Hotel con parcheggio a Gulf Breeze

Awful experience. For the price we expected a lot more decency. The floor was disgusting. We bought a broom and swept it ourselves. The shower water wasn’t hot. There’s only 15 channels on the tv. Stained towels. Dirty cracked tub. When we asked for more towels the housekeeping man got mad and cussed at us. There were dogs barking the entire time next to us. And they allowed a “mayoki” group to party THE ENTIRE WEEK day and night. Management did nothing about the nuisance they were causing. We asked to be moved but they refused then when we wanted to check out and get a refund they also refused. And even called the sheriffs but come to find out, the sheriffs were also there partying with them. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and disgusting place. The only thing they have going for them is the location. On top of EVERYTHING, they double charged me my booking cost and acted like they couldn’t do anything about it. Luckily I got my deposit back. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Since we were meeting our daughter and son in law for a weekend, she suggested we stay here together. Although pleasant staff and clean , it was not what I expected for s Hampton Inn and Suites. The hallway, first of all , was distinctly warm. Nowhere near comfortable, even muggy as you walk forward through the halls. Our room was bare. No pictures, nothing special. We actually had no towels until I asked at the desk. The wallpaper was peeled away in the bathroom, large cracks in the floor tile, and a loose faucet. A king bed was comfortable, but again, nothing special. The breakfast was good, a waffle iron and a choice of pre-made omelettes, turkey sausage and juices. Honestly, average, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Not what we expected for a hotel of Hampton Inn’s usual above average quality.

Nice hotel, more affordable than beachfront but you can be at the beach in less than 10 minutes. Nice pool area but no security or key entry. Key entry into the hotel but pool is outdoors and anyone can walk in. Staff was nice, few gluten free breakfast items but it was set up well. Big room with good size kitchen.
