Hotel con palestra a Kelowna

The hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes,fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.

Questa vacanza prenota due camere, la stanza è molto grande e le strutture sono buone in tutti gli aspetti.L'atteggiamento di accoglienza all'ingresso di quel giorno è un po'difficile.La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. Tre minuti a piedi dal lago di Orkenagan, ci sono molti progetti di intrattenimento, passeggiata e foto eccellenti. La pizza del ristorante italiano di fronte all'hotel è molto deliziosa, Tiramisu è anche grande, il prezzo è anche molto pratico e fortemente raccomandato.

La camera era pulita e tranquilla.Il colazione era sorprendente!I bambini amano la piscina interna!Raccomandato per le famiglie.

We had late check-in due to our flight coming in late. The girl at the front counter was very kind and helpful. We appreciated being able to get up in the morning and have great choices for breakfast! We've stayed here before, and we'll definitely stay here again!

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso! Situazione molto tranquilla e abbiamo goduto soprattutto la camera di livello inferiore aperto nella bella zona di giardino grasso. A breve passeggiata alla piscina e al tubo caldo! E il colazione era semplicemente delizioso. Tutti i membri del personale erano amichevoli e vorremmo apprezzare il personale figo, professionale e utile sul desk front - sempre un sorriso che ha reso il giorno brillante! Grazie mille!

It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach, which is very convenient. The room was clean. The only downside was that I had to provide my billing address to the receptionist because of a communication issue between Trip.com and *******.

Hotel eccellente, molto pulito, e comodo. Il personale è stato eccellente, rispettoso e molto utile. Grande hotel per le famiglie altamente raccomandato

The hotel was great, we enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, nice pillows and towels. The toiletries were a bit too small, so we asked for more and were provided right away. I absolutely loved the territory and the warm outdoors swimming pools and hot tubs, those are amazing!  The only thing is the restaurants on the property, even though the menu is quite good, the dishes didn’t taste great, we had two breakfasts and two dinners, and ordered different things every time, but still. Could be us, but just a note, you may want to eat elsewhere.

Questo era un giorno di uscita per il mio marito e io. Grande posizione, abbiamo camminato ovunque. Il ponte era un po' sporco, ma ci sono costruzioni intorno a questo posto. Il furgone di bagaglio scarica i big bin alle 5:30 sono quindi se si riceve una chiamata di sveglio precoce. L'hotel stesso è una buona scelta, i ristoranti sono anche buoni. Non più nessun pub, ma non lo dice online. Tutto in buona permanenza.

Our stay was generally okay—clean room and expected service—but nothing particularly memorable. One issue stood out: we were asked to stop using the pool at around 9:30 AM because we were told it only opens at 10. We respected that, but just minutes later, another guest used the pool at 9:37 AM, followed by a family with two kids before 10 as well. It felt inconsistent and a bit unfair. A clear and consistently enforced policy would’ve avoided the confusion and frustration. This small incident left us with mixed feelings about the stay.
