Tutto sommato ok, ma alcuni membri del personale di gestione sono scortesi. Ero seduto così alla reception e qualcuno si avvicinò e mi chiese di "sedermi correttamente"....non tornerò più

Nel complesso è buono, tuttavia la stanza non è comoda, troppo lontana dagli ascensori. Non ho assaggiato il cibo dell'hotel, nel complesso ok e riconsidererò la possibilità di rivisitarlo

Questa è la seconda volta che trascorro le mie notti a Dubai. Vale la pena provarlo almeno per una notte. Hai accesso per quasi la maggior parte delle tue esigenze, negozi, aeroporti, centri commerciali.

Trasporto conveniente, ambiente pulito e servizio premuroso.

Clean room and an accessible hotel. Better to book without breakfast as there are lots of restaurants around the area.

My name is Delia.. Ernesto’s name appeared bec I reserved it for him but he cancelled and I took over it This is my 3rd time to book and stay in this hotel . My friends and I love it so much due to this place is near to everything.

This place is falling apart and the staff is incredibly rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND Strongly advise against staying here based on our nightmarish experience. 1. Check-in Fiasco: Booked room was under maintenance; forced to settle for a different room on arrival (found out later they sold our room to other guests). 2. Unsafe Incident: A heavy curtain beam fell on my sister's head; instead of addressing the structural issue, the hotel blamed her instead of fixing the problem and rehousing us at 2am! 3.Rude Bad Attitude: Hotel ignored our calls after the incident, showing no concern for our safety or well-being. 4. Sleep Disruption: Hammering for maintenance at 2 am disrupted our sleep; unacceptable disregard for guests' rest. 5. Hygiene Nightmare: Shower emitted a putrid smell like rotten eggs; leaking ceiling added to the discomfort. 6. Baggage Nightmare: Hotel failed to pack two of our bags during checkout, creating chaos and nearly causing us to miss our flight. Overall Disappointment: Shockingly poor service, utter disregard for guest safety, and no accountability from the hotel staff.

It's is a nice property. The area is a little busy but it is safe if you use common sense. The apartment was really nice, clean and comfortable.

The washing machine in every studio helps a lot . An update on plug sockets including for phone chargers would be ideal . Great WiFi
