The rooms are apartments in what seems like a health complex mostly for seniors. Lots of space, kitchen, living area. Beds were hard, but duvets were nice.
Building my room was in was the farthest from the entrance, so added a little time going places and returning. Also the elevators were covered in wood and one of them smelled quite bad.
Breakfast was a Chinese-style buffet. Not a lot of choices. Boiled eggs weren’t completely cooked (liquid inside).
