UUtente ospitePositivi: camere moderne pulite con TV grande, colazione completa, parcheggio.
Negativi: i porti USB non funzionavano tutti. I fornitori di energia si sentivano molto liberi quando si accendeva. Era molto occupato, quindi era molto rumore con gli altri ospiti sul pavimento e i 2 elevatori erano molto lenti ad arrivare.

LLiWe were visiting relatives nearby and the hotel location is very convenient. There’s central mall and co-op supermarket just across the street. The room is very quiet and clean. Bed is comfortable. Shower is powerful. Breakfast is limited but enough for us.

BBenladeng7768La posizione dell'hotel è molto lontana, ma è anche possibile camminare verso aree commerciali come Midtown, la stanza è nuova, super grande e calda, la microonde, il frigorifero e la macchina del caffè sono tutti completi, e l'igiene è anche molto buona. La colazione è uno standard espresso in Holiday Inn. La nutrizione è sufficiente per mangiare il problema dell'inquinamento, Ma è così che mangi bene, il ristorante può paccheggiare e essere molto umano.
Quando sono andato via, sono stato l'unico cinese che ha soggiornato nell'hotel negli ultimi anni.

UUtente ospiteI arrived in the morning and was able to drop off my luggage for free. I could check in a bit earlier than the official check-in time. It took only 15 minutes to walk to/from the airport. I had to check out well before breakfast time but thankfully they gave me grab-and-go breakfast (bagel and apple). My room was very quiet so I slept well.

UUtente ospitewell me missed our conecting flight , bad news you have to repay for your tickets again ok i will just contact my hotel and tell them i will not make it in tonight . oh but you prepaid through trip.com , yes we have a policy that if your a no show we cancel your reservation . ok when do can we see our refund ?
you wont we will just rent out your room to someone else , i see so i have a 5 day room rental prepaid , yes you will not get anything back you have to deal with trip.com for your refund . oh so you did not get paid by them i see , no we did just your not getting a refund . can i trasfer my rooms as we are having a conference there for a few hundred people . no . we don't allow for that either . what ...... a scam ! no recourse , i gave them notice 12 hours before my check in . and was told to call back a number of times to speack to the manager .i contacted trip.com , and they also claim a garenty of refund but at the time i was to depart my room reservation changed to no refund be aware of this and maybe better don't use any online third party bookings agents as this is double dipping and should be a crime . we are out of pocket for both our air tickets and our hotel we paid in advance never again i will .
i have proof , so if they decide not to keep this up contact me . roland kier mizuik . very concerned , independant insurance broker . my company will be informed how i was treated .

UUtente anonimoThe Friday night that we got there, the hot tub wasn't super hot, it was luke warm. Kids also brought garbage into the pool room and it was on the floor. Other than that the room we stayed in was good, except the doors were kinda tricky to close. The front staff fixed our key cards with no issues

AAkintundeLa posizione è un po' troppo occupata con una costruzione stradale proprio davanti all'hotel che riduce il traffico a un solo modo. La costruzione dell'hotel e l'interno sono vecchie. Mancano che senso moderno. L'ascensore era spaventato con un torso scioccante a ogni ascensione. La stanza era pulita e attraente. È servito colazione gratuita. Tuttavia, mi è piaciuto il soggiorno.
