The bed was not comfortable. The lock of the room was broken. The room smelled like bleach while entering the room.

Stay was ok, the staff wanted me to book directly and said don't book it through mmt, as they don't open late for mmt, when complained to mmt, they changed their attitude

The images of the room looked v good. However the staffs are dumb, i ordered chicken sweet&sour soup, i was served chill u chicken soup, when asked for cold water, they said that they can't provide cold water. The breakfast which was comp had 2 options. Either omlette and bread and poori sabzi. That's it. The prices that is charged by the hotel is high and the services are bill

the stay was fine and reasonable for a short stay near the railway station. the staff was good. the hotel was clean. the bathrooms could have been a bit better.

Everything was so dirty, the mattress, bedsheet, towel and room were so dirty and full of dust, it seems they have not changed the bedsheet, mattress, pillow and others for a very long time!

The room was very small as compared to the photo and it was not cleaned at all. Bedsheets were very dirty i think it was reused without washing, light were broken. I can literally feel the springs while sleeping at bed.

Staff were very kind but hygienic is a main issue. Bed sheets, pillow covers and bathroom. Not all cleaned properly. Made them to change it on spot. Food is decent

The bedsheet was dirty. Room was smelly. Dirty counters. All room, the AC was so noisy, and I did not like this Stay at all. It’s just close to the market that’s all. There is no view from the window.
