Hotel con palestra a Batangas

Il posto è ancora in punto perché è accessibile ai centri, alle chiese e anche ai ristoranti. L'unica cosa che non mi piaceva è il loro servizio. Quando entrerò per la prima volta, ci sono persone che vi saluteranno caldamente. E' la mia seconda volta qui, ma questa volta con la mia famiglia. Se ricordo bene, c'è 3 o 4 persone nel lobby quel giorno. Nessuno apre la porta per noi. Ho un compagno che è un cittadino di alto livello. Abbiamo 7 in totale e portano bagagli. Non hanno offerto il troll se avessimo bisogno di lui. Ma l'ho sbattuto. Ci siamo rimasti qui per una notte perché abbiamo un parente proveniente da Laguna e volevamo solo entrare. Non c'erano asciugamani da bagno e acqua in bottiglia. Ho chiesto molto gentilmente per queste due cose. Ho anche detto al ricevitore che potevano lasciarla nelle nostre camere perché hanno qualche golf e bowling da fare. Ma per sorpresa, quando siamo tornati all'hotel, ho controllato che la mia richiesta non era stata consegnata. Ho chiamato per la seconda volta e l'ho chiesto. Non ancora dato. Quando ho controllato il tempo, era 2300 ore senza asciugamani e nemmeno con acqua. Ho chiamato per la terza volta e il ricevitore ha chiesto: ”Che cosa vuoi ancora, mamma? “È come se non sapessi tutto questo tempo quello che ho chiesto. Poi ho chiuso il telefono. Non potrei tornare qui se il loro servizio continuasse così e non avrei certamente raccomandato a Solano ai miei parenti e amici se il loro servizio continuasse così.

During booking we were inform that outside pool is available, however during check in we were informed that we can not use the pool during holidays and weekends. This is complete disappointment on the part of the customer because we made to believe that the pool is available, the only reason for this booking. It should clear during booking that the pool will not be available.

Abbiamo prenotato il re della cabana. La stanza è pulita, accogliente e ben mantenuta, dandovi questo equilibrio di comfort e affascinante boutique. Mi piaceva anche quanto tranquillo l’ambiente sono il tipo di posto dove si può davvero scongiurare e disaccoppiare dalla città. I cibi sono tutti deliziosi!! 😋 Inoltre, punti IG-worthy 📸 Il personale sorride e vi saluta ogni volta che li incontri. ☺️

The worst hotel experience that I had so far. The first time we tried was narra pool vila, overall it was good. So this time we tried out pamela glass vila with a garden. 1. We chose king size bed, it turned out that the hotel uses two single bed to combine, and one mattress is high, the other one is low, and in the middle of the bed you can feel the hard wood bed frame on your back and one higher mattress and one lower mattress. I was so pissed whole night as it was super uncomfortable. (Hotel didnot even notice us that the king size bed is made of two small single beds) 2. Bed buds. Me and my husband were bitten hardly for both legs and arms. We cannot believe it, the room charged so much and cannot even guarantee the cleanliness. 3. It was raining at night, and while taking shower, the rain kept dripping into the shower room. It was so cold so we eventually had to put an umbrella to cover a bit the rain. 4. Overall, this is an experience of spending money to buy uncomfortableness.

Good location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, enthusiastic service staff, willing to provide all kinds of help. The room facilities are complete, the service staff is of high quality, which is very different from some fast business hotels. The breakfast is rich in variety, the room facilities are new, the bedding is comfortable, and the overall value for money is excellent. It is a very satisfactory experience.

L'hotel era bello, un po' trascurato nelle aree, la camera era spaziale e molto pulita. L'hotel sembra buono solo perché ci sono molte strutture ma non tutti sono inclusi nel prezzo, si deve pagare un'ulteriore per la stanza di gioco, il servizio in camera è molto costoso e la qualità del cibo non è buona. Il buffet del colazione - è stato bello avere una scelta, ma non c'era molto da scegliere e c'era cibo di bassa qualità (considerando il prezzo) la mia famiglia lo godeva nonostante questo e tutto il personale era carino e accogliente

Il personale di servizio è molto gentile, utile, generalmente piacevole. Tutto il resto è grande come sopra. Ci è certamente spazio per migliorare il cibo, il servizio dimensioni è piccolo per il prezzo. Ordiniamo maiale sisig e era prevalentemente grasso. Kinilaw non era fresco.

The room is very clean and it's really like a hotel it has a comforter like the ones you see at hotels we availed the deluxe room so its not that spacious specially the comfort room only one person can fit in. You can bring your own drinks or foods too inside the resort you don't need to pay a corkage fee. They have court for basketball and volleyball the price is cheaper when you rent it in daytime. We also tried their full body massage for 1 hr that cost us 750 pesos each. You will need to go to their resto to claim your free breakfast if you avail the room that comes with a breakfast, it will not be delivered to your room but you can choose whichever breakfast meal they have in their menu plus it comes with a soup which is great and their foods taste delicious also the price of their food is reasonable but they have a 10% service charge for dine in and 15% for room service. The resto's cutoff for room service is 5pm, 7pm for dine in. The resort's downside is their operations time the front desk and restaurant is only open from 7am-8pm so if you're going to need something from the front desk after that time no one can assist you because they'll be gone by then only the guard will be left in the front door and also if you got hungry at night you might need to buy food from their resto before they closes or buy from a nearby convenient store because there's also no foodpanda or grabfood nearby stores also closes early so you have to plan your dinner ahead of time. We went to SM (closes at 9pm) the fare going there using tricycle is 120pesos.Their pool is only open till 9pm only if you want to eat or drink near the pool you can use their cabanas. Another downside is the beach, the beach area closes at 8pm. Their sand is gray (but a fine sand) you can't really swim in it because the waves are strong and the water is not clear and it's kinda dirty there's a lot of trash beside the beach it's not well maintained. You will really need to go island hopping which is already not part of the resort's activity so they'll let you sign a waiver. There's a lot of bangkero beside the beach it's best to ride by group there's only 2 of us when we rode the boat so it's a bit expensive, island hopping will cost you around 2000 (1 island) to 3.5k (2 islands) we availed the 3.5k. We went coral diving (they lent us their goggles for free or bring your own goggles) and also went at the white sand beach which is in Bauan, Batangas which also has clear water and you can also spot some fish and corals, travel time going to those 2 places is 35-45mins you can also bring your food but keep in mind to really cover it in plastic so it won't get wet because the trip going there is really rocky you will really get wet because you will pass by a strong waves so cover all your belongings. It was raining when we went there so maybe that's why the waves are strong. Overall we had a blast! We indeed had a memorable stay. They even gave us a gift when we checked out they're so thoughtful. Rimane in FPIP. Lo stesso posto con MICROTEL. Il prezzo è leggermente superiore a MICROTEL. E è stato bello con il letto singolo e mi ha fatto un bel sogno.
