Hotel con palestra a Granada

Amazing hotel in the heart of Granada! We had a fantastic stay here. The location is perfect — right in the city center, close to everything. The hotel offers covered parking for €20 per night, which was super convenient. The room was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Breakfast was varied and delicious — plenty of choices to suit everyone. One of the best features is the rooftop — stunning views of the city, with a lovely bar and restaurant to enjoy in the evening. Everything was excellent. If we return to Granada, we’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Granada has many road restrictions so it took us an hour plus and many turns to finally reach the hotel despite seeing it along the roadside many many times. We had to get valet parking after we reach the Hotel and was recommended by the hotel to take a taxi around Granada instead of driving. Hotel was big and we had connecting rooms. Room was clean and nice and had a balcony. I like that they provided hand lotions for us too. However, we left a Samsung charging wire in the Hotel and left for another city. When we tried contacting the Hotel they left us on read. We wanted to see if we could get it mailed to our next Hotel so that we could collect it but nobody replied us.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno fantastico al Barceló Granada Congress. La mia camera aveva una splendida vista sulle montagne. L'hotel è situato in una posizione molto comoda, vicino a una stazione della metropolitana e a molte altre linee di autobus principali. La città è per lo più percorribile a piedi, quindi il centro città dista solo circa 20 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. La camera veniva pulita e riordinata ogni giorno. Erano presenti anche la maggior parte dei servizi essenziali.

호텔 위치는 너무 좋았습니다 도보로 이동하기 참 편리했어요 객실은 402호로 배정 받았는데 1.2호는 로비에서 가장 안쪽에 위치한 별도 엘리베이터로 3층에 올라가 다시 1층을 가파른 계단으로 올라가야만 했습니다 ㅠㅠ 로비 직원과 원활한 소통이 되지 않아 로비에서 캐리어 이고 지고 반층을 내려가고 난리도 아녔네요.. 로비에서 불과 열걸음 남짓인데 직접 알려주시지 ㅠㅠ 안내가 미흡했다고 생각해요 그리고 2박 머무는 동안 너무 추웠습니다.. 실내와 실외 온도차로 창문에 물이 계속 고였고 웃공기가 너무 차서 잠을 설쳤어요 화장실도 너무 추워서 새벽에 화장실 갈때면 오들오들 떨었습니다 반면 수압은 강해서 뜨신물 잘 나옵니다 알함브라 뷰는 아니었지만 객실 밖 중정? 테라스 흡연 구역 잠깐 나가서 성당 뷰 정도는 볼수 있었어요

La posizione è grande. Circa 15 minuti a piedi casuali per la zona turistica centrale.  Il personale è molto bello e utile.  Ma l'acqua di bagno non è abbastanza calda e il asciugacapelli non è abbastanza buono per asciugare rapidamente i miei capelli lunghi. E' ancora bello rimanere per un breve viaggio.

Hotel staff were very friendly and the front desk readily offers help. Location quite good- its at the foot of the Albaicin area yet just 2-3 minutes from Gran Via (Granada’s main street). Walked to everywhere except going up to Alhambra (just because I wanted to skip the uphill climb - but I walked down). Be warned that the pictures showing a balcony to your room may refer to an inner balcony, not necessarily one that has an external view. Not something u might want to open for privacy reasons.

El hotel está muy bien y buena ubicación… pero tuvimos un problema dado que reservamos y solicitamos cama de matrimonio pero al hacer el check in nos dijeron que no era posible… en vez de tener la cortesía de buscarnos opciones nos solicitaron pagar más para una habitación superior que era exactamente igual a la otra

L'hotel gode di una posizione discreta ed è generalmente pulito, nonostante i lavori di ristrutturazione in corso. Purtroppo, il servizio lascia molto a desiderare. Non offrono servizi di base come un ferro da stiro a disposizione degli ospiti, cosa standard nella maggior parte degli hotel di questa categoria. Al contrario, spingono gli ospiti a utilizzare il loro servizio di lavanderia, decisamente troppo caro: stirare una semplice polo costa più della polo stessa. Ho suggerito loro di investire in 2-3 ferri da stiro da mettere a disposizione degli ospiti e, onestamente, sarei disposto a donarne due personalmente se fosse necessario. Anche il parcheggio è eccessivamente costoso: 21 € al giorno, una cifra esagerata rispetto ad altre opzioni in città. Il mio consiglio: scegliete un altro hotel finché l'Hotel Saray non migliorerà il servizio e non rivedrà le tariffe del parcheggio.

Per me, questo non è assolutamente un hotel a 4 stelle. 1. Sono disponibili solo scale all'ingresso principale, nessuna guida per usare l'ingresso laterale se hai bagagli pesanti. Il personale non ti aiuta nemmeno/ti guida a usare l'ingresso laterale tramite il parcheggio. Lo so solo quando chiedo. E possono vederci chiaramente trasportare due grandi bagagli. 2. Il personale non è amichevole, non ti sentirai affatto il benvenuto. La stanza è semplicemente nella media. Non ci sono ristoranti/supermercati nelle vicinanze.

Room was clean, reception staff very helpful. Used as a base for visiting local area. Well placed for the metro.
