設施：設施2024年新開的設施新門頭有格調，且算智能化，但床頭小精靈cpu可能不太夠用，部分設施地方細化還是有一些入住體驗無關痛癢的小問題，新裝修味道有一些，呆久了就聞不見了，床品五巾舒服但床墊硬度很保護腰頸椎，大廳過道香氛建議換一下聞着打頭；房間空調製冷效果是有的但夏天設定達到温度還有待降低，拖鞋還挺舒服很厚實。 衞生：總體衞生打掃還算不錯，沒毛髮，就衞浴玻璃上有一些水漬，水質硬的話建設初期沒加軟水系統帶來無限問題，四周開荒算乾淨徹底，但洗澡時發現下水堵了淹到了馬桶，我自己挑開有一堆毛髮，客房大姐可能沒清理到位因為入住率這家店很高，有打掃不到的地方可以理解，第二天續住打掃看見主動給清理乾淨了。 環境：地理位置靠近甲秀樓、青雲集市，周邊居民生活區，葯店、小吃、酒吧、特色主食很方便。就是離地鐵些微有些遠，步行十幾分鍾可到。 服務：前台服務看起來是培訓過的，起碼從入住問題處理上讓人感覺態度很積極，説明主管管理經驗和側重方向是有針對和處理辦法的，但是話術和最終處理辦法還是差強人意建議繼續管理上優化吧～ 晚安牛奶:第一晚給了兩瓶，都是比較新的保質期純牛奶，喝了一瓶女朋友不喜歡喝，第二天大姐打掃可能忘了補，也沒什麼關係因為第二天我也沒喝，哈哈哈哈
