"Il mio recente soggiorno all'Hilton Hotel Kuching è stato caratterizzato dalla sua posizione eccezionale e da alcune caratteristiche degne di nota.
Innanzitutto, la posizione strategica dell'hotel vicino al lungomare e a pochi passi da varie attrazioni, tra cui ristoranti, negozi di souvenir e i famosi outlet ”kek lapis Sarawak”, ha migliorato notevolmente il mio soggiorno. Questa comodità è stata sicuramente un vantaggio.
Al mio arrivo alle 16:00, ho riscontrato un piccolo inconveniente poiché l'hotel era al completo e non c'erano camere disponibili per il check-in. Tuttavia, il cortese personale della reception ha prontamente risolto il problema. Hanno gentilmente richiesto una breve attesa mentre veniva preparata una stanza per me, e durante questo periodo mi è stato offerto un drink di benvenuto al bar della hall. La lobby stessa emanava un'atmosfera piacevole con un'ampia illuminazione. Alla fine ho fatto il check-in intorno alle 17:30.
La stanza che alla fine occupai era deliziosa, offriva pulizia e ordine. Sembrava essere stato rinnovato di recente, poiché c'era un leggero odore di vernice. "This is probably my 5th or 6th time staying at The Waterfront Hoteland for good reason! It remains my favourite hotel in the city. The view from the room is simply magnificent, whether day or night, and always takes my breath away.
I absolutely love the pool area it’s such a relaxing spot to unwind, especially with the scenic backdrop. Another major plus is the hotel’s direct connection to the mall, which makes shopping and dining super convenient without having to leave the building.
The room is well-equipped with complete toiletries, which I really appreciate. Everything is kept clean and comfortable, making each stay feel like a mini escape.
One small downside: the toilet floor tends to be quite slippery. Although a small toilet mat is provided, it doesn’t quite cover enough area to prevent slipping, so that’s something to be cautious about."

"I stayed this hotel when I was 15 years old. Now I am 45. I would congratulate the staff of the hotel who really worked hard to main the look, the cleanliness of this hotel. I also would like to thank the front line counter staff for upgrading my room to the River View Room as the room that I've booked was not yet ready (still in the cleaning process)."

"To be honest, I am very shocked to find out this hotel is currently under upgrading. You heard noice of drilling during day time.
The family room that I was staying is abit dated. The dust on the bathroom counter top is missed. The small fridge is barely functioning ( not cool).
Add to that, the hotel doesn’t offer complimentary parking for driving guests. Their basement carparks is closed for renovation. The reserved carparks in front of their hotel lobby entrance is reserved for their staffs!
However, I have to say the services from the doorman, the security and the room cleaning crew are awesome. They are super polite and really accommodating. Always offer their generous smile s and helping hand. I wish these are the qualities of the check in front desk would have 😢
When I finally checked out, there is no expression of regret from the staff for the noice and inconveniences for the guests staying at the hotel at this renovation time. They should have offered me free stay or any token of appreciation. Nothing!
I spend 3 nights staying at that hotel but not able to enjoy the staycation. Truly disappointed.
I will never go back to Pullman anymore."

MMisssunWe feel happy during our staycation. The room is clean, got bathtub. Only 1thing disturbing me, there no pipe-waterhose type in the bathroom. The bidet not really function as the water is quiet small and not really satisfy during washing.
Easy access to boulevard shopping mall.

Swimmingpool is large & comfortable.

È facile trovarlo lungo la strada per Damai con il suo grande logo circolare alla sua porta. Era chiuso al mio arrivo alle 3:00, ma a causa della sua facile visione dalla zona di accoglienza, non ci è voluto molto per aprire la porta, e io sono appena entrato.
Il ricevitore era molto gentile e benvenuto, anche professionista, dopo averci controllato in giro, abbiamo ricevuto un giro veloce, evidenziando le strutture e le aree pubbliche.
La stanza stessa, che è molto ricco nel suo modo, non è troppo difficile da maneggiare, finché non si sbriga e si colpisce intorno alla stanza relativamente piccola. Sono costruite passi adeguati per aiutare a salire e a muoversi intorno, con semplici punti di magazzinaggio intorno al letto, che per sé occupa circa la metà della stanza. L'altra parte della stanza è la zona di bagno, che, dico, è abbastanza spaziosa da usare, quindi un letto e una zona di bagno riassume l'intera, unica camera cilindrica.
L'hotel è ben pianificato, gli ospiti possono fare il bagno, scegliere i loro punti preferiti intorno al luogo, e godere di una splendida vista sul mare. Le strutture comprendono piscina, sauna, lavastoviglie + asciugacapelli, ginnastica, biblioteca, ecc. sono molto pulite se ne avete bisogno.
Io dico che il posto è grande per le coppie, e un breve viaggio di rinfrescamento. Vivo tecnicamente nella città solo mezz'ora di distanza, ma per prendere un po' di lavoro e rilassarsi qui per un giorno, consiglierei questo posto in un battito cardiaco. Assicurati che tu abbia le gambe per salire e scendere!

VVacay_LoverNice resort by the beach. We stayed here for 1 night after a long journey from KL. Nice breakfast and the mee kolok was so tasty. You should try it. This resort doesn’t have lift so it was difficult for a wheelchaired person to stay other than ground floor. The room was so spacious and we loved it. Thank you to the staff that really helped us during check in. I would like to thanks also to the manager on duty on that day for his kindness to help my mom pushing her wheelchair to the lobby. The location is just nearby to Sarawak Budaya Village. Nice staying here and I would repeat it if I come back to Sarawak.

5. La colazione è deliziosa, tuttavia, con scelta selettiva (stile buffet).

2. Acqua calda - non abbastanza per il bagno lungo, devo bollire l'acqua con la calda 4 volte per assicurarmi di avere un bagno caldo. Dopo di che devo aspettare 1 ora solo avere un bagno caldo.
3. L'area lontana mi serve guidare 25 minuti prima di arrivare a Tabuan Jaya per comprare torta e anche cibo veloce.

Hotel room given was rather small. Although there were power points but it cannot fit the size of my plug so I had to use the only power point behind the TV. Chair was tall, table a bit low so a bit difficult to sit but I still use it nevertheless. One night was itching all over and had house cleaning to change the bedsheets. While the staff was changing, I realise the mattress protector was quite dirty. I m glad they responded quickly and change it. Was a pleasant sleep without itch after that. House keeping was very fast n helpful to attend to our needs. Generally it is a very nice place to stay despite some mentioned issues.
