The hotel is situated in midst of bustling Gurugram sector 29. The area is full of many mid to high end hotels and markets. The property is rated as 4 star but actually it is somewhat of a 3.5 star type. It's USP is perhaps the price point. Must be the most frugal of all nearby hotels, without any major lack of comfort. Pros 1. Location is ideal, comea with ample parking space (in open). 2. Impressive standards of cleanliness, hygiene and house keeping services. However, don't expect any extra frills. 3. Courteous, prompt and efficient staff (except at resturant). Cons 1. Biggest letdown was the efficiency and lack of training of restaurant staff. Waiters were practically clueless. 2. Food preparation is average. Breakfast is better than major meals. Buffets are decent but not lavish. F&B dept needs serious improvement. 3. Room size & bathrooms are small. Adequate for a couple but no spce for extra bed.

Il personale è molto bello e utile, soprattutto Gyanshri. La vista delle camere è bello, molto igienico, il cibo è eccellente. Si può godere della piscina, ginnastica, e anche questo hotel ha un centro commerciale, così si può trovare tutto lì. L'hotel è anche adatto per il viaggio d'affari e per vacanze.

Le camere sono così pulite e tedesche in cittadina.L'igiene è fino al marchio in tutto l'edificio dell'hotel.Il signor Naresh pulì la mia stanza molto bene. 2 mesi fa, stavo rimaste in camera no.807. Ho avuto anche dolore alla gola e febbre. Poi il signor Pawan mi ha fatto una decozione e, al mattino, ho avuto un sollievo. Gli sono grato. Ma ci sono alcune carenze nella costruzione che devono essere migliorate. Altrimenti i servizi sono grandi. Certamente tornerò.
