable, and the overall value for money is excellent. It is a very satisfactory experience.

KkkL'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono, molto tranquillo, adatto per rilassarsi, e molte attività all'aperto. I bambini non saranno troppo infatiganti. L'atteggiamento del personale è molto buono. La colazione gratuita e il cibo da cena sono anche molto deliziosi.

Recentemente sono rimasto in questo hotel, ho avuto una bella esperienza. La vista dell'oceano dalla mia stanza era assolutamente incantevole, rendendo le mie mattine davvero speciali. L’iscrizione era impressionantemente rapida, e ho ricevuto la mia carta chiave in nessun momento, che è stata una piacevole sorpresa.
L'hotel si trova in una posizione fantastica, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, con facile accesso al sole e al surf.
La stanza stessa era bella e ben mantenuta, e il bagno era pulito e moderno, offrendo uno spazio confortevole per rilassarsi.
In generale, consiglio molto questo hotel per chiunque cerca una via di rilassamento con belle viste, grandi strutture e una posizione perfetta vicino alla spiaggia!

UUtente ospiteIl personale di servizio è molto gentile, utile, generalmente piacevole. Tutto il resto è grande come sopra. Ci è certamente spazio per migliorare il cibo, il servizio dimensioni è piccolo per il prezzo. Ordiniamo maiale sisig e era prevalentemente grasso. Kinilaw non era fresco.

UUtente ospiteThe room is very clean and it's really like a hotel it has a comforter like the ones you see at hotels we availed the deluxe room so its not that spacious specially the comfort room only one person can fit in. You can bring your own drinks or foods too inside the resort you don't need to pay a corkage fee. They have court for basketball and volleyball the price is cheaper when you rent it in daytime. We also tried their full body massage for 1 hr that cost us 750 pesos each. You will need to go to their resto to claim your free breakfast if you avail the room that comes with a breakfast, it will not be delivered to your room but you can choose whichever breakfast meal they have in their menu plus it comes with a soup which is great and their foods taste delicious also the price of their food is reasonable but they have a 10% service charge for dine in and 15% for room service. The resto's cutoff for room service is 5pm, 7pm for dine in. The resort's downside is their operations time the front desk and restaurant is only open from 7am-8pm so if you're going to need something from the front desk after that time no one can assist you because they'll be gone by then only the guard will be left in the front door and also if you got hungry at night you might need to buy food from their resto before they closes or buy from a nearby convenient store because there's also no foodpanda or grabfood nearby stores also closes early so you have to plan your dinner ahead of time. We went to SM (closes at 9pm) the fare going there using tricycle is 120pesos.Their pool is only open till 9pm only if you want to eat or drink near the pool you can use their cabanas. Another downside is the beach, the beach area closes at 8pm. Their sand is gray (but a fine sand) you can't really swim in it because the waves are strong and the water is not clear and it's kinda dirty there's a lot of trash beside the beach it's not well maintained. You will really need to go island hopping which is already not part of the resort's activity so they'll let you sign a waiver. There's a lot of bangkero beside the beach it's best to ride by group there's only 2 of us when we rode the boat so it's a bit expensive, island hopping will cost you around 2000 (1 island) to 3.5k (2 islands) we availed the 3.5k. We went coral diving (they lent us their goggles for free or bring your own goggles) and also went at the white sand beach which is in Bauan, Batangas which also has clear water and you can also spot some fish and corals, travel time going to those 2 places is 35-45mins you can also bring your food but keep in mind to really cover it in plastic so it won't get wet because the trip going there is really rocky you will really get wet because you will pass by a strong waves so cover all your belongings. It was raining when we went there so maybe that's why the waves are strong. Overall we had a blast! We indeed had a memorable stay. They even gave us a gift when we checked out they're so thoughtful. Thank you for the wonderful experience we will surely recommend you to our friends.

Clean environment , Room is clean.
But the washroom needs improvement
1, Bathtubs higher than the deck during the shower causing water flows on the ground , Floor gets wet and won't dry till overbite .
2, The shower water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold making it difficult to maintain a comfortable shower,
