Hotel con palestra a Nagoya

We booked this hotel for a last-minute trip to Nagoya, choosing it as one of the city’s newest luxury hotels. Prior to arrival, it was difficult to reach the hotel to arrange spa bookings, and the process took quite some time. Even upon check-in, making spa reservations through the front desk felt complicated, so we eventually visited the spa directly to enquire. The wellness facilities, including the pool and fitness centre, were excellent, though advance booking was required, which could be inconvenient. Service throughout the stay could have been more flexible, especially when our food delivery arrived and the team was unable to hold it briefly at the concierge while we came down to collect it. That said, the location was great for sightseeing around Nagoya.

La ragione per cui sono tornato all'hotel è per il personale. Tutti sono così professionali e si sentono tentare il meglio per tutti i clienti. I miei figli erano anche felici di ricevere il loro grande e gentile servizio. Una cosa da notare qui per me è, è meglio fare una prenotazione per cena al 2F ristorante buffet anche nei giorni di settimana. L'ultima volta abbiamo appena caduto da e non molti gruppi, ma questa volta quasi pieno.. Tuttavia, ancora fortunato di avere sedili come i miei figli volevano.

Thoughtful Amenities The welcome ice cream for my sons was a delightful surprise. It was a thoughtful gesture that made them feel special and added to our overall positive experience. Duty Manager Mr. Andei Ho One standout moment of our visit was when Mr. Andei Ho, the Duty Manager, came to assist us during one of our evenings at the hotel. Being a Hongkonger himself, he made us feel right at home. When we returned from a day out and needed to store some belongings at the concierge, Mr. Andei approached us and warmly communicated in Cantonese. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made us feel welcomed. Proactive Assistance After our check-out, Mr. Andei noticed us trying to call an Uber in the lobby and proactively offered to help by calling a taxi instead. Given that we had too much luggage, he went above and beyond by marking the pick-up and drop-off locations for us at the Airport Express Station, ensuring a smooth departure. One day, he saw us waiting outside for a taxi and proactively asked a colleague to come over and see if we needed help calling a taxi. Housekeeping I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. They kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, greatly contributing to our comfort. Summary In summary, my experience at the Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding service from Mr. Andei Ho and the entire staff, including the diligent housekeeping team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future!

We had a lovely stay at the Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower with our family! The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable, and the city views were absolutely amazing. Our room was spacious enough for the family, and the beds were so comfortable that we looked forward to coming back and relaxing after a full day out. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained. We especially loved the beautiful sky lobby and the convenient location, which made it easy to get around Nagoya. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. Every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They were always happy to assist with any questions and made us feel genuinely cared for. Their warm hospitality really added to our overall experience. Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. It was clean, comfortable, family-friendly, and the service was exceptional. Le camere sono spaziose e ben illuminate. L'atteggiamento del personale dell'hotel è molto buono e i bagagli vengono consegnati in camera. Mi piace particolarmente la signora Nagata che è sempre piena di entusiasmo per il lavoro e ha il sorriso sulle labbra, mi sento molto a mio agio a stare sotto le sue cure. Le camere executive situate ai piani alti hanno una vista particolarmente bella. La varietà di cibo nell'executive lounge non è molta ma squisita e le bevande sono relativamente ricche.

Questa volta l'alloggio ha scelto una stanza. Puoi vedere a Ｌ１０ Nanchuan. La stanza che vedi a ２１ Nanchuan è una buona stanza. L'intero hotel è come un museo. Le opere dell'artista sono state esposte ovunque. Ho passato un tempo straordinario durante la mia residenza.
