SShenmitianluoL'ambiente della stanza dell'hotel è buono, il servizio è buono, il suono è buono, ci sono anche lavastoviglie, molto bello, il parcheggio è più conveniente, c'è un parcheggio sotto terra.Andare nella zona sceneggiata è più conveniente, cadere la testa direttamente sulla trestrada. Se la prossima volta, sceglierete l'hotel (il vero senso non è 😀)

BBagaman FionaThe hotel is relatively new and clean. I got upgraded to a Junior Suite as typical Guestrooms were sold out when I check in and the bed, showers are all comfortable.
As it's a suite, would prefer to have tissue by the vanity counter & also another trash bin next to it as there is only one trash bin in the bathroom and it's located inside the toilet room instead.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is very close to the train station (10 minutes Walking), thereof perfect for visiting Yichang by train. We just staied there for one night but our impression was really good. The rooms are clean and modern and you have a nice view If you are in one of the higher floors. Furthermore we liked the fitness room despite its small size.

UUtente ospiteThe location is very close to the Sanxia Airport, the hotel offered free airport drop off service and it only took about 5 minutes to reach the airport. The front desk was not experienced enough and her service attitude and quality need improvement especially the way how she talks. But the service of the manager 大堂副理小江 was good and even helped to deliver our luggage to the room himself.
During winter, heater is essential. Unfortunately, the heating system of entire hotel was not working on that day and a portable heater was given. The power of the portable heater was not enough to warm the entire room and the room was still freezing cold after 2 hours. I feedback to the front desk that it was way too cold for us and requested for a stronger heater or additional heater. However, my request was turned down and the front desk replied that the heating system was not working and there was nothing she could do. I was so angry and told her off that the malfunction of the heating system was hotel's problem and it was not my problem. I further requested that she better figured out how to make the room warm enough unless she wanted to be responsible for us if we fall sick. Finally, 大堂副理小胡and客户副理小江came with free fruits and snacks for apology and offered to change the current heater to a stronger heater for our room and then finally the entire room is warm enough.
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was good but the varieties of breakfast needs improvement.

UUtente anonimoI'll simply say that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Value for money, design of my liking, exceptional service, excellent location are a few of the reasons why I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a vacation in Yichang.
I would like to mention the exceptional service given by Ms. Xiaolin, Ms. NiuNiu and Ms. MiaoMiao. They went the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one.
Room was a good size, cleaned everyday with complementary snacks and drinks replaced daily. Breakfast was really good too, we looked forward to it everyday for the 5 nights we stayed here. There is a laundry area you can use anytime you wish, a gym and a nearby park you can enjoy overlooking Yangtze river. It was easy to go around too, we booked Didi taxi even late at night and encountered no problems.
We hope to stay here again next time we visit Yichang!

UUtente ospiteL'ambiente dell'hotel è pulito, la stanza è molto pulita e l'ambiente è molto confortevole.Il piano è anche il lavastoviglie e il secchiere a secco. Il tetto può pulire i vestiti.Prendere in prestito la macchina per lavarsi e i bagni è anche molto tempestivo. La sala dell'hotel è pulita e luminosa. Il parcheggio gratuito è sotto l'hotel. Chiama la signorina della linea di ricezione e la sorella è molto paziente.

CCassennaThe check in system was such a mess, we booked four rooms individually, but when I checked in, I got a room which had already checked in by my sister. I asked the front office to double check by using my name, but they insisted that they could NOT find my booking under my name. They only identified the booking by checking the booking confirmation number rather than by checking against the spelling of one's full name printed on the ID. The problem was solved in the end after I showed them my sister's room confirmation number, see how it ******, but I was not satifised with such a serious mistake that IHG group could encounter. Quite disappointed although the front office manager did apologize to me afterwards and gave the complimentary breakfast.
The room key card could not been placed together with my mobile phone, it was quite wired. I always travel to Beijing and other places, and it was the first time that the room key turned invalid when it stayed close to a mobile phone!
Interesting experience!

UUtente ospiteQuesto è un hotel all'interno di un altro hotel.Il nome fuori è folkliv hotel, ma una volta che si attraversa la porta girante troverete il desk front right in avanti con il nome corretto. Per qualche motivo l'hotel è dai piani 11th-13th. Per un prezzo c'è un tipico buffet per colazione cinese sul 5° piano. È a due isolati dall'Aqua Plaza che ha tavoli da piscina, teatri cinematografici, ristoranti e negozi di abbigliamento. È una Lanzhou la desidera attraverso la strada e due parchi vicini. Il bus 12 vi porterà alla piazza Yiling e al parco dei bambini. Il bus B68 vi porterà alla stazione ferroviaria orientale. Il prezzo è grande e un posto per riempire bottiglie d'acqua è nel lobby.
