UUtente ospiteWonderful!!! I stayed at this hotel for four nights on business in September 2022. It was close to the train station. It was in a well lit area. I would actually go jogging EARLY in the morning because I was jetlagged. Kokura castle is nearby. Restaurants and shops are nearby as well. Breakfast was included and it had a coffee maker in the room. Could not ask for more! Thanks for a great stay!

TTo Eat and To TravelRight next to JR Kokura Station so very convenient for people who take train. We drove so decided to park a little farther (less than 10min walking distance). As expected the room is not big, but clean and cosy. A food court style dining area （屋台）is right downstairs near the station where you can find a great variety of food such as barbecue, ox intestine hot pot (もつ鍋), sushi etc.

Non ricordo quale piano ho prenotato, per non dire che un mese dopo l'ho detto.Penso che il manager non sappia che ha risposto se rimane silenzioso, ma mi sono sospeso dai miei commenti e ho riesaminato, sembra che sia questa la risposta. Leggi correttamente i commenti, indagini, riconoscere gli errori e scusarmi con sincerità mi ha dato un'impressione profonda.Ti spiegherò di nuovo il mese prossimo.

UUtente ospiteInitially we booked a hotel adjacent to Kokura station, but due to current construction to that hotel, we decided to switch to another hotel nearby the station. We chose this hotel after we saw the uniqueness of this hotel, where they displayed comics and books at their lobby. We finally found out that hotel guests could borrow and read these books and comics during their stays. It's only a 3-minute walking distance from the station, but please note that there was no shelter in case of rainy days. Another selling point was that they were offering free breakfast and dinner for their guests. How awesome that was. The rate was also good and affordable. The room was tiny but spacious enough to open a big luggage. The view from our window was great. We could even see a ferris wheel at a distance. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and seamless. The only main issue was that the aircon could not be controlled. It stopped for a long time before started again. It even had a human voice which was pretty loud and annoying. I was almost sleepless for 2 nights we stayed there.

TThere’s A World To SeeA nice hotel with rustic charm. Bathroom very nice, however the tap may be a little slow due to age. The garden is beautiful and the staff very helpful.
It should be noted that the hotel parking should not be used, as much cheeper parking is also available close to the hotel, with the parking rules of the hotel parking being expensive, whilst if you take your car out of the bay you have to pay again.
Also as of 2023 they have some pretty amazing Quiche, 4.5*

UUtente ospite1. Very spacious room for this price point to be honest. Could be because it's not a major city...
2. Kitchen equipment like induction cooker and pot and bowls and utensils were provided! Makes it possible to cook your own meals (or even just Maggie mee) fridge was very big so can buy drinks to store
3. Location was alright. Located along small alley but very near main road leading to shopping street and Kokura station.
4. Aircon and heater worked well. Great for winter weather
5. Bathroom ventilator was very strong. To the extent that it feels very cold after taking a shower. We tried closing the bathroom door at night and it was literally like a freezer in the morning when we open it.
But also because of the ventilator, our clothes dried fast indoors 🥶
6. Now to the pain points. First got to be the facility management and check in check out process. This property does auto check in meaning there is no physical staff to handle your check in check out throughout. There is no receptionist at all. I made my booking 2- 3 hours prior to arriving at property. At the front door we were prompted to input entry passcode which we had no idea what it was (it's not the reservation number provided by the booking partner like Agoda or trip.com) tried to contact both the hotel helpline (there was a Jp phone number at the entrance but that's all, no other info whatsoever) and also escalated to Agoda (as I made my booking through Agoda for first nights) but no ans. In the end we had to enter property when someone unlocked the front entrance using her own passcode before we could speak to the helpdesk through the tablets.
So it turns out that they claim most travellers would make their reservation at least a day prior to arrival, which was why system didn't capture my booking (yet ironically they allowed booking for same day check in .... When they clearly cannot manage the whole process) shouldn't there be more effort being put in to monitor for same day booking so the traveller doesn't get stuck at the front entrance especially in winter weather? We had to sit at the park nearby while trying to contact the helpdkesks but couldn't get through till the end......
The whole check in process was rather manual, basically you enter the info as prompted on screen then video call the helpline agent to verify before you'll get your passcode to your room. (All through tablet)
Security seems alright if you're ok with the idea of using a keypad lock instead of having a physical room card? I guess customers just have to always make sure no one is looking when entering the passcode at the front door. Btw same passcode is used to enter hotel front entrance and for your room lock.
All in all the biggest issue we found was the check in check out process. Overall stay was above average.

I clienti di Chen hanno inserito informazioni supplementari molto cattive, ma anche i conducenti che non possono giudicare correttamente sono cattive.Grazie a te, non ho raggiunto il treno prenotato, il prossimo piano è pazzo.

L'edificio non è rotto, ma sento tutta la stagione dell'apparecchiatura.La maglia di lino non è buona e può assorbire l'acqua.Il più deludente è la colazione.Pochi punti di colazione nella foto, e solo un tipo, lontano da dire, è un buffet giapponese e occidentale. A questo prezzo è molto diverso da un negozio di Xiao Xiao.Era un hotel di moda, ma ora penso che solo un hotel può essere soggiornato a buon mercato.
