La camera d'albergo sembra invecchiata e le lenzuola hanno troppo spazio per essere migliorate. E nel complesso la camera non sembra un hotel a 5 stelle. La colazione è abbastanza buona.

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è affatto corretto, questo hotel è estremamente caro. L'acqua della piscina è regolarmente molto sporca perché gli ospiti entrano in piscina indossando normali abiti civili e raramente ci sono asciugamani in piscina. È quasi impossibile sedersi fuori perché è tutto ricoperto di merda di piccione. L'ascensore è in funzione nelle ore di punta, quindi *** ha poche possibilità di arrivare dal 12° piano al piano terra. Spesso non tutto è disponibile nel buffet della colazione e il forno per la pizza è spesso rotto. A mio parere questo hotel è una fregatura completa. A differenza di altri paesi come Thailandia/Bangkok, questo hotel è decisamente sconsigliato. Come membro Hilton è stata la mia prima e ultima visita qui.

the hotel is very well located. The staff is very nice and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. Only drawback is the hotel is slightly old and some of the walls and the facilities show that

Our stay was very comfortable, breakfast spread was amazing.. they really have delicious spread. We requested for late check out and staff was so cooperative they allowed us to check out late too . I will recommend this hotel for stay .

食事(朝食)もまずまずでサービスも良かったと思います。周りに食事をとれる店があまりないのと、舗装されていない道路&低所得者の住居がわりと近くにあり、ロケーションは微妙な感じです。ただ、タクシー利用であれば問題はないと思います。

Grazie al Front Desk Duty Manager Rajat Suyal per tutto il tempo di ingresso, durante il soggiorno e l'assistenza all'uscita. Un ringraziamento speciale al Travel Desk Manager, Sig. Sandeep Bajpai, per aver organizzato dei bei taxi e, in particolare, per i buoni autisti, ***** con l'aiuto per la posizione e la destinazione, lavoro... semplicemente molto ben fatto dal Travel Desk dall'inizio alla fine. Grazie mille al Doubletree Hilton per un piacevole soggiorno.

Amazing service in gym. Good and hygienic place… Aman said a good job in gym with workout and post workout… place is convenient for travel… it’s in the city centre… all the nearby places are easily accessible… what else to say…. Fantastic place for business and family trips… do visit the gym

Thanks to Sandeep Vajpayee and team. The staff is helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel works for me as it’s near my office. The rooms are clean and neat. Room service is prompt. The breakfast spread is huge which caters to all dietary needs.

Had an amazing experience at DoubleTree by Hilton. From the warm welcome with their signature cookie to the excellent hospitality, everything was top-notch. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The service was exceptional—staff members were professional, courteous, and always ready to assist Khushi was so kind and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a great variety of options. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Would highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Loved the hotel , the room there was even Amazon prime available on the TV , food was fine location is fine just outside the rapid metro BUT the air conditioning just didn’t work in my room I called maintenance and the said that it’s the way it is and they can’t make it cooler so this is the only thing that would make me think twice before booking again.
