In most regards it certainly still is. Everything needed in my solid, clean and well equipped business room with a comfortable bed. No smoky odor on my floor at all. Lobby Concierge was very helpful. Staff was attentive and on the spot when I thought I had a light bulb issue in the room. A hidden switch. Their buffet dinner choice was inly fair this time - maybe oily, and, I think, overpriced, but the breakfast selection more than makes up for it. Classiest hotel fanguan setting I have seen here.
