Nice hotel, more affordable than beachfront but you can be at the beach in less than 10 minutes. Nice pool area but no security or key entry. Key entry into the hotel but pool is outdoors and anyone can walk in. Staff was nice, few gluten free breakfast items but it was set up well. Big room with good size kitchen.

Since we were meeting our daughter and son in law for a weekend, she suggested we stay here together. Although pleasant staff and clean , it was not what I expected for s Hampton Inn and Suites. The hallway, first of all , was distinctly warm. Nowhere near comfortable, even muggy as you walk forward through the halls. Our room was bare. No pictures, nothing special. We actually had no towels until I asked at the desk. The wallpaper was peeled away in the bathroom, large cracks in the floor tile, and a loose faucet. A king bed was comfortable, but again, nothing special. The breakfast was good, a waffle iron and a choice of pre-made omelettes, turkey sausage and juices. Honestly, average, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Not what we expected for a hotel of Hampton Inn’s usual above average quality.

Awful experience. For the price we expected a lot more decency. The floor was disgusting. We bought a broom and swept it ourselves. The shower water wasn’t hot. There’s only 15 channels on the tv. Stained towels. Dirty cracked tub. When we asked for more towels the housekeeping man got mad and cussed at us. There were dogs barking the entire time next to us. And they allowed a “mayoki” group to party THE ENTIRE WEEK day and night. Management did nothing about the nuisance they were causing. We asked to be moved but they refused then when we wanted to check out and get a refund they also refused. And even called the sheriffs but come to find out, the sheriffs were also there partying with them. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and disgusting place. The only thing they have going for them is the location. On top of EVERYTHING, they double charged me my booking cost and acted like they couldn’t do anything about it. Luckily I got my deposit back. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché già sulla carta aveva un imbattibile rapporto qualità/prezzo. Una volta arrivati, le aspettative sono state superate, tanto che abbiamo deciso di fermarci una notte in più. Personale in reception e staff in generale gentile e disponibile, camera bellissima ad un piano alto con vista stupenda sul mare (tutte le camere sono vista mare), piscina e spiaggia meravigliosa davanti all’hotel. Pulizia top. Colazione molto varia con ampio spazio per consumarla, anche all’aperto. In pochi minuti d’auto si arriva a ristoranti e negozi e la sua posizione tranquilla è stata per noi un punto di forza. Sicuramente consigliato!

Questo è un hotel stupendo piccolo proprio sulla baia, e lungo la strada da Pensacola Beach. La stanza era grande per le nostre esigenze. La piscina era un bel posto per rifrire. Se le vostre aspettative sono vacanze di lusso, allora non è questo. Se vuoi un posto a posto, amico del bambino e amico del bestiame sulla spiaggia - questo hotel offre che oltre a noleggio gratuito di kayak, tavolo da paddle e bicicletta. Colazione è stata grande! Tutti coloro che lavorano qui sono amici e utili. Amorevole ogni secondo del nostro soggiorno e ritornerà!

Six members of our family spent last weekend at the PBR. Cutting to the chase, we were very disappointed in many ways. Upon arrival we were disappointed to learn that the hotel does not have a concierge. It was our first time to Pensacola and assistance with dinner and activity recommendations would have been very helpful. We arrived after 5 PM and there was no available staff to help us with luggage. When we went to the beach the next morning we discovered that there were no services provided by the hotel. Chair and umbrella rentals were provided by a third party whose employees were often absent. Worst of all there were NO towels available at the beach or the pool! The A/C in our room failed twice. Once in the middle of the night (no sleep that night) and again the next day. The hotel would only give me a $60 credit. I had paid for 3 rooms for 4 nights The only pluses were spacious room, great location and (mostly) friendly staff.

We attend an event at Pensacola Beach Hilton in September since 2021. All 3 years was a horrible experience. In 2022 a flood on the floor in our room…no one available at front desk. Then were told maintenance not available and couldn’t get us another room. In 2023 room was late with no apology and air conditioning did not work in a hot sauna of a room. This stay in 2024 Hilton Honors app didn’t work, room again was late, premises unclean and poorly maintained. Front desk does not answer phone. Hilton contact rep is a joke…blamed me for a bad connection and hung up on me. At the kid pool a temporary pump with a hose line kids could trip on or get tangled on was left unattended as well as a bucket of chlorine tablets Very disgusted being a Hilton Honors Gold member
