環境非常好，無可挑剔。酒店整體坐落在熱帶雨林環境中，設計感很好，也非常注重細節。但是有幾個點設計師沒有考慮周到。1，別墅頂是木質的的，地板仿木紋磚，整體色調比較深，而燈光采用的是傳統高星酒店慣用的小光徑低色温，屬於刻意套用了，房間顯得特別暗。恰好我們定的房內唯一一個吊扇主燈還壞了，更暗了。。。2，衞生間頂部是開放式的，與房間通透，氣味會溢進房間。3，陽台沒有遮雨設計，五指山夏天又是多雨的地方，陽台幾乎無法使用。4，房內沒有電視，也沒有投影，衹有一台不到8寸的小屏智能設備，對於帶娃的家庭來説不太友好，小朋友回屋之後沒有娛樂可用。 不過瑕不掩瑜，整體來説還是可以的，尤其適合喜歡親近自然的人。
