Room was small according to rate. Initially water was not coming at toilet. Later, caretaker solved the problem. Room was at 4 th floor. Lift was available but at 3rd floor one bur is available. At night smell of smoke & something like that disturbing us. Otherwise the room was good to stay.

The property was fine & moreover the location is quite ok and hustle free. The hotel was nearby to central area of the city but rightly place away from the the main market area. But housekeeping & cleaning part should be addressed more.

cleaning of the rooms were terrible can't even sleep, bed shits were fully dirty, rooms were smelling like a smoking zone...
Even at 0100 hrs, disturbance were there outside the rooms, clearly audible from the room. In one one word terrible experience.

Everything is so bad. Room is so dirty. Services more bad. Food also bad. I suggest no one go there.

Overall it was a nice stay…behaviour of staff was good and most importantly the location of the hotel was really prime.

It is a nice stay. Amenities are good. The ac is not working properly. Otherwise room and washroom is very clean and well furnished.

Room was good as well as the washroom was neat and clean but the bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty and I guess those were reused without washing.

Very bad experience. Rooms were small. Bed and mattress were of pathetic quality. Manager didn't pick up the call so we had to leave our car and search for the hotel. On top of that the manager seemed to be very rude

I stayed for half a day and a night. It was terrible. I was allocated a dirty room.
