I was in Gurgaon for business trip. I was impressed by the all the staff within hotel.Personally I like the hotel breakfast a lot.The overall standard of the hotel and exceptional service from staff was second to none. I will be certainly staying here again!

Hotel is very beautiful and awesome to stay here, under budget in Gurugram, I am very happy with this property but one thing made me disappointed here. One of staff name at reception mentioned his name Praveen Gaurav and introduced himself as a Reception Manager. I didn't like his behaviour and the way he was watching my partner that was not acceptable for me

Location is nice. Rooms & washrooms are specious, well equipped, neat & clean. Food is very tasty. All staffs are polite and helpful. Overall it was a nice stay in hotel clay inn.

"the perfect place from which to explore gurgaon. Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop, but low wi-fi network. Great tv and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I will certainly be back"

Had a nice stay of two days at the hotel. The hotel is located on a very good location. The food is very delicious with a wide variety and a large portion. The rooms are very spacious. But the staff is not upto the mark. Room service is always delayed. Lack of cleanliness due to the unprofessional staff deputed. The hotel is very beautifully built and decorated. But there is a dire need to train the staff. Overall good experience.
