Per meglio:
- solo dare Air Minuman invece di acqua minerale
- non c'è tessuto nella stanza, a meno che non sia nel bagno.
Nel complesso, penso che questo è uno dei migliori hotel u può ottenere con un buon prezzo 👏🏻

IinayusofRecentemente sono rimasto qui, ed è stato eccezionale. La stanza era spaziosa e bellamente decorata, con splendide viste sul mare. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e attento, rendendo la mia permanenza memorabile. Il ristorante sul posto ha offerto deliziose pasti. Raccomando molto questo hotel per un perfetto percorso!

But yg best nya pekerja friendly and so helpful lah . Repeat ? Maybe no .

ZzulLa stanza è buona, ma ho trovato dei capelli sul materasso... bisogno di migliorare la pulizia.. la posizione del bagno non è molto conveniente.. il riscaldatore d'acqua è buono ma non c'è alcun controllo della temperatura.. La posizione del collegamento elettrico non è nel posto appropriato.. il resto è ok..

WWONG FERRISThis was my first time staying at the Frazel Heritage Hotel for a business trip. I booked a single room for RM200++, which I found to be quite expensive, especially since the room had no window. I had a bad experience when my laptop, placed on the table, mysteriously fell to the floor in the middle of the night. The next morning, I checked out immediately after breakfast. My colleague, in a different room, faced a similar issue, with their laptop falling around 11 pm. I hope I won't have to stay at this hotel again in the future. Thanks.

UUtente anonimoGreat location, superb variety of food available just below the hotel. Staff are so - so. They should at least put a sign where is the lift hotel, reception area as it all compact in one area with the shop lot. Otherwise great staycation 👍🏻

DDba RpaaI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Star City Hotel in Alor Setar, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. My room was spotless and well-maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot, with easy access to shopping malls and popular tourist attractions. Overall, my experience at Star City Hotel was superb, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alor Setar.

i. Nice room with full amenities, i.e. full bathroom utensils, tea-coffee making, iron, hair dryer etc.
ii. Nice spread at buffet breakfast, though little variation throughout our 3 nights stay
iii. Staff were very responsive and seemed eager to serve
Cons:
i. Aircond in bedroom and hot water in bathroom have lives of their own. Its either too hot or too cold regardless of what you do to their controls
ii. Parking was a bit lacking, maybe because we were there over the weekend during the school holidays
iii. I had problem with the wifi every time I went out and had to sign in again with a new password when I return to the hotel, which I had to get from the front office. Please note that my wife did not have that problem 😃

WWan Adrianagrande posizione, tuttavia, il parcheggio è un po' turbolente. Pulizia è così. La toletta non è così pulita. E la tovagliola sembra essere molto vecchia. La stanza ha un odore di fumo, ma il ragazzo della ricezione è molto utile per cambiare la nostra stanza a un meglio 👍 nessuna attrezzatura fornita ma può acquistare da un negozio vicino all'hotel.

UUtente ospiteThis is one of the oldest hotel chain in Malaysia since 1995 if not mistaken, great locations at many major cities and places in Malaysia. Staff is working hard to please guests that’s encouraging indeed. However the only let down of this hotel is the facilities and amenities are not been replaced as owners seemed not interested in refurbishment. This is very sad for me as I do enjoy to stay at Sri Malaysia hotel chain, great location, ample parking space, but the run down facilities indeed a let down. Even breakfast spread is the same over the years, such a low end budget hotel. Hope the owners of this hotel invest and reinvest if not this remarkable hotel chain will slowly wipe out from the Malaysia tourism industry map.
