Mnbvcxz9Hotel eccellente.

CVFI had to book suddenly so it couldn't get the cheapest rate but still the value is excellent. The reservation includes breakfast. There is a washing machine and a place to dry your clothes free of charge. The breakfast is amazing. The service is also amazing, even though no one speaks English. The door on my bathroom got stuck so a maintenance man came up and fixed it. And then the washing machine door got stuck, so one of the girls from the front desk came up and fixed that. Highly recommend this place

Overall is fine, especially on front desk staff, when I report them the problem about the room quality, they will take a prompt action to follow. They would have a room to do improvement on room regular maintenance or daily cleaning to meet the criteria as a Five Star hotel. But service time(14:00-22:00) of indoor swimming pool is not so friendly for guest who wanna to take an exercise during morning. Perhaps it could make some adjustment.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is ideal, on the beach. We had an incident with noise on the first night from two wedding parties and this affected our sleep. The receptionists Hugo and Hestia did a superb job in rectifying the situation by offering us a new room and an upgrade at the same time. Most of the front desk staff speak English, and all the staff are very friendly and attentive. It’s a fantastic hotel for a family. We got wonderful weather and were able to spend plenty of time on the beach even though it was winter.

Utente ospiteA bit from from city center (Blue sky plaza). Difficult to call a car during Ching Ming Festival.
I requested for two extra bottles of water, which the front desk said free. But it was never delivery.
There is no door for the toilet.
The staff keeps sweeping the floor in front of me when I am calling for a car and waiting at the hotel lobby.
The hair dryer is weak and without heater.
Room is generally clean.
