I came here alone for staycation. Just need a rest from hectic life. I book for 1 night and plan to move to another hotel for the next day. However coz the bed is super comfy and room also with modern looks, I decided to extend for another night. Really enjoyed my stay. The only things I dislike coz the tv channel does not have much option. For staycation I love if the tv has many channel coz I just wanna stay in bed and enjoy watching movies. Maybe the hotel also can consider to add device that allow screen mirroring so I can play my fav movie on the tv

The initial room that I checked into, there was no hot water, room is dusty, there are insects in the bathroom, there is no divider or step for the shower area so the whole bathroom will be flooded when you take shower and traffic noise is very clear.
The new room has a great view and further away from the main road. There is a huge & dirty AC above the bed, so you’ll freeze while inhaling all the dust when you sleep. There’s also constant water splashing noise above the ceiling.
The staff is nice as they do their best to help, but hardware and maintenance are a big problem. Location and view are great!

La stanza puzzava di muffa quando ci sono entrato per la prima volta... credo a causa della moquette... l'hotel è piuttosto vecchio ma è così vicino alla spiaggia e si può vedere il mare dal balcone
La stanza non era molto pulita, specialmente nel bagno c'erano delle macchie nere e la doccia del bidet era rustica e l'aria condizionata non è fredda come avrei voluto
La piscina chiude alle 6.30 / troppo presto
Il personale alla reception è molto gentile
La colazione costa 30 rm / la varietà del cibo è accettabile rispetto al prezzo ma la pulizia è così terribile come ho visto le tovaglie erano sporche come se non le lavassero mai e c'era anche cacca di uccello sulla sedia
Nel complesso è accettabile se vuoi stare vicino alla spiaggia con il prezzo economico ma non aspettarti la pulizia

Perfect for business travellers. They have a launderette which is perfect and convenient for me!
The afternoon shift Front Office clerk, Suba was very helpful during my 2 night stay. Was also able to meet the residence manager, Derek who was very friendly and brought me out for a meal at a local eatery called Yean Yean!
Overall it was a perfect for me and I will be looking forward to come back here again!

Having a birthday surprise for my wife and had a great time with the lovely and affectionate service of the staff at the hotel. The food is amazing and authentic and the rooms are modern after reopen from the old hotel with new International Management. Overall a delightful stay.

UUtente ospite這次在檳城的民宿體驗簡直太棒了！房間非常乾淨整潔，設施齊全，住得特別舒服，像家一樣温馨。尤其要提到房東姐姐，她人真的特別好，不僅熱情，還特別貼心，帶我們去了很多當地好玩的地方，像隱藏的小眾景點，非常特別很好拍！另外，她推薦的餐廳價格划算而且超級好吃，真的體驗到了地道的檳城美食！如果再來檳城，一定還會選擇住這裏，強烈推薦給大家！

UUtente anonimoThe hotel bed & pillows are so comfortable. The towel also so fluffy like 5 stars hotel. Lacking mirror inside the room, only have one in the bathroom. The ventilator in the toilet doesn’t work so it didn’t get dry & the mirror was always foggy. Overall it was a nice stay. Worth what I paid for. Probably will come again if we decided to explore the city and not stay too long in the hotel.

1) Customer support WhatsApp replies very quickly and politely :).
2) Many food establishments nearby. Search “claypot restaurant” we ate there 4 days in a row even after shifting away from this hotel.
3) Swimming pool was nice and clean.
4) Antique decorations in the hotel looks amazing.
5) had 2 private carpark lots in the compound, there are parking spots outside of the compound as well, just unsure if it is legal. We were lucky to have at least 1 lot in the hotel during our stay.
Can be improved:
1) Hotel has no reception, make sure customers gets their check in details before they arrive the hotel or at least just before 3pm.
2) Wifi speed can be faster. It failed a few times during my 3d2n stay there. The Mrs and I couldn’t even load google maps. Quite frustrating. Had to use my data.
3) Sound proofing maybe? We had a room facing the Main Street and in our room there’s a door that used to be able to open and go to the balcony but it’s blocked by a large wardrobe. This allowed the sound to travel through the door gaps.
4) toilet can be cleaner, check the floor traps and the make sure it’s clean, cleaner left a ball of hair stuck at the floor traps.
5) toilet floor can have anti slip strips. Really slippery. Had to ban my toddler from going into the toilet.
6) too many mosquitoes at the hotel. Fortunately we didn’t have it in our room.

La stanza era di base ma pulita. Le scale per alzarsi non hanno alcuna resistenza, quindi il vostro equilibrio deve essere buono.
Quello che mi piaceva: è molto vicino alla spiaggia (ma siate attenti a camminare le scale con una guardia resistente e discutibile). E anche a un minuto di cammino dal vicino posto di pranzo con molte opzioni a prezzi accessibili per cena. Non lontano dalla fermata dell'autobus. I servizi di autobus di Penang non sono cattivi.
Quello che non mi piaceva: le posizioni della camera di illuminazione sono povere, tra cui il bagno in cui la cortina di doccia opaca blocca la luce della camera di bagno, e il soffitto in cui la lampada è proprio sopra la testa e brilla anche quando si è svegliata. Ho sgranato la candela per fermarla, e non ho molte opzioni per colazione.
La musica di un posto notturno vicino potrebbe essere sentita insieme a qualche tipo di rumore di fuoco alcune notti, ma queste sono morte a circa le 10:00, quindi non è un problema per me.
In generale, io apprezzerei questo posto un solido 4/5 e non mi dispiacerebbe rimanere qui di nuovo.

LLing KKDora era eccezionalemente utile nel trattare la ricezione e le richieste per noi. Eravamo in una stanza rumorosa accanto a noi, e lei ha aiutato a trovare modi per cambiarci in una stanza più pulita. Grazie mille.
