房间住的很舒服，满分，小朱态度很好，不错不错 It was a really great stay with crystal hotel, with a quiet environment and great noise isolation,five star liked room interior , can definitely get a good night sleep here They have multiple washing machine and dryer that automatically adds detergent so no hassle work and dont have to worry about having to wait for others Highly recommended and would visit again

Excellent stay – spacious rooms and spectacular view The hotel offers very spacious, modern, and impeccably clean rooms, with great attention to detail. I stayed in a river-view room on the 25th floor, which offers a truly magnificent view, especially in the evening. The mattress and bed linens are of excellent quality, ensuring a very comfortable night’s sleep. The hotel is not located in the city center, but it is still convenient and well connected: about 15 minutes from the city center and approximately 35–40 minutes by taxi from the high-speed train station. The only minor note is that the electrical plugs are Chinese-style only, so European plugs cannot be used. However, the room is equipped with USB and USB-C ports, which makes charging devices easy and convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended for comfort, cleanliness, staff and room quality

房間整潔，服務周到。能上評分榜肯定是有原因的，不論是房間設施的齊全度，或者是服務態度，都無可挑剔。我去過幾百間酒店了，這個酒店給我的印象很不錯，能排到前幾的樣子（綜合價格，從性價比方面考慮）因為沒人給我要好評，不過我想想還是要寫點。我是過來參加馬拉松的，需要特別早起，酒店在五點多的時候給我們額外準備了早餐，這點我覺得特別好。因為我是大學生一個人住，所以我訂的房間比較便宜，稍微有點小，這點比較可惜，小房間裏面的位置沒有辦法容納一個行李箱的完全展開，不過還是能開啟的。美中不足的就是浴室的擋水部分不夠高，浴室裏的水容易沖出來。還有就是健身房，有一些器械沒辦法使用。其他的都挺完美的，特別是前台，幫了我許多的忙，讓我感受到晉江人的熱情好客。如果下一次來到晉江，我會優先考慮這裏。

Il mio soggiorno era molto buono. Ho ricevuto un caldo benvenuto da Jasmine, che era fantastico per tutta la mia permanenza. Mi ha tenuto informato e controllato regolarmente se avevo bisogno di aiuto. Ho anche avuto un paio di documenti commerciali da stampare, e lei ha aiutato gentilmente a garantirli stampati e consegnati a me. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e avevano tutto ciò che doveva per un soggiorno confortevole. La colazione era buona in generale, anche se mi consiglierei di aggiungere una più ampia selezione di pasti freschi. In generale, era un soggiorno fantastico e io sarei sicuramente rimasto.

Molto bene, è il hotel più soddisfatto che abbia vissuto con la mia famiglia negli ultimi anni.I dettagli e il modello non sono squisiti, sono molto nuovi e tranquilli. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank Ms. Joy for her kindness and excellent service. She arranged a room upgrade for me, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel facilities were great, the room was clean and well maintained, and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. I truly appreciate the hospitality I received. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Ho prenotato questo hotel per il mio 3 viaggio di business consecutivo a Jinjiang, Xiamen dal luglio 2024- Apr.2025. Ho una buona impressione di questo hotel in tutti gli aspetti che l'hotel dovrebbe avere. 1). Buona posizione. 2). Sicurezza. 4). 5). Buona personale di servizio frontale. Buona colazione. 7). Buona architettura della stanza. 8). Il prossimo viaggio d'affari sarà prenotato di nuovo.

Lo standard è decisamente a cinque stelle; la posizione, la pulizia, l'ambiente e il servizio sono impeccabili. I punti di forza principali sono due: in primo luogo, la reception presta molta attenzione alle esigenze di prenotazione degli ospiti; in secondo luogo, la colazione è eccezionalmente abbondante, con quasi tutte le prelibatezze locali. L'unico neo è che i servizi sono un po' datati.

After further experience, it seems that this place is typical for this area at this price range. So I guess I got what I paid for. But still, I was significantly disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. The lobby seemed clean and new, but after that, the elevator, hallway, and room were disappointing. And although this room was a bit cleaner than a cheaper room at a different hotel nearby, the floor and bathroom were still noticeably dirty. There was a stain on the bedsheet, which I don’t doubt was perfectly sanitary, but still added to the impression of it being dirty. There were some free condoms and lube in a container near the bed, which made the place feel even more shady and unappealing. Besides those things, it was fine. The breakfast on the top floor (you have to go up a set of stairs to get to it) was ok, though quite simple, Chinese-style breakfast items. Overall, it was tolerable, and from experiencing a few other hotels later during my stay, I came to see that it’s hard to get anything much better than that for that price range. I paid about $28/night for this place. If you want a clean place to stay, you’ll probably have to pay a decent amount more money, probably more than $40.
